We had plenty of room for my family and small dog. The view and sound of the river was one of our favorite parts. It was so peaceful! The hosts were quick on response times and so so accommodating. I'd stay again!

This charming home in a residential neighborhood is a gem. From the quirky decor to the well-stocked kitchen, it offers personality and comfort. The beds and linens are high-quality and it was perfect for two of us to have our own spaces - though with only one bath, it might be a bit less accommodating for 4. Matthew was helpful and responsive and has made this space welcoming ("sure, use the turntable and records"). We will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

this is our second year having Thanksgiving at this air bnb. Both years has been great and they are extremely responsive. The beds are comfortable, we cook a whole Thanksgiving dinner there without issues. The house is clean, quiet and comfortable, with the 2 living rooms it is plenty of space. we set up the video games upstairs for the kids and they could stream movies from our lap to onto the projector screen. We did crafts at the dining room table and had fun in the backyard. highly recommend

Large and beautiful home. Fit the whole family. Very peaceful neighborhood and centrally located. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

My 5th stay, lovely place

Chris’s home was super comfortable with well stocked kitchen and anything you’d need for a getaway. The setting by the river is magical- we saw bald eagles and other waterfowl even in midwinter! Imagine relaxing in the hot tub after a day of snow sports with a view of the river. It’s a perfect spot to get you away from the rat race for a little while! We hope to check it out in warmer weather soon

Perfect place for my wife and I to escape the city and recharge our batteries. We will return soon! DD

We initially intended our trip to Mt. Hood to be a snowboarding trip but this house really became the focal point of the trip. We had an amazing stay at Brenda and John's home. It is easily one of the top homes we've stayed at. It had so much charm, but was also renovated for modern amenities and comfort. The beds were really comfortable. Our party was 2 families, and this home had plenty of space and everything we needed. We loved the fireplace and the record player / sonos as well as the piano in the living room. The kitchen was also great, stocked with everything we needed, and a grill on the patio that was connected via natural gas. The kids room had a lot of options and we ended up playing a lot of ping pong and scrabble. Host wise, Brenda was amazing. She was available for every question and so helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again and have raved about it to all my friends.

We had a great stay at Ed and Kym’s and would happily stay again. It was so nice to have access to 2 pack n plays and a bunch of fun toys for our young family. Ed and Kym were very friendly and accommodating. We loved being able to walk to Laurelhurst Park.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Pamela's house. This home is conveniently located and the basement apartment is very cozy. There are good windows that let in a lot of light and attention has been paid to every detail of the space. The private patio area and hot tub are a phenomenal bonus! The team handling the property was very responsive and helpful; they provided clear instructions that were easy to follow. I hope we'll have the opportunity to stay at Pamela's house again soon. Cindy and Rob have a beautiful spot on the river! If you’re looking for a nice, unique, quiet, secluded getaway this is the perfect place. The dwelling was right on the river whether you want to fish or just enjoy the breathtaking view and sounds of nature. They had pretty much everything you would need along with a bbq and fire pit. Heads up, it is pretty isolated but there is a corner store about 2-3 minutes down the road and they had a nice selection of grocery items but I definitely recommend doing your grocery shopping beforehand since the closest grocery store was about 20 minutes away. I definitely will be returning in the future, thank you Cindy and Rob!😊

We stayed at Christine & Martin’s place for a 3rd time-this year a 2nd time on returning from the coast. Their place felt like home & they were engaging & super friendly. They were great hosts & very accommodating. Their studio apartment was clean, comfortable, & very spacious. It was easy to cook there as they had everything you would need. We would definitely return when we’re back in the area!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at Jim’s cozy retreat. Overlook is a peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood of well maintained homes within a short walking distance to all of the action on Mississippi Ave as well as the TriMet station, making it easy to explore all that Portland has to offer. The apartment was clean and easy to access. We felt very safe there. The bed has a comfortable mattress, the bathroom with shower has high quality towels and plenty of hot water, and the unit is comfortably climate controlled. Jim is a wonderful host, personable, communicative and responsive. If you are lucky like we were, you might even get to meet his adorable, friendly kitties on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Jim’s Airbnb property.

My friend and I wanted a relaxing mom’s-staycation so we booked this for the location and the fact it has a hot tub. We were not disappointed! We really loved this place. It was cozy and clean, and felt far away even though we were close to town. I was pleasantly surprised at the dual-control warming mattress on the king size bed. That was a great touch! David was welcoming and LouAnne was the biggest sweetheart! I would definitely come back.

Great apartment in an optimal Portland location. It is easy to park, and easy to drive to multiple neighborhoods/destinations from the apartment. The apartment is located in a beautiful walking neighborhood which was ideal for our dog. Very comfortable and clean place!

Wonderful cabin very central to all Mt Hood has to offer. Maria was extremely responsive and helpful. It was delightful for our family to get to experience it during snow season, highly recommend.

Great location and a beautiful view. Even though there are a few cabins next door, it feels completely private. All the windows face a beautiful forested area and creek. The hot tub was wonderful and the house is clean.

The cabin fit the description perfectly. It was easy to get to and had everything we needed. Unfortunately a tree fell and took out a local power line. The host went out of his way to get a generator for us and kept it running until the power came back. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone that is interested.

The home is well kept, beautiful, & clean. Ian made it really easy to find & he provided everything we'd need during our quick stay. It was amazing being able to relax in a cozy & clean cabin after a day up in the snow.

This cabin is one of those rare rentals on AirBnb that truly feels like you're walking into someone's HOME; it's full of cozy details and the hosts have clearly anticipated what guests might need during their stay. The guide to using lights, the sauna, the fireplace, etc. were all very clear and easy to follow, the kitchen has all of the things you might need and reasonably expect, and the bathroom has extra details in case there are things you might have forgotten. Despite the fact that you have neighbors in decently close proximity the neighborhood is quiet, and sitting on the back porch with a view of the creek and the woods it really feels like you're alone. Located in a great area, with friendly and responsive hosts, this is a stay that we DEFINITELY hope to repeat next year!

We had a great stay with our dog. The grounds are expansive with nice walking trails and a beautiful view of the gorge. There are only a few cabins so it feels very private, not crowded. Inside the cabin, it was tastefully decorated, warm and cozy, plenty of outlets and the hot water was very hot. Everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Note that there is a queen bed on the main floor and two twin beds in the loft, I'm really not sure why the listing shows three twin beds, it's just not right. Also, the shower is pretty small, so would not be a good option for someone with mobility challenges.

Loss for words :) cabin is absolutely amazing. It was the perfect getaway for my family the hot tub and rain shower were my 5 year olds fav and can agree hands down just so relaxing. Hosts were also very friendly and communicative.

Nice and relaxing place. Potbelly stove was perfect and the kitchen had all that we needed. Wonderful family getaway not too far from home. Would love to come back soon.
