We spent a few wonderful days in this house and absolutely loved it! The house is very spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of fresh air, making it a pleasure to stay in. The heating works perfectly, so it felt warm and cozy even in cooler weather. The large yard, a beautiful lake and forest nearby—perfect for walks. The views from the windows are stunning, changing beautifully throughout the day. Inside, everything is well thought out: stylish design, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of space for a large group or several families. A big thank you to Marcin and Agnieszka—they were always available and ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. This is a place we would love to return to :)

Spędziliśmy tu 11 nocy i nie żałujemy. Miejscówka spełniła nasze wszelkie oczekiwania. Domek nowy, miał wszystko co trzeba. Podwórko rewelacja. Zarośnięte z każdej strony więc daje dużo intymności. Jest wiata ze stołem, miejsce na ognisko, leżaczki, hamak, można bez problemu wjechać autem. Do lokalnej plaży dwa kroki, kawałek dalej w wiosce obok sklep i restauracja. Pani Agnieszka bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna.

The eight of us had a marvellous time at Agnieszka's fantastic house on the lake at Stare Stady. She could not have been a better host. So patient when we arrived several hours late, and accommodating when we had to check out early in the morning. The house and garden are incredibly well-equipped and have many different places to relax. There is a Rolls-Royce barbecue area, and wood all seasoned and graded for the fire pit. We used the jetty and boats a lot, swam several times a day, and just had a great time there. There is a restaurant and bar next door that we twice went to which was cheap and welcoming and where they have a beach volleyball pitch you can use. All the beds are comfortable and the TV and audio is easy to use. Plenty of toys and games for all the family - including all our adult children. An idyllic place for a holiday!

Piękny domek! Dostosowany do większej ilosci osób. Obszerne podwórko aż zachęca do aktywnego spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu., a duża ilość leżaczków umożliwia również leniuchowanie. Dookoła piękne trasy spacerowe i rowerowe oraz jezioro. Miejsce idealne na ucieczkę z miasta w gronie znajomych. Polecam!

Idealne miejsce na cichy, spokojny odpoczynek nad jeziorem: * Pokoje, łazienka, kuchnia są czyste, kuchenny sprzęt działa sprawnie. * Podwórek też zadbany. * Prywatny pomost nad jeziorem w 100 metrach od domku. * Kajak (kamizelki, wiosła i inne rzeczy do kąpania) i 3 rowery do dyspozycji Do tego Pan Maciej jest bardzo pomocny z podpowiedziami co do okolic

Un havre de paix logé à côté d une réserve naturelle et ses oiseaux nombreux, nous nous sommes régalés en observations d oiseaux, tours en bateau et canoë dans la région, et simplement profité de cet endroit et maisons où on se sent bien dès la première seconde ! La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire, juste parfait!! Nous recommandons très très vivement cette perle!!

Rewelacyjne miejsce na wypoczynek z rodziną lub/i w grupie znajomych. Cisza i spokój pomagają w pełni zrelaksować się. Spory teren dookoła domu z miejscem do grilowania oraz zabawy dla dzieci i przesympatyczna właścicielka sprawiają, że nie chce się ruszać z miejsca - mimo, że w okolicy nie brakuje atrakcji dla miłośników przyrody.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, was das Kochen vor Ort zum Vergnügen machte. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der großzügige Garten, der perfekt für entspannte Nachmittage und Grillabende ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls unschlagbar. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Umgebung. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Amazing new apartment, with modern interior and comfortable beds. The air conditioning was very good in the hit Poland weather. Great peaceful location with local roads to run on, only 10min drive to Mikolajki also. Very flexible host with clear guidance and flexible check-in time. One negative was the WiFi which was not really working at all during the middle of the day and not suitable for work. But seemed to work on my phone at night time.

Dziękujemy za wspólne rozpoczęcie sezonu :) Małgosiu i Panu dziękujemy za udany męski wyjazd jaki sobie zorganizowaliśmy w Państwa obiekcie. Innym będziemy polecać. PS a ta sauna i kąpiel w jeziorku, po prostu bajka. Dzięki jeszcze raz a innym Polecamy!!

amazing place We arrived as a couple plus a baby and a five-year-old girl. The house is equipped and lacks nothing. The garden has a variety of activities for children such as a pool, trampoline, sandbox, playhouse, barbecue corner and a huge area for playing. From the back you can go directly to one of the lake channels which is wonderful The public beach of the lake, including the promenade to the lake, is a five-minute walk away. A ten minute walk from the old town and the park. Everything is close, including the rope park and other attractions. We stayed for a whole week and had an extraordinary experience

This was my first time in Mazury and one of the best holidays I had in my entire life: the ideal option if you're looking for a break from the city to be in contact with nature. Ilona's structure is located in a small village and the house is surrounded by animals and green. You can find horses, many storks, any kind of flies (don't forget to bring repellent!!) and a cat that can open the doors of the house and you can find him in your bed or eating the food in the kitchen. If you are not a cat person, like me, not the best. But I have to say that in the end of the week I kinda learned to love him :) Possibility of having a BBQ. There's a beautiful lake 15 mins on foot if you want to swim and many other perks that Ilona will share with you to make your stay as smooth as possible. Highly recommended, I would totally go back!

Great garden for relaxing! Good starting point for bicycle tours.

The house is in a quiet spot on the edge of the forest. There is a small public lake access about 200 meters away, which is great for relaxing. The house is very family-friendly with a playhouse and lots of toys, which kept our son happy. The house allows pets, we noticed a few dog hairs here and there, and it didn’t bother us at all. The bed was clean and comfortable. Communication with Karol was easy, and he was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful break.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt u Pani Sylwii. Domek bardzo wygodny, dobrze wyposażony a na dodatek bardzo przytulny - można się poczuć jak w domu. Pościel, materac bardzo wygodne, spałam lepiej niż we własnym domu 😊 Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona - jest wszystko, garnki, patelnie, zastawa, sztućce, mikrofala - słowem niczego nie musiscie przywozić! Okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna. Jezioro (prywatny pomost na przeciwko wyspy Orzechowej) 10 minut spokojnego spaceru od domku. Bardzo polecam!!

Fantastyczne miejsce, domek dobrze wyposażony, wygodny i przytulny. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami, bez zastrzeżeń. W zimne dni nie było problemu aby go ogrzać klimatyzacją. Miejsce faktycznie jest bardzo blisko jeziora, bo w samym porcie. Planując przyjazd warto wziąć pod uwagę iż mają miejsce weekendowe imprezy w tym właśnie porcie - jest głośno. Poza weekendem za to było BARDZO CICHO i spokojnie, poranki z widokiem na jezioro miały magiczną uspokajającą moc. W domku nie ma wifi, radziliśmy sobie z internetem za pomocą LTE, zasięg z Play jest bardzo słaby ale Orange pozwalał oglądać Netflixa, pracować zdalnie byłoby ciężko. W bliskiej okolicy polecam pizzę z Pizzeria Biała w Hotelu Mazury, dania takie sobie ale pizza wyjątkowo dobra, szczególnie propozycje na białym spodzie. Wracając do samego domku jest to miejsce warte swojej ceny.

At the beginning it was quite hard to find the place. However, after we found the house we understood the area and later it became very clear. Overall it was a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and it has a huge garden that our dog enjoyed a lot.

Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku na łonie natury, z dala od miasta. Domek świetnie wyposażony. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny.
