My wife and I found this place and booked it to host my parents and sister for Christmas and New Year. We had an AMAZING time and would 100% recommend it to anyone! The hosts were super responsive and took care of all our needs. We fell in love with the place and would love to return any time!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

Riki’s place was beautiful and as described in the description and pictures. Great place for us going to Universal Studios literally a 10 minute drive away. Enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking around. Keep in mind there is a fee to use the hot tub depending how long your stay is. Would highly recommend especially if going to Universal Studios. Thanks Riki for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

David’s place was exactly what my young family of 4 required. Spacious, clean, with all the right amenities. The house felt like home as soon as we walked in. David was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay for our sick family vacation down to the LA area. The host was very responsive to our needs, easy to work with, accommodating, and timely with communication. The house was nice and matched the pictures provided on the posting and was in a safe location that allowed us convenient access to all the places we wanted to visit.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Christian’s space was the perfect choice for a trip in DTLA. The parking was convenient, the building was walking distance from tons, and it matched the description perfectly. The security made you feel at ease, and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable for 3 guests. Christian was great at communicating as well. Would recommend and stay again if returning to DTLA.

Great place. Malcolm is very responsive and helpful. Security in the lobby is very friendly and appreciated. Inside of the residence has everything you need. Host was flexible and made our trip very smooth. Lots of restaurants nearby and parking was nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Malcolm!

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

Honestly, it was such a cute and cozy place. Very quiet, felt like home. The bed outside by the pool was amazing as well were able to lay out and relax. The area was quiet and easy to find parking. Amara was a great host. Very responsive, checked in on us and was accommodating. Made everything so much easier and peaceful.

We had an amazing time—truly one of my favorite stays! The house was eclectic and beautiful, blending modern comfort with a stylish artsy Art Deco flair. The kitchen was fantastic, and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect for relaxing. Linda was a wonderful host, communicating promptly and making sure we felt right at home. The thoughtful welcome basket was such a special touch—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

Adrian and Don are lovely people who have lived in the area for a long time. Eager to be helpful. Place is very quiet and secluded but close to great restaurants with easy access to most things. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time in LA, it was our first visit. The stay was more than comfortable, specially our daughter loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. Both Kat and Logan are great hosts and took good care of us. Thank you!!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

This place was very welcoming and big. It’s well stocked with everything you need for cooking. It has a big selection of tea and fresh coffee beans were very good. The heated swimming pool was a great addition. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. It very close to a grocery store. I will stay here again. Lisa
