Kazu is a fantastic host & his place is a wonderful asset for budget travelers. A short 10 min walk from the Yagiyama Zoological Park station puts all the best of Sendai right at your fingertips. Kazu’s place is well equipped and excellently organized with all the amenities and offerings you need to feel right at home, and has a beautiful city view too. There’s a bakery, post office, grocery & convenience store nearby as well. I shared Kazu’s place with 3 other travelers while there and they were all kind, polite & respectful. I also had the good fortune to go out to dinner with Kazu at a fantastic family restaurant he recommended and we had such a wonderful time. Kazu is really an exceptionally great guy and over the course of dinner he explained the sagacious guidelines he uses to carefully choose his guests. Rest assured your in good hands and will enjoy your stay here :)

大人2人子供2人の仙台旅行で利用させてもらいました。施設は綺麗で、事前問い合わせにも丁寧に対応いただけました。アートグレイスの結婚式に家族で参列し、ベニーランドで遊んで帰りましたがアクセス抜群でした。また利用させてもらいたいと思います。

We enjoyed this place with family, best recommended for family with kids, and also suitable for the group gatherings, well facilitated house with kids play environment, outdoor setup for barbecue is awesome, big parking area, they also provided bbq setup and all utensils, i recommend this place, best stay

3mins drive to the nearest ski lift, Lawson 5mins drive. Clean rooms and friendly host who can speak Chinese and Japanese! Hosts are helpful and will go the extra mile to help guests! Very appreciative of their hospitality. Hope to see them soon!

Kazue-san was very nice! She even helped me plan a schedule to let me have the most fun possible in the limited time I was there. The room was filled with life, like a room you'd actually live in, and everything is very very clean and comfortable, feels like coming back to your own room back in your family home. The futon was very soft, smells nice, and very clean, probably the best bed I've ever slept in. She also prepared a delicious apple juice from her own farm, and prepared a warm, hearty breakfast for me in the cold morning. The bathroom is also very clean, and are arranged in the traditional Japanese style with a changing room, washing area, and bathtub. The toilet is a modern one like the ones you can find in Tokyo. If I go there again I will definitely be staying a lot longer!
