The property was amazing, exactly like the pictures. A great location if you had a car which we did. Snow chains or tyres were required to get up to outside the property however, there was a space for us at the bottom of the hill which we used & a local man offered his parking space to us. Amazing chalet & perfect snowy getaway.

Séjour d'une semaine fort sympathique dans le chalet de Michel, à proximité du domaine du grand massif en 10 min, soit par navette soit par voiture avec un grand parking disponible (mais payant sans être excessif depuis cette année), et à quelques centaines de mètre des pistes débutant de Sixt, parfait pour initier les enfants. Concernant le chalet, tout est mis en œuvre par Michel pour votre confort et votre accueil, le chalet est idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants qui pourront avoir leurs propres espaces dans des chambres séparées. Pas de réseau Wi-Fi, pas de télé, mais des DVD, des jeux et de la lecture pour tous, nous permettent de passer des moments chaleureux. N'hésitez plus à y poser vos valises, Go !

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

I had a pleasant few nights at this home. The highlights were the tub and enough hot water to use it - which is such a treat coming from tiny bathrooms in Paris. The video instructions on how to get in were most helpful as I arrived in the dark and would have been very confused without them. The bed was comfortable and everything I needed was there. Lastly, the location cannot be beat. Quiet and walkable to anywhere you need to be in Chamonix. Highly recommend.

Wunderschönes liebevoll gepflegtes Flusshaus. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Das Haus gemütlich und bietet so viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders toll sind die Aussenanlage mit Blick auf den Fluss, Terasse, Wiese, Grill, Pizzaofen, Tische, Stühle etc. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Strasse die auf der anderen Seite direkt am Haus vorbei geht. Sie ist nicht viel befahren, aber wenn, kommen die Autos schnell. Mit kleinen Kindern ist vorsicht geboten.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. For skiers and snowboarders, it’s a dream, with easy access to all the major mountain ranges. What truly made our stay special was the host. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, it’s the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area!

La vacanza trascorsa nella casa di Camilla è stata un’ottima esperienza! L’appartamento è molto ben arredato e organizzato. Profuma di legno e ha finestre sulle bellissime montagne. Tutto è pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli. Ottimo e ampio il garage coperto, a pochi metri dalla casa. La strada di accesso che è in discreta salita viene regolarmente pulita dalla neve ed è pertanto sicura. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro termale di Prè-Saint- Didier, Courmayeur e quindi anche il Monte Bianco. L’host ha dato indicazioni ricche su servizi, bar e ristoranti presenti nella zona. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso.

Wonderful, well equipped chalet and perfectly located to explore the magnificent French Alps. The garden, dip pool and sauna were also great assets. Supermarkets can be walked to in Les Houches, and Chamonix is only a 10 minute drive away. We loved our week here and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.
