great Host and Neighborhood need to extend for an extra week due to job taking longer then expected host was very accommodating

My second visit. I felt right at home, everything was as the last time I stayed, Eryka addressed some improvements I suggested after last stay, shows she is on top of things. As I noted before, she is highly motivated to care for her guests. There is a great fireplace outside at covered area, very comfortable, something very desirable in this mild climate.

Had a great time with the family. Great location with a beautiful view that was very walkable to the beach and other amenities. Would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb has a great location! We were just a 2 minute walk to the beach itself. There are also lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

Very nice condo in Avila Beach. Super quiet area but still near everything. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. Just as pictured.

We loved that it’s in the middle of no where. Everything about the place/location was beautiful, sunrise, sunset, watching the stars at night. It was peaceful, no one around just us. The home had lots of amenities. He reached out and made sure we didn’t have any issues, which we didn’t. Our family really loved the home/scenery! We took small hikes and explored as well. I recommend this place!

The accommodation was super clean. The bed was super comfy. Gina is a wonderful host and a warm-hearted person. I felt right at home. Once I come back to Santa Maria I will definately stay at her house.

Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding nearby. It was perfect! Beautiful surroundings, well equipped and comfortable for four couples. The hot tub was great and the backyard view stunning! We only wished we could have spent more time enjoying the house. Thanks for sharing your home for our special day!

Paul and Sarah were extremely communicative and responsive. Their cottage was cute, convenient, and clean. It was the perfect getaway spot and we would definitely stay again!

This place was convenient close to the main roads, shopping and restaurants. Clean and the price was fair. Host replied to questions within minutes. Will recommend to others.
