We had such a great time at River Island Nature Resort! The location is beautiful, and Manuel was awesome—he gave us heaps of great tips on 4WD tracks and things to do. Driving up the river and floating back to camp was such a fun experience! The road to the property was being fixed while we were there, and it was much smoother on the way out, which was great to see. The new owners are really putting effort into the place, and we’re excited to come back and see what else they’ve done. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and adventurous getaway!

The property was amazing, did not need to go anywhere else. Could swim in the pool, go for a bush walk, feed the animals. Play indoor and outdoor games. Great for families

The cabin was really nice and the views were amazing. It was fun to watch the goats and the honey was pretty tasty. Yvonne was a great host, giving us some background of the place and the history of her farm. Would recommend for anyone with an interest in a relaxing stay, or for children interested in farms and animals.

A truly charming and rustic cottage complete with a fenced backyard,was so convenient for our dog.Beautiful property, landscape and views.Damien was an excellent communicative host. All in all a wonderful stay, would love to visit again.

Exceed all expectations. Even better than the photos. Gen’s place is absolutely perfect. She has thought of every final touch and even went above with fresh danish and sparkling wine, milk, soft drinks and snacks left for us on arrival. We loved enjoying the beautiful books, magazines and playing cards whilst sitting on the incredibly picturesque desk. The bikes provided allowed us to explore the beautiful town and local wineries. Such a thoughtful addition to the cabin. The fire was perfectly setup to ensure we could have an evening fire with no fuss and the outdoor bath was just so so heavenly!! The heated towel rack, the linen, the blankets for the cooler mornings on the deck - I could go on. Even the hand soap and body wash was luxurious. The cabin had absolutely everything to allow for a romantic, relaxing, private, fun, incredibly quiet weekend away. Thanks Gen 🌸

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. It was clean, cozy, and had beautiful views. We loved relaxing by the pool, playing tennis, and the convenience of being so close to Berry. We left feeling completely refreshed, highly recommended!

Loved our stay! A beautiful place in a great location. Easy walks to shops and cafes, and to Lake Alexandra. Angie and Tony were wonderful hosts! Very hospitable and friendly. And available if needed. But ensured our space and privacy at the same time. Very thoughtful as well in leaving some snacks/drinks for us, even thinking of a little welcome gift for our dog! Loveliest people! Highly recommended!!

Stay was fantastic. Great panoramic views. So close to water, food, playground. I also left some belongings behind & Vickie was extremely proactive & helpful in sending them back for me. Could not recommend highly enough. Great all round stay & experience!

Beautiful place, tranquil and close enough to Berry for a coffee. The outdoor bath is lovely although the creek was low and it was a bit confusing where we were meant to climb in, maybe a little arrow to help guide us would have been good! We saw a wombat and some beautiful wildlife so came away feeling relaxed - Thanks!

Wow, such a beautiful location, with rolling hills, cows, kangaroos. My wife loved it so much she didn't want to go home lol. She spend the few days meditating on the back porch, watching sunrises. Photos don't do this place justice. So worth every penny. Wonderful response Bridget when needed. The cottage was spotless and well equiped. Little extras including a bottle of wine, fresh eggs, butter, jams, cereal, milk, and the most delicious homemade bread. There is not one fault. Highly recommend staying here. We will definately be back to visit in the near future. PS Very private.

We had such a beautiful stay at Laurens Airbnb. She has created such a lovely, relaxed and cosy little sanctuary. Perfect for a quiet weekend away to unwind. The space feels super homey and has everything you need for a good stay. The outdoor bath is a wonderful addition and was enjoyed during a dreary and drizzly overcast afternoon. The cabin feels super central to the towns, shops and sight seeing with only a quick car trip required. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be revisiting for another recharging weekend soon.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was super lush and beautiful surroundings. All the things we needed and a comfortable bed we slept great. Loved the sound of the train passing by regularly :) The only thing was the Google maps couldn’t find the address properly and we had to drive around and navigate the maps ourselves. Now we know where it is we would definitely stay again.

One of the best airbnbs we’ve had. Great location with kangaroos and wombats around. Golf course for visitors. The cabin was perfect, good aircon and super comfy beds. All spotlessly clean

Jenny's place was beautiful, the cabin looking exactly like the photos. Jenny had decorated it beautifully , creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was well-equipped, making cooking at home easy and enjoyable. We would definitely love to return!

Absolutely loved our stay! The studio accommodation was gorgeously styled, extremely clean and surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Rachael was a wonderful host and has thought of absolutely everything to make the stay comfortable. The SoHI guide on all things local was extremely useful and we loved visiting some of the recommendations. Great location for A Day on the Green events too- short work to the Mittagong shuttle pickup at Mittagong Station. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time. The cabin is neat and well equipped with all facilities as advertised. But the real value lies in the beautiful, secluded and relaxing surroundings. It’s an amazing property with wildlife all around. Highly recommended!

A fantastic place to stay, set in a stunning and very tranquil location. The unit is in pristine condition and fitted out immaculately with everything that you could ever need. I had 2 incredible nights here around my wedding day which featured 2 incredible nights sleep, a fantastic venue for getting ready, and amazing flexibility from host Julie who could not have been any more wonderful & accommodating. We cannot recommend a stay here enough- thank you Julie!!!
