Ана и Амиран — замечательные хозяева. Они тепло нас встретили, порекомендовали интересные места в окрестностях и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание было комфортным. Жильё оказалось чистым, светлым, тёплым и очень уютным. Оно расположено на первом этаже, а хозяева живут на втором с отдельным входом. Благодаря собственной огороженной территории мы чувствовали себя уединённо и не пересекались без необходимости. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи. Особенно порадовал камин, дрова для которого можно приобрести на месте. Также понравилась возможность заказать вкусный завтрак. Место тихое, граничит с женским монастырём Самтавро. Потрясающие виды на храмы особенно красивы в вечернее время. Для нас было важным, что хозяева приветливы к животным и приняли нас с нашей небольшой собакой. Плюсом стала возможность парковки на закрытой территории. Всё было отлично! Мы обязательно вернёмся.

Don't waste time looking elsewhere, because is the place you want to stay. Not only because the home is beautiful (clearly a great deal of thought went into the architecture and furniture) and the location in Old Tbilisi is perfect, but also the host, Oto, will make your stay seamless and worry-free. He is the most responsive, attentive and thoughtful host we have ever had at an AirBnB. He arranged airport transportation, helped us print documents, replaced an appliance, and much more, all with zero stress. Excellent English and Russian. Our family of six from NYC (me, my wife, my mother-in-law, our 4 year old daughter, and our newborn twin girls) stayed here for five weeks. The bedrooms/kitchens/bathrooms/patios were immaculate. We hired a housekeeper/cook to come for a few hours every other day, and a nanny for the twins when we wanted to do day trips. Both were excellent, inexpensive, and absolutely worth it. I'm sure Oto would be happy to give their contact info.

Best host ever! We stayed in their lovely place for 3.5 month with a newborn baby. They had welcomed couples with newborn babies in the past few times so they had experience and knew what to do. Their place is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in American way) of their residence which is on the ground floor with a lovely garden. Their place was very spacious, clean, bright, quiet and looked MUCH better than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the host's hospitality and their company. They gave us rides to the hospital for our baby's check ups and vaccination, made us lovely (and the best!) Kachapuri (cheese bread) time to time, or even brought us a Christmas tree. One of the best memory for us as when we were invited to their place to spend the count down for New Year's Eve. They treated us with lovely traditional Georgian dishes. They made our stay in Tbilisi so welcoming and at-home. Now we miss them and their place very much!

تمارا انسانه رائعه والبيت مريح وجميل وهاديء ونظيف يتوفر شطاف في كل الحمامات؛ غرفه ماستر بالدور الأرضي؛ وحمام إضافي ؛ و3 غرف بالدور الأول مع صاله وحمام ؛تحتاج لسياره خاصه حتى تتنقل في المنطقه وتستمع بالأنشطة؛ المنطقه جدا هادئة لايوجد خدمات حولها سيرا بالأقدام ولكن بالسياره نعم ؛؛ سألتها عن حليب وزبدة ومربى طازجه وبيض عضوي كانت سريعة الاستجابة أرسلت لنا مربى من صنع والدتها ؛كيس الفحم متوفر للشواء ولكن طلبنا خشب استيقظنا الصباح وجدنا الحطب جاهز😊 فعلا المنزل للراحه والاستجمام بعيدا عن الصخب كانت إقامتنا 3 ليالي لم نخرج منها إلا مره واحده ذهبنا لرحله في المنطقه ؛؛ اللي معهم أطفال لازم سياره خاصه لانهم بيملون من جلوس البيت ؛؛ الحديقه جميله ؛؛ يوجد سجادة صلاة وفناجين قهوه عربيه وبعض البهارات وتتقبل اي ملاحظات واقتراحات ودائما تسأل عن إذا واجهتنا اي مشاكل او ملاحظات في البيت ؛؛ الواي فاي سريع ؛ لا أعتقد اني أستطيع حجز مكان آخر غير منزل تمارا بعد كل المزايا والراحه اللي حصلت عليها ؛ قامت بدعوة أطفالي لمنزلها حتى يلعبوا مع ابنها (دايڤيد) كانت تجربه لاتنسى ؛؛ وبالتوفيق والازدهار😊

This is an excellent, clean, and well-maintained house. Everything looks exactly like the photos. My family and I (10 people) felt very comfortable there. The location is great because it's both quiet and private but also next to a street with cafes. It's also a 10-minute walk from a subway station and a busy stored-filled square. You don't have to climb any steep hills to get to the house (as you often do in Tbilisi). The host was flexible, responsive, and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Brilliant apartment in a great location, 2 mins walk to the gondola but off the main road so quiet and peaceful, great ski rent shop downstairs, everything on your doorstep, would definitely come back

4 kişi, 3 gece kaldık. Perşembe gece geç saatte giriş yaptık. Anahtar kutusunu açarken çok kısa süreli bir zorlanma yaşadık ama açabildik. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu ve gayet temizdi. Kaldığımız süreçte Ilia'ya attığım mesajlardan hızlı yanıt aldım. Konum olarak biraz yokuş fakat merkezi bir yerde. Çevrede marketler var, bu büyük bir avantajdı. Buraya gelecekler için konum ve rahatlık açısından tercih etmenizi önereceğim bir konaklama mekanı olur✌️

Peaceful and pleasant and my fourth stay at Ani's place. Ani is a super responsive host and her family nearby for any suggestions and I am appreciative of the delicious welcome amenities. The artistic apartment is spacious and with a tuned piano as pictured, it is always pleasant to stay here and I recommend Ani's place wholeheartedly.

Amazing place to relax and chill. Everything was so authentic and beautiful, couldn’t leave apartment at all. We really enjoyed being there. Biggest thanks to the host for creating this beautiful piece of art!

Yeri hükümet binasının yanında olduğu için sokağın her iki başında da polisler bekliyordu. Oldukça güvenli bir yerdi. Evin dışı ve ve apartman çok eski aslında ama evin içi çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve sıcacıktı. Biz 5 kişi konakladık. Hepimiz için ayrı oda olması güzeldi. Diğer banyo dışardaymış onu hiç kullanmadık dışarda olduğu için. Diğeri de yetti zaten bize. Yer şehrin en ünlü caddesi Rustavelli’ye çok yakın. Yer çok merkezi. Mekanlara yakınlığı da iyi ama biz her yere taksi yaptık. Bu arada taksi için bolt değil yango uygulamasını kullanın. Bolt’tan daha ucuz. Tamta’ya tekrar teşekkür ederiz :)

It was me, my wife and 2 kids. The place felt like home the moment we got in. Location and entry instructions were clear for self check in. The compound is on main street " and walkable to restaurants and grocery around. Apartment was exactly like described, clean and comfy. Host was very responsive, he offered instant help when needed. Send city guides and tips. I do recommend this place , excellent value for money paid. For sure this place will be 1st on list if I am visiting Tbilisi again l

Днем - это запах хвои, свежесть горного воздуха и минеральные источники, ночью - это потрясающее звездное небо и умиротворяющая тишина 🌟 Вилла удобная, уютная, кровати и матрасы именно для комфортного сна. Кухня оборудована всех необходимым и даже больше - большим камином, где прекрасно можно провести время, греясь прохладными вечерами🍷🔥 Ну, и вишенка на торте - это гостеприимство хозяина - Мамука встречает как родных, что оставляет самые теплые воспоминания о поездке. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

We stayed in Qeta’s home for a month and had a wonderful experience. Not only is the home beautiful, modern and spacious, but Qeta was responsive to our question and extremely flexible with our schedule. I would stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

Roomy house for 2 families. Not much immediately nearby, but great access to highways for trips into Tbilisi or to other parts of Georgia. Good points: Illiya was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a refreshing swimming pool and a full-size snooker table. The house has plenty of extra space to lounge on couches or the balcony. Fresh apples and peaches from the trees. There are even 2 tortoises that live in the yard. Great views on the surrounding valleys. Negative points: The highway connections are confusing and not convenient for all destinations (but that seems to be a characteristics of all Georgian roads; not just this location). U-turns and strange detours are needed even for nearby destinations. We visited in mid-summer and it was cool enough that no A/C was needed, but there is noise from the highways when the windows are open.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!
