Wir haben uns in dem steinernen, kleinen Sommerhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der von einem alten Weinstock überdachte Innenhof hat uns begeistert. Abends konnte man ihn gemütlich und schön beleuchteten. Gefreut hat uns, dass in der Küche alle notwendigen Gewürze vorhanden waren und zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein auf dem Tisch stand. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße aber dennoch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und vom alten Dorfkern Kolumbarys ist ideal. Die Übergabe und die Kommunikation mit Dimitrios war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter! We felt very comfortable in the small stone summer house. The courtyard covered by an old vine was very charming. In the evening, it was cozy and beautifully lit. We were pleased that all the necessary spices were available in the kitchen and a bottle of red wine was on the table to welcome us. Amazing people, very helpful and great to be around with. Mixalis and his wife were very kind and caring and we had a great time getting to know them. Evelina was the source of all information, very responsive and friendly. When things came up she was very quick to respond and assisted us as much as possible, she also provided various tips on what to see and how to get around this beautiful place. The place itself was clean and beautiful, close to local cafes, shops and the old town. This will definitely be our go to place when we come back to Chania!

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

Lovely stay, in a lovely house with a wonderfully attentive and kind host. Really good position for touring Western Crete, a car is obviously a must but the drives to places are really spectacular ( most drives are just over the hour to the south and west coasts). We did stay in November which sees very quiet roads and deserted beaches - like most of the Greek Islands the shoulder months are the time to see them at their very best. We would love to come back in Spring.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb des Meeres mit Blick nach Westen und garantiert atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Strände Berge, Wanderungen alles ist in der Nähe gut erreichbar. Es gibt eine kleine Wirtschaft im Ort, bei der wir sehr gut gegessen haben. Da wir zum absoluten Saisonende unterwegs waren, war allerdings auch schon vieles an Alternativen geschlossen. Das Haus ist recht neu und ganz modern und offen gestaltet. Uns hat es alles in allem extrem gut gefallen und können es absolut weiter empfehlen. Nur die Versorgung mit Supermärkten es sehr dünn. Allerdings gibt es an der Straße nach Elafonisi einen kleinen Markt, in dem man sich gut versorgen kann.

Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed online. We were able to park near the apartment which meant we could explore all of the local beaches and visit the old town. The apartment was located 10m from the beach, ideal for a early morning swim. We would love to stay at Georgia's place again :)

Πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο διαμέρισμα και οικοδομή γενικά! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Απίστευτο σπίτι,πλήρες εξοπλισμένο, πολύ όμορφος χώρος, άνετο καθιστικό και υπνοδωμάτιο, πολύ μεγάλη κουζίνα,εξαιρετικό μπάνιο. Η τοποθεσία του άψογη, πέντε λεπτά μακριά με τα πόδια από την λίμνη και την κεντρική πλατεία. Ο κύριος Σταύρος πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος και φιλικός, μας έδωσε οδηγίες για τις μέρες μας εκεί, μας πρότεινε επίσης ένα πολύ ωραίο εστιατόριο με την καλύτερη θέα του αγίου νικολαου πάνω από την λίμνη που το συστήνουμε σε όλους ανεπιφύλακτα. Μείναμε παρά πολύ ικανοποιημένοι με όλα, σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nikos war einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war nicht nur leicht zu finden, sondern auch äusserst geräumig und komfortabel für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man ist schnell in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir den Garten geschätzt, der jedoch temporär durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt war, was aber bald vorbei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Alles war sauber, die Unterkunft war grösser als erwartet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einem Willkommensraki und Biscuits. Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe, der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm und Spielsachen für Kinder gibt, eine Kaffeemaschine mit feinem Kaffe und zwei Balkone. Die aufgehängten Bilder sind ausserordentlich schön und geben der Wohnung einen authentischen Stil. Vielen Dank!!

Rundum hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Auch die Technik und der Zustand in der Wohnung waren einwandfrei. Britta hat uns mit Ihrem Mann persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. Sie hatte uns vorab einige Links zu Restaurants und Frühstück Cafés geschickt. Diese waren sehr hilfreich. Die Gegen erschien mich auch sicher zu sein und Mittwochs findet ein Wochenmarkt vor der Haustür statt. Der Weg in die Stadt war sehr einfach und gut zu meistern. Auch Ausflugsziele wie Balos Beach, Kourtaliotis Schlucht, Kournas-See und Elafonissi Strand waren mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir in Chania nochmal Urlaub machen, würden wir uns sehr gerne wieder bei Britta aufhalten.

Lovely studio, has everything you need. Amazing location, right on the beach. Supermarket a few mins walk away as well as lots of restaurants. Fotis was a great host, very detailed messages, left nothing unanswered and had great recommendations.

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. The huge balcony has the most amazing view over the beautiful bay! You can watch the sunrise while eating a home cooked meal from up there😊! The bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom was nice and water pressure was great in the shower. A really lovely place. It’s a great base for exploring since parking is free on the street. It took us 20-25 minutes to walk to the city from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again in the future 👌🏼

My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

The apartment unit is beautiful, very modern, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe walking around. We rented a car and there were lots of free street parking available. John and Anastasia were very helpful and answered all our questions promptly which we appreciated very much. We had a wonderful stay in Chania and would highly recommend.

lovely place, in perfect condition woth all the amenities. Super well located, in front of the beach and other facilities ad well as the taxi pick up point with which you can easily go visit the old town, overall highly reccomend

Effie was the kindest most loveliest hostess imaginable. She backed for us, she gave us brilliant restaurant recommendations, gave us olive oil from her family, made us homemade lemonade and treated us like family. Die Unterkunft war nicht so leicht zu finden. Der Gastgeber hat uns kontaktiert und uns abgeholt, sodass wir hinterher fahren konnten und gemeinsam die Unterkunft gefunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist generell sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht, es lagen sogar ein paar Leckerein und frisches Obst bereit für uns. Als wir etwas benötigten hat es keine 4 Minuten gedauert bis wir uns gemeldet hatten und er mit den Sachen vor unserer Tür stand. Also sehr hilfsbereit und man hat sich total zuhause gefühlt! Absolutes Highlight und der ausschlaggebende Grund die Unterkunft zu buchen war natürlich auch der Jaccuzi. dir Bedienung ist easy und man hat tagsüber einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Auch der Checkout war super flexibel. Alles wunderbar! :-)

Sehr nette, blitzsaubere Wohnung in schönem, lokalen Viertel. Das Meeresrauschen ist von der Wohnung aus zu hören. Die Promenade ist sowohl Richtung alter Hafen und Innenstadt als auch in die andere Richtung toll zu laufen. Die Dachterrasse war auch im November perfekt zum Lesen. Christina war sehr freundlich, einfach zu erreichen und hilfreich. Wir haben die Zeit bei ihr sehr genossen und würden bestimmt wiederkommen! Danke!

Мы проживали в данных апартаментах около 2 недель. Никос был очень дружелюбным, отзывчивым и гостеприимным хозяином! По прилету он организовал нам трансфер с аэропорта. Мы почувствовали себя долгожданными гостями! Квартира находится в 10 минутах от пляжа и 15 минутах от старого города , и полностью соответствует указанным фотографиям. При заселении нас ждали приветственные сладости и фрукты, что было очень приятно! Рядом есть многочисленные кафе, пекарни, супермаркеты и прочее. В каждой комнате установлен кондиционер, что очень важно при таком жарком климате. На балконе стоит гриль, но мы им не пользовались. Квартира чистая и места достаточно. При возникновении вопросов, Никос всегда был на связи и решал их очень быстро. Мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно в данных апартаментах. Очень рекомендуем данное жилье!
