This cottage is small but comfortable with amazing views. The local birds will entertain you for hours! The host was very communicative. Would recommend for a weekend getaway.

Thank you so much for hosting us . We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay. Of special note were- decent sized cups! Totally under rated. Trolley with seats and umbrella to take down the beach, this was a game changer with a baby in tow. The walk to the beach was lovely, easy and an awesome family beach. Lastly a late checkout which made life so much better we were able to work around baby nap time. Thank you once again.

This place is located in a quiet area just off the main strip and very close to the train station. Plenty of space, was very clean and the balcony very large. It was a great stay and would happily stay here again.

Really well presented apartment in an awesome location. 5 min walk to great coffee, cafe and Deli. 2 min walk to the beach. Or sit and chill and watch boats come in and out of the marina. Highly recommended and we will be going back !!

Ben’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway with our friends, 2 year old and dogs. The house is absolutely stunning and we very much enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor dining with the bbq. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the high chair and kids toys, which our daughter loved. Thank you for truly wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Most of the day today requirements were provided without the need to shop for kitchen basics. Very clean rooms with furniture.

If we could give more stars we would! Such a wonderful experience and beautiful accomodation. Very family friendly for our two young boys. Very relaxing and peaceful and so close to all the Phillip Island has to offer! The cabin was very clean and we felt right at home!

The house itself is lovely but we did find it a little misleading as we thought that the pool was Private. One of our guest has low mobility so walking to the pool etc. Is not possible for him. That was very disappointing but the house itself is lovely. It was under equipped with Plates and other serving items. There were no serving bowls, no salad servers, no platters, minimal utensils including an egg flip and tea strainer, no cheeseboard and minimal glasses. There were also only 6 dinner plates in a four bedroom house. So they did have to buy extra things and we also bought extra things. But all in all a lovely house.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Kim’s place ! The house was incredible and had everything that we needed. It was also walking distance to the Blairgowrie shops and cafe which was super convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Had a great time. So many things were supplied in the kitchen and pantry. Kitchen is full of so many appliances and utensils, pots pans crockery and glasses. Exceptionally well decked out. Decking was great and everyone could fit around the 3 tables. Loved the spa, very relaxing when kids in bed. The main room exceptionally large and all the other rooms were a good size. Lots of spare blankets available if required. We didn't walk to the beach but you could if you wanted to. Phillip was a great host and very responsive if I required help.

Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and its peaceful surroundings. The gym, pool + table tennis table and darts were a highlight with the children and kept them entertained for hours. Will definitely book again. Highlight for us was the backyard - especially in the morning - birds chirping, butterflies and dragonflies everywhere it was so calming and beautiful. Exactly what we needed. Full of amenities and well maintained. Attention to detail - well worth the visit. The host Lucy was lovely and responds to any issues promptly. 10/10 for us. Loved every minute.
