Un endroit où on se sent tout simplement bien ! Vous vous sentirez chez Ioannis comme à la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Il ne manquerait plus que des transats sur la terrasse pour profiter du chant des cigales parmi les oliviers pour que tout soit parfait. Pas de piscine mais une douche à l'extérieur permet de se rafraichir quand il fait très chaud et de se rincer les pieds en revenant de la plage. Il y a la climatisation dans chaque chambre ainsi que dans le salon. Idéalement située dans le centre de l'île, environ à 30mn des points essentiels, 45mn pour les extrémités de l'île. Voiture indispensable. Petit point négatif, le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée (sol, évier, frigo), il ne faut pas être exigeant sur ce point. Mais nous avons prévenu Ioannis (qui n'est pas présent sur place) qui, nous sommes sûrs, ne manquera pas d'être vigilant sur ce point pour les prochains. Enfin, il y a un quiproquo dans l'annonce. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris. Il y a de l'eau, du café soluble, des petites portions individuelles de confiture à la fraise, et c'est tout (et hors pdj : une bouteille de vin pour le séjour). Pas de quoi manger un petit-déjeuner ou personne pour vous l'apporter donc comme nous nous y attendions (ce qui est normalement le cas dans les autres Airbnb du monde lorsque la mention "petit-déjeuner inclus" est indiquée). C'est ce qui avait orienté notre choix vis-à-vis du budget et nous avons eu la "surprise" en arrivant. Malgré ces 2 petits points, nous savons déjà que si nous revenons à Zakynthos, nous retournerons dans cette paisible maison avec une très belle vue sur la montagne.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location was perfect for exploring and discovering all the beautiful spots around. The host was very friendly and communicated well, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Difficile trovare persone così gentili, Sofia ci ha accolto da subito nonostante avessimo cambiato l' ora di arrivo all' ultimo, ci ha fatto trovare drink e bibite di benvenuto e ci ha dato da subito molte informazioni su come muoverci nella zona. Ci ha prestato ombrellone da spiaggia quando ha saputo che andavamo in una spiaggia in cui c'è ne sarebbe stato bisogno e una mattina ci addirittura portato 2 fette di torta appena sfornata. Per quanto riguarda l' alloggio, fantastico! Tutto super pulito e il giardino era fresco e molto comodo per godersi il panorama e i tramonti che offriva la zona. Consigliatissimo!

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hilltop villa. It’s a very private and cosy place with a stunning view. Location is also very good and the host very kind and reactive. He gave us very nice advice on where to go/eat on the island. I recommend :)

Communication with the host and check in went very fine. The house is big on a beautiful location. It has two terraces, both really nice and inside you got everything you need. There is a bit noise coming from the road, apart from that all was fine.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Great views on the ocean and a big garden. Dionysia is a very nice and helpful host. We stayed here before the start of the season. She helped us to get to the restaurants that were already open. Especially with warm weather, this place is fantastic!

Ich durfte 2 Wochen in Nikos Apartement sein und habe mich in dieser Zeit zuhause gefühlt. Nikos ist ein verlässlicher und absolut freundlicher Vermieter, der immer erreichbar war und in Notfällen direkt zur Stelle ist. Ich hatte mich zum Beispiel ausgesperrt und Niko kletterte sofort über eine Leiter auf den Balkon, um mich aus meiner misslichen Lage (Nachtshirt und Socken 😎) zu befreien. Danke dafür und dass du mir das Wasser besorgt hast, damit ich es nicht den Hügel hochschleppen musste. Der Bäcker, ein Traum! Die Aussicht vom Balkon über das Meer ist so schön, dass ich länger Zeit dort verprachte, als ich eigentlich wollte. Abends konnte ich eine Gecko Familie beobachten; ich werde sie vermissen. Alles andere wurde von den anderen Gästen bereits geschrieben. Es stimmt alles und eigentlich ist es noch besser. ❤️ Wer gerne individual reist, keine Probleme damit hat, den kleinen Hügel rauf und runter zu laufen, oder motorisiert ist, dem kann ich Nikos Apartement nur ans Herz legen.

We went as a family and we had an amazing time, the villa was excellent, surrounded by local shops and bakery’s all of which were run by very friendly and helpful people, we would definitely recommend if your looking for a relaxing holiday with beautiful surroundings. The host and the people looking after the villa on a daily basis were amazing when anything was needed or just for general questions. We will definitely be returning one day many thanks

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described - luxurious, and spacious. The owner was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or needs, making the experience even smoother. Highly recommend :)

Lovely setting and apartment .Very clean and comfortable. We loved having the pool. The host was so friendly, responsive and helpful. We could walk to a very nice local restaurant and Sami was a 5 minute drive away with lots of great restaurants.We are definitely planning to go back.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet für uns als Familie . Es gab Frühstück, Kaffee, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Marmelade. Der Pool ist einzigartig und das Herzstück des Hauses. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und beide Schlafräume groß genug für drei Kinder und 2 Erwachsene. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Sie bietet einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

Wij zijn een week in de air bnb verbleven en hebben een top tijd gehad. Plekje ligt rustig met een mooi uitzicht. Het huis is ook prachtig! Alles word goed schoon gehouden en bij aankomst stond er een grote fruitmand en Griekse lekkernijen klaar. We hebben genoeg tips gekregen om in de omgeving te doen. Ze heeft ook een huur auto voor ons geregeld wat helemaal top was. Alles is soepel verlopen en zijn zeker van plan nog een keer terug te komen.

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Eckhard und Sybille sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Nicht nur haben sie uns mit bestücktem Kühlschrank und hilfreichen Tipps in Empfang genommen, sondern haben auch für unsere Kinder alles speziell hergerichtet. Während des Aufenthaltes waren sie immer zu erreichen und für alle Fragen offen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wirklich super gut ausgestattet. Das hatten wir auf diese Weise selten in einem AirBnB. Der Pool und der Blick aufs Meer sind unbezahlbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

All I can say is wow! What a wonderful stay and introduction to Argostoli. Not only were Adriani, Clotilde and Nonna wonderful hosts, the house itself and surrounding neighborhood is amazing. It's about a 2-3 block walk to the water where you can see boats and cruise ships. If you go left there is a stunning walk to the light house or if you go right, stroll right into town along the water and peak into the shops and restaurants. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail - incredible - and a stunning garden. You have all the amenities you need. A great little grocery is at the corner. Close to the public pool is a Yoga/pilates studio and nail salon I'd recommend. Getting into the main square is an easy walk for all the cafes and restaurants. Adriani was incredibly responsive and helpful. Clotilde and Nonna went out of their way to make me feel at home. The place was immaculately clean and even had some treats and coffee in the kitchen!

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

Eva e George, sono due persone splendide! Sono stati molto gentili a farci fare il check-in e check out fuori orario, ci hanno fatto trovare nel frigo anche una bottiglia di acqua e vino al nostro arrivo 😊! La casa è molto bella, i mobili sono stati messi nuovi rispetto alle foto (molto belli), avevamo lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, come del resto lo era la casa. La posizione secondo me è perfetta, centrale, vicino a moltissime spiagge ma molto tranquillo. Spazio esterno ottimo per i bambini, per cenare fuori e parcheggio privato! Alloggio super consigliato!!! Grazie di tutto Eva e George!

Das kleine Haus liegt super an einen kleinen Strand direkt vor der Haustür, Die Küche Spartan ausgestattet, jedoch hat Mann alles was man zum kochen braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir hatten zum Beispiel einen Problem mit Wasser und in kurzer Zeit haben sie geschafft es beheben zu lassen. Die Kommunikation lief super.. Wirklich ein schönes Erlebnis. Ruhige kleine Strand mit einen Pool bar neben an für alle zugänglich . Super Gegend für Familien auch mit kleine Kinder, das Wasser am Meer ist nicht sehr tief. Sehr liebe Nachbarn. Sehr empfehlenswert

Melania è stata molto efficiente e disponibile. l'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione ed è molto gradevole. la presenza della piscina e la posizione sono un plus impagabile.

Καταπληκτική μονοκατοικία σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Πρέβεζας . Το σπίτι είναι διακοσμημένο πολύ όμορφα,έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 3 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια με κλιματιστικά, τηλεοράσεις,ντουλάπες και σήτες . Η άνεση και πολυτέλεια του σπιτιού συνέβαλε στο να περάσουμε υπέροχες διακοπές στην πανέμορφη Πρέβεζα.

Vor der Ankunft schon super netten Kontakt gehabt. Vor Ort dann herzlich begrüßt worden und direkt jegliche Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten zugeschickt bekommen. Sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite/mühevolle Gastgeber. Wir können es sehr weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne nochmal zurück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
