This apartment is in a great location - so easy walk to the Beach, Sandringham Village and Train Station. While the building itself is older, the apartment has been recently renovated and is comfortable and inviting. We experienced both warm and cool weather during our visit (Melbourne huh!!) and the apartment had AC to keep us cool and heating (that we didn't need but knew was available). Roger was quick to respond to the one question I asked of him on how to use something in the apartment. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was so lovely and peaceful. It had everything you needed with a beautiful cosy view from the kitchen, couch and your own bed. my husband and I had a lovely few days stay here. Nice and close to the beach and the main shops. we will definitely be back again.

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

A little gem to spend time in and enjoy the surrounding areas. It is in a great location with the San Remo shops and restaurants close by. Mari was so helpful and kind which was much appreciated. The amenities in the apartment enhanced our stay and we felt so at home. A lovely space to relax and reenergise in. We had a relaxed stay.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a great location to restaurants and the beach and not too far away from the neighbouring areas. It was also very quiet which we appreciated. The check in instructions were easy to follow and Rosemary and Murray have made it feel very homely inside and ensured there are essential items for your stay!

We had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of town and the history of the ball room lends a lovely quirky vibe to the place with a spiral staircase and a circular cellar room etc. Sitting outside on the porch was lovely. Kitchen had a wide range of implements, and crockery etc . Thanks kindly Leif for a grand weekend.

Perfect place to stay and even better in person. We had a very peaceful time and so close to everything!

There are stairs to get to the apartment so if you’re travelling with small children just be aware But besides from that the apartment is very child friendly Heaps of books and toys Even the thought of child friendly cutlery It’s just across the road from the beach which the kids loved And a fish and chips shop just below the apartment It was cute and perfect

We loved staying at Victoria's place. The location was close to Sandringham Yacht Club for our event. it is also a beautiful outlook to the courtyard.

We stayed here for 4 night and it was great. We got what was shown in the photos. The place is a across the road from a park and a cafe. A short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, other cafes, boutique stores and the best Home hardware store you're ever likely to find. It is also a short walk to the beach. We usually have to clean a place before settling in, but on this occasion, we felt like we didn't have to do much at all. It was a lively place, well designed and comfortable. We would stay again. What an absolute stunner of a property!! With breathtaking views and amazing amenities it’s the perfect little place for any type of getaway! Loretta’s small personal touches around the place make you feel like you’re at home amongst the calm and peaceful surroundings!

My family had a wonderful stay at Carola’s place. The surrounds were beautiful and private and the resorts facilities were fabulous. Nice and close to Cowes also which was great. Communication was great and check in was super easy. The unit was lovely and spacious with everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
