We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. The hero of the stay is the backyard - perfect for dogs, ideal for Santa’s BBL Beach Cricket set and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend.

This was a beautiful home. Beautifully presented. Exceptional cleanliness and pristine house. Instructions were clear. Labelling on kitchen was so helpful. The decking and jacuzzi were absolutely beautiful and the jacuzzi was ready to be used which was awesome. The views from the deck are stunning. Amazing stay would definitely recommend for family’s with older children. Amazing place and made lots of amazing memories. Thank you for your hospitality as a host.

Tess was a great host. She was really easy to deal with and made checking in and out so easy for us. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a short drive to the Main Street in Rye which made heading to the beach and having a great time over the weekend really easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Prefect get away home from city living, with an abundance of space for family activities. The layout of the house was really open where everyone could relax in your own space with out feeling to segregated

We had a lovely stay for a weekend trip to celebrate my birthday. The house had modern interiors, cosy communal areas and a lovely hot tub! Everything, such as grocery stores, shops and beaches, were all quite close, which was very convenient. It was perfect for a trip like ours, but could also be for family getaways!

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. The cabin was spacious and great for our family. Communication with Mathijs was great and he was quick to respond to any questions. Check in was also a breeze. The Llama Lounge had an awesome play area that our young kids loved. Some the outside amenities of the property like the play area are looking a bit weathered and could use a refresh. But overall we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to the stay again.

This place is lovely! beautiful views, quiet, peaceful and cozy. We enjoyed our weekend here with a few friends everyone loved it! The track to the beach feels like a little adventure. Cooked some food in the kitchen and on the bbq. John is great with communication and flexible with check in and check out which was appreciated.

This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

Hands down, the best experience on Airbnb. The pool is amazing that our 4 year old son didn’t want to leave. He in actual fact termed the place as “our new home”. Amazing communication by Peter, very proactive and friendly. The host actually allowed us to check in at 1pm instead of the scheduled 3pm and allowed us an hour later checkout. So we checked out at 11am instead of 10am. We shall definitely return soon for more days stay. Very much recommendable.

Beautiful home and view! Made use of the tennis court and the spa which were the highlight. Furry son loved exploring the backyard too. Sad to leave!!

We stayed two nights at the Gate House Cottage. It was perfect! The cottage was very clean and had beautiful furnishings and decor. The architecture and stain glass windows were gorgeous. I am a fussy person and I couldn’t fault it. Quiet. Super comfy bed. All the little extra touches and yum breakfast supplies. Everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed at the Island many times and this was our first st Rhyll. We will definitely be back to stay again.
