The cabin was an excellent home away from home. Comfortable bedrooms and a nice kitchen and living room. Hot tub was nice and warm. When a thunderstorm hit on late Friday night, Edie was up Saturday morning checking on the pool, hot tub and exterior of cabin to confirm no damage and that we had electricity. Definitely showed she cared about her guests. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place! Our favorite things are the view, the direct access to the river, and the hot tub. Boat access for the river at Sneed's Creek access is a 1/2 mile down the road. The bird and nature watching is high level. We saw bald eagles, kingfishers, otters and even heard wild turkeys on Sunday morning. Great place to get away for our family of five plus two dogs!

Beautiful space! The creek was icey cold in March but boy did it feel good, the toddler and dog loved it too!! The fire place was so nice to warm up by. The shower head is fixed and my fiancé was almost touching it at 6’3, for anyone who may be on the taller side :) The hot tub only got up to 104, and my fiancé pointed out some icky stuff(like a tan paste) collected on my chest from the water level after we turned on the jets. There may have also been to many chemical tablets in the water, the steam turned up by the jets burned to breathe in and hurt our eyes, like a spicy steam room. DRIVE AN HOUR TO MIRROR LAKE IF YOU HAVE TIME!! So breathtakingly beautiful. I would come back to this specific cabin again ❤️

Cute, cozy and perfect stay in a quiet little area. Lots of love and effort was clearly put into this cabin and it shows. Lots of notes throughout the cabin to help understand how things work and where things are. The split unit keeps the cabin nice and warm. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is outstanding. little details from the shower mat, multi-shower heads and jet tub were a bonus. We didn't need the washer and dryer but always like having them just in case. The stove and oven are small, but mighty. Very quaint, homey decor really sets everything off. Highly recommend this place. Loved that they allow pets as well.

the wife and I and our two golden retrievers really enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. comfortable seating and a comfortable bed, nice smart TVs and a large yard. the Kevin was very well stocked with cookware and the stuff you use everyday like paper towels and tp. Marla was very responsive to any questions we had and even brought by some extra fresh eggs from her chickens

It’s clear that Stefanie has put much thought into outfitting her cabin for a relaxing and pleasant stay for her guests. We felt warmly welcomed (even Otis!) and appreciate all of Stefanie’s extra touches. Beautiful surroundings!

We were here for a fishing trip, this place worked out great, had plenty of boat parking for us.

This was our first Airbnb and it was just perfect! The location was absolutely beautiful! The temperature in the house was spot on coming from the cold outside! So cozy and we felt right at home immediately! Host John was so helpful with everything and such a fast response time! It made it that much more of a great experience knowing we have immediate help if we needed it! I 100% recommend this stay and can't wait to come back! Just an FYI, try to make it in before it gets dark! You are really in the woods/ mountains and it's scary movie vibes when you can't see a thing! Other than that, zero complaints! Thank you too the host for everything!

We have stayed all over the Mountain View area. This was by far the best location. The cabin was built to last, not just some cabin built with Home Depot lumber with the tags still on. It snowed the 2nd day we arrived and the temps were down in the 2s and 3s, Courtney sent Carey and and Tanner over to deliver extra firewood for the wood burning stove, which kept the place so cozy we didn't even use the central heat and air. The stars were so bright and amazing, the creek, bubbling across the field was bathwater clear. We will definitely be returning this summer to float around in the creek and do some fishing. It was just what we needed to unplug and get away from the city. Best hosts we've had to date!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. My husband used Jenkins Guide Service and had a great day on the river catching trout. Beautiful scenery and a cute little town

This place was wonderful. Beautiful home with everything you would need. Spacious and warm and inviting. Beautiful decks and wonderful forest trails. Tabitha was very response and great to work with. I would stay here again and again!

This was an outstanding place. The hosts were responsive and it was close to a lot of great things like Blanchard Springs Caverns. The views were breathtaking and the place was decorated so nicely! We highly recommend it if you are in the Mountain View area!

I went with a few of my friends on a girls trip and this Airbnb was perfect for us! We’re already talking about planning our trip for next year and staying here again.

This is a great cabin in a great location for our specific weekend plans in the area. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and devastating damage to the area so we had to cut our stay short. While we witnessed the storm, we were unaware of the full extent of it and the damage until we were on our way out of town. The owner checked on us and stopped by the morning after the storm. It seemed as though the entire community had come together almost immediately after the storm to work through the night checking on neighbors and clearing roads. Prayers to the town of Fifty Six as they continue to clean up and rebuild. Will be back to support the town. Thankful that there did not seem to be any significant injuries.

Cannot recommend this enough! By far the best place I’ve ever stayed. Every single detail was well thought out and perfectly executed from the amenities to the decor. Brought my girlfriend here for an anniversary trip and, unbeknownst to her, a proposal at Mirror Lake (she said yes!) and and I can’t imagine a better setting for a romantic getaway. Will absolutely be back in the future!

This is a great cabin for a weekend golf outing or just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I’ve rented here before and it is always spotless and comfortable. I will definitely plan to rent this cabin again.
