This is the perfect choice to stay in Bright for a couple. We stayed for 4 nights and it is in my all time top 3 places. It is situated in a very quiet culdesac about 1km from the centre of town. The modern little Scandanavian- inspired house has delightful views from the living room and bedroom. The seperate toilet is useful. The helpful but unobtrusive owner lives next door. The house is cleverly designed, well appointed, free of clutter, bright and has a full kitchen. There is a rear balcony with great views of the hills and space to store your bikes. (The house is a one minute ride from the bike track to Wandiligong, a delightful and easy 5 km ride or walk.)

Charli’s home was a lovely, comfortable place with all the amenities we needed. Charli was very proactive and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend her place.

Kate’s property was the perfect location for our long weekend. Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 8. Lots of space, great little pool area, and easy walking distance to town. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay and the house was a perfect set up for our family getaway with the little things that had been considered such as, having a high chair there, kids books and some toys. The lockable storage for our bikes was also great. Host was lovely and communicated really well. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a fantastic week at Chris’s place. The house is great and exactly like it looks in the pictures. Bedrooms are big and all have Aircon. Living area has a huge TV and the kitchen is very modern. Garden is massive and the pool and water slide are next level! Our kids basically lived in the pool and loved the slide. If you are heading to Bright I highly, highly recommend Chris’s place - it’s only 2 mins drive from the town center. We’ll definitely be back.

The house was the kind of accommodation that makes you want to stay in, rather than going out. Beautiful mountain views from the living areas, peaceful spots in the garden to sit back and listen to the creek. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the house was well insulated so stayed warm even when cool outside. We weren’t able to sit on the deck because of the wasps and other insects unfortunately.

The home was well furnished and spacious for our party of 7 adults and 2 dogs. The view of the valley from the front of the property is great. Having 2 seating areas in the house is helpful, as both areas have televisions and it was possible to watch different programs simultaneously. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The attention to detail is evident in every room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery, pans and tools. This made us feel “at home”. A good sized, well maintained, landscaped, fully fenced garden suited our 2 dogs. David, the host, promptly responded to any of our queries before we arrived at the property and while we were there, ensuring us of a comfortable and happy stay at the house. However, we have a suggestion regarding the steps inside the house. The steps need clearer demarcation to make them more visible, particularly as the steps are of varying depth. We have just spent 4 nights here. The cute little farmhouse overlooks paddocks and misty hills with cow, sheep and birds! It's on private property a little way from town so it is very quiet and private. The inside is nicely renovated and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The directions online described how to get there perfectly (hint: don't trust Google Maps!) We had car troubles on our second day and were navigating a pretty stressful situation. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and kind. We had a lovely stay, Thanks Martine and Daniel.

This place is clean and cozy. I visited in winter and place is warm. Coles and restaurants are in walkable distances.

Beautiful stay at a delightful place in an amazing location! Thanks so much Lizzy. We loved how easy it was to get up to Feathertop for a day hike and get on to the rail trail for a ride! Looking forward to coming back at some point!

This was a perfect place to relax and get away from things. Patricia was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and she was a great source of knowledge for local activities and where to go. Accomodation was cosy and had everything we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Thanks for having us, we'll be back Anthony and Trish

Beautiful and quiet! Short walk to the river and to the Main Street for cafes and restaurants. A short ride to Mystic MTB Park and house has bike storage which was convenient.

A perfect place to enjoy a break away from home with all the comforts of home. A well maintained and equipped unit and very comfortable environment. Highly recommend this place
