Wonderful Stay! Barb unlocked the door for us, without us asking her to, when we arrived late at night and I couldn't find the code (My fault!) Beautiful location. We stayed in September and loved walking down to the lake. There were deer, turkey, and other wildlife that we enjoyed! If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the area, this is a great place and centrally located for the attractions in the area!

You need this cabin in your life and in your vacation. Such a perfectly quiet location with zero noise and light pollution. The deer and other woodland creatures are there to welcome you home and the wind in the trees is there to help you focus on nothing else, but you, your vacation, and being in the moment. The Kitchen is perfect for being able to cook meals so that you don’t have to eat out all the time when you are busy seeing the sites or taking a long hike on one of the mini trails Fresh air and fresh perspective combined with relaxation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had such a great stay at Rebecca's place! The house was beautifully styled and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to Stockade Lake and have access to the Mickelson Trail right across the street. The convenience of being minutes from town and Custer State Park meant that we could enjoy more of our limited time having fun exploring the area. We loved the deer and turkeys that visited the yard daily. Cooking in the well equipped kitchen was a breeze, and at the end of the day, having a hot tub to relax in and comfortable rooms for sleeping kept us well rested and energized. Highly recommend!

There are not enough good things to say about LeeAnn's place! This spot is cozy and beautiful, clean and in the most beautiful location! We so appreciated the great communication and flexibility by these hosts who helped us in a pinch. This spot is an absolute must stay if you are going to Rapid City. Thank you LeeAnn for the best trip ever, you made it so great for us!!

We had a glorious time in the hills staying at Joy’s little red inn. The kids enjoyed the large front yard for playing and the adults enjoyed the fire and beauty that surrounded the property. We enjoyed being close to Custer and Joy being so responsive to us. We hope she will have us back soon!

The home is exactly what my husband and father in law were looking for. The home felt so comfortable and spacious. Cristen stopped in to welcome them when they arrived and also provided a basket of snacks upon their late arrival. The creekside fishing was amazing as well as the close location to amenities. This was a fabulous trip and this home was apart of creating some fantastic memories!

Cynthia was a great host. The property had everything I needed. Close to Canyon Lake and walking trails and super convenient.

Nice person at check in and very helpful for giving information of the best way to get to various attractions. One of our vehicles blew a fuse and we didn't have the right tool to get into the fuse box. Maintenance man came right away and helped us. Cabin was freshly painted and some improvements made.

This little house in the woods was private, extremely clean and comfortable, stocked with everything we needed, and soooo peaceful! The hottub was wonderful. One of the cleanest places we've stayed. We hope to be back again soon! The snowflakes were a bonus😊
