Svetlana and Kenneth have a wonderful place for guests that is clean and very tranquil. The cabins are perfectly situated close to the ocean and nestled in and amongst the trees. The hosts are friendly and very helpful in ensuring your comfort and knowledge about life on Malcolm Island. A beautiful location that we will return to!

thank you valerye and family, what a wonderful place to spend new years. magnificent house with little touches, like a pot for poaching 7 eggs at once and a magnificent garden I'm sad we didn't get to see in full splendor. some places you stay, it's obvious the host has never spent any time in the rental and this was 100% NOT the case with this valeryes place.

We had a lovely early September weekend stay at Svetlana & Kenneth´s place. Perfect spot to be tugged away from the business of the world: relax & ground under the beautiful big trees and tune into the everchanging ocean views. Rita’s cabin was charming: it was rustic but cozy & comfortable, and it smelled like cedar 😊. We enjoyed lighting the fireplace in the evenings after being outdoors all day. We also used the sauna (and had a few dips in the ocean) a great way to relax! Overall, the buildings and grounds were tidy, clean, and well cared for. Svetlana & Kenneth were friendly, easy to approach, and helpful hosts. We would come back again.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. When we arrived we found flowers, wine, and chocolate waiting for us which was totally above and beyond and made us feel super welcomed. There is ample space for 8 adults with comfy beds and nice sheets. The amenities were sooo nice to have after a day at the ski hill. The kitchen was a DREAM. Actual good knives, every kind of dish and bowl and tool we needed to cook, a dry goods pantry, a spice drawer.. it was lovely. Marni and Jeff replied quickly to our questions and were super helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had an incredible stay at the Founders villa. The air bnb had exceeded our expectations, the photos did not do the place justice. We did a fishing charter with Jeff which was a highlight for our group- would definitely recommend that! The general store had all the basic necessities in case you forget anything and all the staff were very helpful with assisting us to make sure we were taken care of. The beautiful views from each room, the sound of the creek beside the house, and the sound of a crackling fire made for a very peaceful retreat. We were very sad to leave when it was time to say goodbye. We hope to be back sometime!

My family and I were so grateful to have the use of Lynette’s house. There were 7 adults and a 16 month old. My grandnephew loved all of the space that he had inside and outside. Everything we needed was readily available for our use. I would book this house again in the future. Thank you Lynette and Erin for such a quick response with any questions we had.

Stayed for work and grateful for having my necessities available. The bed was extremely comfortable! The space was ideal for unwinding but may not be a good environment for doing productive work due to not having adequate lighting and could get cold at night. This was not a problem for me though. Will definitely recommend?

It was a pleasure to live for a fews days in the idyllic space hosted by Kat and her family, as well as their wonderful animal companions. Our kids loved running free, and trips down the the river beach. It was a great base to explore the island, and get up to the North where fewer people travel. The camper van is well equipped and spacious; we slept so well there! We'd highly recommend it.
