The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Eileen was sooo friendly! The space is wonderful and the pool is amazing. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment with an open floor plan with bedrooms split apart, in like new condition, with a screened balcony. It was very quiet. You do have to go up 19 steps to the apt. Nice neighborhood to walk around. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our two week stay.

Great place with lots of space. Host even let me check in 2 hours early. Super clean and very well appointed. The only improvement I could suggest would be replacing the TV in the bedroom with one that actually works.

This place is better than as described. Clean. Spacious. Safe. conveniently located. Near conveniences like restaurants, the beach, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, whatever you could need or want. It’s in a nice building in a decent neighborhood. Hosts promptly responded to our requests regarding check-in time. Nothing ever went wrong while we were there that would have required to contact. But I’m quite sure they would act as promptly as they did before we arrived.

Loved our stay! Condo was well equipped. View of lake was incredible. Pool & hot tub were great. Watched Disney fireworks each night from the front of the condo and watched 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the balcony. I hope to have an opportunity to stay here again!

Once we arrived and parked our car, we never needed it again. We enjoyed walking around and taking in the local sites, restaurants, parks, and admiring the variety of architecture. Highly recommend this area!

Wonderful house exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood very close to the university. House is spacious and very clean. It's actually across the street from a brewery and little market with live music. It was perfect to come back to the house after a long day and just walk across the street for dinner. Heather was a great host and super responsive! She was able to message me for an early check in after the cleaning crew was done. The backyard is also super cute with a sitting area and all fenced in for our pup! Would totally stay here again and would recommend to all!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located with many things nearby. It was a great little home away from home for our family of four.

We really enjoyed our time at Carlo’s place. We were in the area to visit family this place made it even more enjoyable. I would only recommend more pots and pans for cooking. I really did appreciate his quick response to our questions and even brought us a box of our favorite coffee pods to accommodate!

This property was the ideal layout to accommodate my husband and I, our two kids and my parents. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed when we cooked in. The coffee/tea bar was an added bonus. And the location was close to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter's Landing with lots of restaurant options. The back lanai had a lovely lake view - so peaceful!

Incredible vacation, was the exact right spot for my family and I to call “home” for a week. Had amazing amenities for my children as well as us as adults. Such a fun time and comfortable! If I was to give one “wish” was just to have a full length mirror somewhere, but that’s just a personal wish. Even without I still would recommend over and over!

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

My parents, husband, and I stayed at Anderson’s place for a spring break vacation. We were happy the condo was on the first floor and right next to the handicap parking spots since my parents have difficulty walking for a variety of reasons. The unit itself was very nice and we really liked the layout. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but if we had been walking around at the Disney parks all day like we had when we were all younger, we surely would have been too tired to notice any discomfort from beds. We checked out both pools and the one near the clubhouse was very nice! However, we did not swim in it due to time. Overall, I feel like the place was worth the money spent to stay there.

This is a great option if your visiting Orlando but don't want to stay a one of the "resorts" in the area. The location had plenty of dining and entertainment near it and is set up for extended stay if needed. The pool and playground are directly behind the building as well as a grilling station. My family will be back!
