Found everything easily. Lots of kitchen appliances. Beds very comfortable. Shoreline easily accessible.

When we entered the place the Fireplace was warm and inviting ( one of our favorite things), the temperature of the place was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, there was coffee, butter and a 1/2 dozen of farm fresh eggs from their chickens. The king bed was so comfortable, we loved getting in bed at the end of our day. The nightstands were equipped with lamps and charging stations for your phones. Clean bathrooms with white plush towels. Our dog Thor thoroughly enjoyed running around and exploring the place and the Sunrises were Spectacular! We will be visiting this place in the future again.

Our stay was great. It was our Anniversary, Debbie went out of her way to make our time away Special. We felt right at home and it was so peaceful.

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was so beautiful and comfortable. We had all that we needed and the girls weekend was relaxing, luxurious and peaceful. The house is spacious and so comfortable. We shopped downtown in boutiques and thrift stores and enjoyed local food and coffee. It was great!

The stay here was perfect for our Christmas gathering. Jason was so helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

This home was just perfect for our multiple family holiday. Everything was clean and well stocked. Missy was very responsive and all instructions were clear. Look forward to another stay next year.

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

I did not read my messages thoroughly, so we stopped at the wrong cabin. my fault. Everything was great, there was a Red bow on the door, a small lit Christmas tree and Christmas coffee mugs and holiday hand towel. There was coffee there which was very much appreciated. The yellow light bulb was burnt out on our porch so we went to DG Market and bought a pack of 2 and put the new one in and left the extra in the plastic tote. The bathouse was great, the water pressure was awesome. We woud not hesitate to stay there again.

This place was perfect for me and my family, right on the river and next to the calico rock trout dock.

Melody’s place was super cute and rustic. The beds were comfortable and the little kitchen was just adorable. We cooked breakfast both days. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck also! This was just the getaway we needed! The front door is tricky but actually super easy once you get the hang of it- exact instructions were given.

I had a fantastic stay at Kristen’s place! The property was exactly as described—clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to Blanchard springs caverns and several hotspots for fishing. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and peaceful retreat. Thank you, Kristen for a wonderful experience, I will be staying again soon.

Stay was a great get away for me and my wife. View was incredible! Host was very helpful and understanding. There was bad weather forecast for the day we were to arrive and Chris let us check in 2 hours early to avoid the weather. In addition with the snow and ice storms that left the roads dangerous, Chris let us stay 3 hours longer to let the roads melt a little.

Another great weekend stay at Bob and Beths Bear Cabin. Everything was excellant.
