We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing home. The views are spectacular and the location was convenient to Nelson Tasman area. Kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was nice after long days mountain biking. Would love to return soon!

I’ve stayed in a lot of places all around the world, but this place outshines all of them. The views are absolutely beautiful. The host has thought of every single possible thing you could ever need. I wish there was a stronger word to use than well equipped. Maybe perfectly equipped? I wish we could’ve stayed longer and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there. I would say don’t bother looking for any place else. Just book this beautiful home. You can occasionally hear people walking on the floor above you, but it was barely noticeable and rarely happened. It is extremely spacious. I mean extremely spacious. It’s huge. The host left snacks, fresh fruit, champagne was chilling on arrival. Outside space was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable furnishings on the deck. I could go on and on.

Kiwi Greenie was the best place for a quiet weekend away from life. Lovely bike rides & beautiful waterfall walk all close by. Wee slice of paradise.

This place is just ‘wow’. My wife and l loved the tranquility, the views & the amenities. The only change l would do is stay longer. We lived it, we loved it.

The perfect spot to relax and recharge. Spacious, comfortable and peaceful we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Roger was fantastic, communication was excellent and he was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit and things to do. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the friendly sheep and chickens and us adults enjoyed the beautiful outlook and peaceful surroundings with a quiet drink on the deck at sunset! Highly recommend Roger’s beautiful home and cannot wait to visit again.

Loved the full-size fridge and off street parking. Tamara’s house was equipped with everything we needed. She is on a main street but I didn’t hear anything with the fan on. I loved the yard where I could hang up laundry and she had gobs of clothespins on the line. She really thought of everything! I would love to stay there again!💜

Thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. Sue and Runar are lovely - super responsive and available if needed. The cottage is quiet and peaceful. Lovely view of the ranges from the road. Check out the Wēkā Trail about 300 meters from the front gate - spent many a quiet morning walking up that farm track - lovely panoramic views from the top of the gentle hill. The house is centrally located and a great jumping off spot for a variety of activities in the area. There are several good wineries within ten minutes and many have excellet restaurants/cafe's attached. Tasman village is very close and has a good coffee spot. Motueka is 15 minutes and has everything you'll need. We did several trips up to Able Tasman to day hike - about 25 minutes drive. Enjoyed Māpua restaurants and craft/art stores also. The cottage has everything you need, and there's plenty of space. We also loved the chicken and grew quite attached to her over the course of the month!! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

We loved our 1 week stay for our summer holiday in Moteuka. We loved staying somewhere rural with beautiful views, but a quick 5 min drive to town. Yvette and Ross are such friendly hosts. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We all loved the pond area, warm enough to swim, paddleboard, or sit in our rings and relax in! The house was very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Appreciated all the included things we could use in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry, makes a big difference not having to buy all of these extras. Wonderful big deck. The bedrooms did get hot at night for sleeping, fans were provided though and there is aircon in the living area. Smaller studio unit underneath the main house can be rented too if traveling with more people. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day. Thank you

Stayed with my adult kids and grand baby. We had an absolutely amazing stay at David’s accommodation! The home was set out well to suit all of our needs and had recently been updated. Access to the kayaks was an excellent way to enjoy the ocean and have fun together. Such a beautiful location central to heaps of local sites of interest, not to mention the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. Good comms from host - very easy to book and access. Would highly recommend and would definitely return, if in the area! Thanks again David.

Fantastic spot so close to such a beautiful beach. Worked well with three generations of family there, enough room for all. Extra special was the kayaks we could use, which keep the young ones entertained for hours. Great beach break away, thanks 😊

Only there for one night. Would have liked to stay longer. It’s not on the beach, but it’s a lovely spot and great cabins. Grateful for a dog friendly place and it’s a very relaxed environment. Would stay again.

Great place 10 mins walk to centre of town. Quiet, lovely garden setting. Very clean and tidy with everything needed for a self contained stay. comfy bed, modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Clear instructions from Host and quick responses to enquiries. Enjoyed our stay

Great stay, we had the unit to ourselves which was private, as hosts were away. The parking was on the road, we used the BBQ for some cooking , but took electric fry pan to cook as we don't use microwaves, and cooked outside under the veranda that worked really well. weather was great. and had a lovely sauna and spa , a very quiet spot to relax, hosts were lovely and kept us informed throughout our stay. recommend 5 stars 🌟

Beautiful house in great central location. Everything is nearby and in walking distance. Comfortable guestroom with own bath. And most important: a super lovely hosting familiy. We enjoyed our stay so so much. Thanks for everything!

Highly recommend for a tranquill location with a lovely swimming pool. Easy access to great beach on Rabbit Island and good eateries at Mapua Wharf.

Lovely place to stay with a friendly host. Not too far from Nelson and surrounding attractions but feels amazingly private and peaceful - and we loved being able to say hello to the cows! Pool was a great facility for hot summer afternoons and the cottage had everything we needed and nice spacious rooms.

A really nice apartment, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Perhaps a little bit of slightly intrusive noise in the daytime but quiet overnight. Lovely spa and pool area too. Only potential downside is that it’s sort of out on the edge of town. But five stars from me.

Beautiful place with a stunning view. Very tranquil and had everything we needed. Had a rental car, which was needed, so easy for us to get to all the surrounding areas and food places.
