great place. nice view of the beach. about 50-100m from the shore, very nice. very enjoyable coffees and wines from the balcony. apartment was clean and comfortable

There are stairs to get to the apartment so if you’re travelling with small children just be aware But besides from that the apartment is very child friendly Heaps of books and toys Even the thought of child friendly cutlery It’s just across the road from the beach which the kids loved And a fish and chips shop just below the apartment It was cute and perfect

Having booked this accommodation last minute we weren’t expecting much but this place really exceeded our expectations! My husband, 11 month old son and I attended a wedding at the Portsea Hotel and this could not have been in a more convenient location for us. The space was super clean, private, had all the amenities you might want and we were also greeted with some additional goodies which was very thoughtful! The bed was a great size, super comfortable and despite being in a somewhat smaller room we could actually still fit a porta cot in there quite comfortably. Ange and the team were a pleasure to deal with and made accommodations for us without us even needing to ask to help make things easier for us which was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for somewhere cosy and comfortable to retreat to during their stay at Portsea!

We had a wonderful weekend at Leanne’s apartment. Not having been to St Leonards before we found it totally charming, a bit of old school beach life. The beach is magnificent and all to goings on on the pier add to the mix. The apartment itself was magnificent. Probably the best balcony we have ever had. 180 degree view of the bay!!! All was as described and had a super beach feel. Leanne was excellent with communication. Certainly have plans to stay here again.

I stayed a week at Cathy and Steve’s place, it’s a beautiful, clean, modern apartment that had everything I needed. Everything was walking distance and it was lovely being so close to the beach. I will for sure be returning, I highly recommend staying here. By far the best air BnB I’ve stayed at. Thank you’s for having me!

A group of three friends stayed in March 2025 and found it a perfect base to return after a relaxing day at Alba Thermal Springs rather than return to Melbourne. We each had a bedroom and there were two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we made the most of the oven to cook and easy meal. Coles is close by for groceries and the bay is an quick an easy walk. We queried early access to place some items in the fridge and Janette was very accomodating, offering originally to meet us at the front to collect the bags as other guests were checking out, and then advising that the guests had checked out early and we could check-in due to the full clean already being completed when we arrived. We even had access to a garage to store the car overnight.

Thanks to Steve and Renee, great place to stay. Very close to the beach and a nice walk to Cowes along the beach (about 2k). Place was clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The only possible addition would be a couple of loungers for the decking area but that is only a suggestion as I am lazy!

9 of us stayed. There was ample space and beds for all of us, although the bunk beds were a little short for a tall adult. A short walk to beach and a short drive to Cowes. The local general store, only 3 min walk, was convenient for take away food and coffee. A very enjoyable stay for all of us.

The best appointed holiday house we have stayed at. It has everything you might need. Right on the beach with beautiful views over the bay to the Mornington Peninsula. Secure, well maintained garden for the dogs. Couldn't recommend it more highly!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was incredibly comfortable and convenient, with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent hours enjoying the pools and swimming pool—such a treat! The table tennis was a fantastic bonus that kept us entertained. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay!

We had the most wonderful time with our family in this home. It was beautiful, the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and 4 kids, everyone had their own bed and everyone was comfortable. Sitting on the back deck looking out at the water felt like a dream. So many great recommendations from Diana, including a beautiful brunch and an incredible penguin viewing experience. So happy with out time here and greatly appreciate Diana's homes and instructions.

Beautiful house with stunning water views! It’s a short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed our morning walk along the beach to town, get our coffee then walk back each morning. We loved our stay in this beautiful & spacious house. Highly recommended.

Fantastic home with great water views! The house was very clean, beautifully furnished, spacious and had all the comforts of your own home. The living areas were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Mike (the host) was quick to respond to any queries. We will definitely be returning here again and highly recommend this home as the place to stay for anyone wanting a beautiful home with water views!
