Very beautiful apartment. Clean and tidy. Close to the city centre and metro station just around corner. I would highly recommend to choose this apartment for my friends for staying in Vienna.

This place was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Vienna. It was clean, cute and had everything we needed and more. Shower was fantastic and so were the beds. Would definitely recommend. Also close to the Metro stop and not a super far walk downtown!

We stayed 3 amazing nights at Wilfried’s Skyflat. First of all, the view out from wide and tall windows sorrowing the room was gorgeous looking down the entire Vienna city. It was conveniently located to reach the city center by a short ride on a tram or by a long walk. Our family enjoyed the sauna. Also, enjoyed a unique shaped terrace. I would recommend all the visitors to Vienna of this room, especially for a family.

The apartment is really easy to find and tho access. its neat and welcoming with nice windows and a balcony if the weather is good. the layout is really well thought out - it has everything you need. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for short city breaks to vienna for sightseeing. the uni campus is close by and the area is nicely landscaped. there is a grocery shop on the corner for all basic needs. great location, great price, small but perfectly formed. the bathroom is a great size and the shower was brilliant. great communication from the friendly hosts. huge thanks for the stay. 😊

Wilfried’s place was prepared meticulously, clean, and professionally. The apartment is beautiful and was a fantastic way to spend our time in Vienna.

The apartment was very clean, tidy, comfortable, the apartment had all the utilities you needed. I have nothing negative to say about the apartment. the means of transport is one minute from the house. The owner is very polite, answers all questions.

Would 100% recommend this Air BnB and would come back here! What a beautiful apartment and so worth the money!!!

Very pleasant stay. Even the taxi driver said “Wow you’re staying here?” When we arrived so knew it was a great location. Close to local shops and amenities. Very close to the Christmas markets max 30 min walk away from the furthest one. Alen was super flexible with the check in and out. Gave us a lot more time in the flat. They have a reception and laundry room in the building which is great if you accidentally leave the keys in the flat which we did (Whoops!) Thank you for being a great host Alen. Lovely apartment, we will definitely stay again.

Buen lugar , un poco alejado del centro pero hay acceso muy cercano al tranvía que te lleva directo a la zona turística. En general muy recomendable!

Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung! Sie hat eine wunderbare Lage und es ist trotz dieser zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Check in ist einfach und super flexibel.

Ours a month long stay. Sept 2024. The apt had a wonderful spacious layout. Long hallway leads to the large living/kitchen. Hardwood floors. Off the main hallway was the shower/sink bathroom; and a separate toilet room. The bedroom was accessible through the bathroom, and also from the kitchen/living room. Large old windows. Lots of clothes storage in the bedroom. There were too few bath towels. Upon our having inquired about this, more were delivered. The shower was a concern as it did not drain well, and water leaked at the base of the glass panel. But all was attended to, rectified by the hosts promptly when we notified them of the issues. With warmer/summer temps there can be outdoor cafe/people noise until very late. Once the weather cooled, noises calmed down. Steady stream of cars on street below, all coming from Mariahilfer Strasse. Perfectly located with walking everywhere. Many wonderful cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries nearby. Walk and you will find. Elevator. W/D

Great location just opposite the train station and near the international and convention center. comfortable and had everything we needed. Jochen was responsive and helpful. highly recommend this place

Dieter has been kind and very responsive to all my messages, and he was also accommodating with my early check-in. The apartment is well-maintained and fully equipped, providing everything you might need. Additionally, there are restaurants and markets within a five-minute walk. I highly recommend this place.

Sehr schönes Studio, ideal für 1 bis 2 Personen für einige Wochen oder Monate. Sehr intelligent konzipiert und wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, z.B eine eigene Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorragend. 100% empfehlenswert!

Dieter war ein großartiger Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet und sofort auf Probleme reagiert. Sowohl vor unserer Ankunft als auch während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir mit detailierten Informationen über die Wohnung, die Umgebung und den öffentlichen Verkehr versorgt, sodass wir uns gut zurechtfanden. Die Wohnung war bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber, warm und frisch gelüftet, wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dieters Wohnung für einen Monat und kann ihn als Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen. Er ist unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man Unterstützung braucht. Besonders hilfreich war er, als wir Schwierigkeiten hatten, das Ticketsystem in Wien zu verstehen – dank seiner Hilfe haben wir es geschafft, den Durchblick zu bekommen! Die Wohnung selbst ist super sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Nach meinem anstrengenden Praktikum habe ich mich immer darauf gefreut, in die gemütliche Wohnung zurückzukehren. Die Lage ist ideal – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und ein großes Einkaufszentrum liegt nur zwei Bahnstationen entfernt, wo man alles bekommt, was man braucht. Insgesamt kann ich Dieter und seine Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Had a great stay! Perfect as a base for hiking in the surrounding area. Train station nextdoor brings you into the park with various stops, with very nice hikes back. Appartment had everything you need. Just a note that it is a complex with 8 appartments so not every picture is from the particular one I had. Would chose this place again for sure!
