I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

10/10 place to stay, if you are in Tbilisi you must stay at this excellent place. Hosts are very good

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Wow. We absolutely loved our stay at Nika's place. We are a family of 5, staying with 3 young children (aged 6, 4 & 1), and Nika's place was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a loungeroom, kitchen and large balcony area. The view was lovely, looking onto the river and the mountain, as well as a wonderful view of Jvari Monastry, which lights up at night time. We loved being located on the market walking street, and having the Check-In garden restaurant underneath us with great staff, as well as many other little restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery and fruit mart. We stayed for 5 days, and could have stayed longer, as it was just such a peaceful, lovely quaint place to stay with kids. We really loved Nika's place and highly reccomend!

Amazing and very beautiful villa with heated indoor pool and Penthouse with great view. Tengiz is a wonderful host and very helpful. never failed to reply to our queries on time. thanks to Tengiz we had a very pleasant stay.

Big great place to stay , little far from the center but wont be an issue if you have a car , also very communicative host, helped a lot

Iraklı ve Tamara'nın yerinden çok memnun kaldık tüm sorularımıza cevap verdiler ve yardım etmek için ellerinden geleni yaptırlar. Oldukça kibarlardı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tek sorun evde var olan merkezi ısıtma sebebiyle evin çok sıcak olabilmesi.

We loved staying at Archil’s place and would definitely recommend it. He is an exceptional host and went above-and-beyond to help us when we had an issue with the apartment very early in the morning. The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable (excellent shower water pressure, unlimited hot water, etc), and the building itself was quiet and private. Overall great experience.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a hot khachapuri until our check out, Ani was an amazing host, texting back right away and being very accommodating. The apartment is something out of this world, it feels like you are in a palace. The floors, the furniture, the views are quite impressive. Best place to stay in Tbilisi for sure.

Были небольшие проблемы при заселении и с отоплением. Владелец поселил нас в другую квартиру, которая была намного лучше. Поэтому могу рекомендовать этих владельцев. Проблемы решаются. Квартиры были чистые и уютные. Я бы приехал сюда снова

Отличное соотношение цена/качества. Останавливаюсь тут уже второй раз. Квартира соответствует описанию. Да, местами немного устаревшая, но это перекрывается её размерами, плюшками (например крыша с мангалом) и отзывчивым хозяином. Мераб отвечал максимально быстро и всегда был готов помочь с любым вопросом. Мы остались довольны

Fantastic 2 week stay. The apartment was large enough for the whole family and had everything we needed. Zarina was always helpful and quick to reply. Check in and out was smooth and we’d be happy to stay here again.

A beautiful and secluded cabin at the end of a long dirt road with only a couple other neighbors nearby. The cabin shares a fenced in area with the landlord‘s father in a separate house. He helped us arrive and leave but other than that we didn’t see him. It was well equipped in the kitchen and the beds were clean and comfortable. We had hoped to run the wood stove but the grandfather told us it was smoky so instead we used the wall unit to heat the place which worked well enough. Instant hot water in every faucet and passable water pressure. But most of all the host Mate was very responsive, professional, and accommodating.

A small but quaint little getaway. Comfortable and clean and easy walk to the village sites.

We spent two lovely days in a cabin. Mari, our warm and kind host, met us and drove us to the house, as the last part of the route required an SUV. We talked about dogs (we had our small dog with us), the area, and the cabin, which Mari had designed herself. She told us to reach out if we needed anything, though the house was so thoughtfully equipped that we had everything we could possibly want. The cabin felt like a lovingly built home with large bedroom windows offering views of the sunrise, sunset and lake. Inside there was a cozy couch with a movie projector and outside a terrace with chairs and hammocks. We spent the next day around peaceful Sioni Lake, enjoying its beauty and solitude. When our driver was late picking us up Mari kindly took us to see the view from the Sioni dam to pass the time.

Мы снимали этот дом, чтобы отметить день рождения с компанией друзей. Это прекрасное тихое место с очень красивой природой, в доме тепло и чисто, есть все необходимое для праздника и более долгого пребывания. Хозяева были отзывчивы и готовы быстро решить все возникшие вопросы.

Всё прошло великолепно. Отличное место в зоне доставок и в доступности такси. Хорошо видно горы. Есть все удобства. Комфортный дом и тёплый джакузи на улице. А самое главное — потрясающие коты. Однозначно рекомендую!
