This was my first experience with Airbnb and I could not have had a better host. Jerry answered my questions, had great communication, was patient when I needed to make some changes, and even suggested a way for me to save some money. The house is absolutely darling! It was clean and comfortable. Jerry also provided a list of things to do/see in the area. My husband was skeptical of using Airbnb instead of staying at a hotel, but this experience made him a believer! If I'm in that area again, I will definitely try Jerry's house first.

Korbin’s place is spacious just as advertised with 3 separate seating/hangout areas - 2 with TVs and 1 a nice quiet space if someone wanted to have down time or read a book. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen as our group of 7 cooked dinner several nights. It’s an easy 30 minute walk to great restaurants. The beds were all comfortable as was the main seating area. Overall, Korbin’s place is a great value located less than 30 minutes to Snowbasin with 80 minute options to drive to the Cottonwood Canyons if desired! Highly recommended.

Brittany's place is a nice unit with updated kitchen and decor. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit had tons of space. The hot tub and foosball table were really enjoyable. Brittany was very responsive when we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to return next time we are in the area. I highly recommend Brittany's place!

We had an amazing stay at Bruce’s place in North Salt Lake City! From the moment we arrived, Bruce was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. His hospitality went above and beyond—he truly made us feel at home. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. But the best part of our stay was getting to know Bruce and his sweet dog, Sadie. She was such a sweet dog, making our stay even more enjoyable. Bruce isn’t just a great host—he’s someone we now consider a friend. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay in Salt Lake City, this is it! We highly recommend it and would love to return.

Beautiful home just as described and the photographs showed. We were driving from Prescott, AZ back to home in Montana and it was the perfect stopping point for us and our dog. Communication with Amanda was great, she was a wonderful host. I would recommend to anyone!

My first time in SLC! What a beautiful spot, the apartment is so gorgeous! The dishwasher is so cute, I love all the original details of the place. Other than that it was clean, easy to find, well stocked and in a good location. Philip sent instructions for check in that were very easy to follow and he was super responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

The space was easy to find, well-maintained, and wonderfully cozy. We had a five night stay-cation as we sold our house and moved out, and this was our little home away from home. There is this lovely little desk nook which was super helpful as I was still working, which shows how well thought out the space was. A huge perk is that the space is dog friendly, and Callee had lots of little helpful things to make our pup's stay that much cozier as well. The neighborhood is walkable and cute, albeit quiet and not very commercial. Parking can be challenging with the boxing studio and the restaurant across the street, but there is parking to be found. This is one of the better AirBnBs in the neighborhood: wonderfully cute, cozy, and well priced. We would stay here again if we get the chance.

I loved Jenna’s place so much that I booked another month. Highly recommended! Great WiFi, nice tv, hot showers and super comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood as well, very close to everything you need. The Handle Bar up the road is a nice watering hole.

I stayed in Britta and Meelad's apartment during a short weekend trip to SLC, and was very pleased with the easily-walkable location, the cleanliness and charm of the apartment itself, and the responsiveness and courtesy of Britta and Meelad from check-in to check-out. The neighborhood the apartment is in sits on a gentile hill that offers incredible views of the surrounding mountains, and while it is only a short walk to several dining and entertainment options, it still feels quiet and tucked-away, offering a unique balance of accessibility and privacy/comfort. Space in the apartment is limited, but not to the point of feeling cramped. Lots of windows make the apartment feel larger than it is, and the (very comfortable) bed can be tucked away if more space is needed. The kitchen is stocked with standard cooking equipment/utensils, and the bathroom is large for a studio with a full bath/shower that has great water pressure. I will gladly stay here again on my next SLC visit

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a roadtrip from Seattle to Omaha. Plenty of space, a short drive from groceries and restaurants, and had everything we needed included nice little touches like ear plugs and sleep masks. Would definitely recommend!

I would stay here again if my travel brings me back to SLC. An older apartment building, everything works as it should.

Christie's place was perfect for our one night stay! It was clean, private, and the perfect size for me and my partner. Christie was super responsive and sweet. The listing does mention it's on-street parking but we didn't have any issues with that at all and were able to park super close. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kelli’s condo! It was a cute, quaint and comfortable space for our family of four. It’s a short drive into town and a 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain. There was also lots of instructions given on the check-in / checkout process, as well as information on the town and surrounding area which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Heather's condo was easy, comfortable, and gives great access to the surrounding ski mountains. big and small. The unit is well stocked and clean. The wood fireplace is a nice touch and everytime we went to the complexes hot tub we made new friends. I've already re-booked for next year if that gives you any idea on how much I liked it!

Great downtown location, and spacious unit. The city was very quiet at night, for being such a big city. The converted warehouse has a historic vibe, and learning how to enter it was like solving an escape room puzzle. (Which added to the fun.) I recommend entering the address into your map; the map-link from the AirBnB site did not take us to the correct location.

This condo is fantastic! It is so beautiful! The hosts are wonderful. It is close to everything downtown. They gave so much information about the area and even sent a map showing us how to get to the convention center from the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than one could ever want or need. They left fresh eggs from their chickens, and there was a coffee bar that had something for everyone. The condo is huge… 3 bedroom with 3 baths. It was perfect! I’d give the condo and hosts 10 stars.

Super cute apartment right in the heart of downtown. The apartment itself was lovely. Fully stocked kitchen. Fireplace. Amazing bathtub. The location was great––right on a downtown block with several nice restaurants. Getting in/out is a bit strange as you have to go around the back and go in almost a service door and then up the stairs, but apart from that, we loved our experience. Eva was a communicative and helpful host.

Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals was absolutely wonderful to work with. They addressed all questions and concerns we had within minutes and far exceeded our expectations. I would definitely rent from them again! :)
