Super host! Was very helpful and flexable. I feel one of the most important things in going to a new place is having good communication with the host, and we were not disappointed. He immediately contacted us and was great at explaining all of the details that needed to be adressed. We loved that the apartment was on the first floor and was so specious. We are greatful we chose this appartment for our big family. ❤️

Don’t think twice! This apartment is a total gem. Spacious, cozy, and stylish. Very clean and well kept. A nice selection of books are in the apartment and it has everything you’ll need to enjoy coffee, tea, wine and meals if you choose to cook. However there are many restaurants and cafés nearby and it’s about 5 mins walk to the metro to cross the river. It’s also a pleasant walk across to Rustaveli. The hosts also have a great local guide book in the Airbnb app. On the same side of the river Fabrika 15 mins walking distance and there are many vintage shops and local places to get food, groceries and antiques. Bed was comfy, check in easy, and host communication was great. Loved every minute of my time here.

I had an amazing stay! The landlord was incredibly friendly and flexible, which made our experience even more enjoyable. He was always ready to help with any questions and responded quickly to our requests. The accommodation matched the description perfectly, was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It was a lovely place in a quiet area. The place was very near the opera, the parliament and other famous places of the city. Even the presidential palace was on a walking distance if you love walking. In the house there was everything needed to make your staying easy and nice. I would recommend it.

I got this place for like $25-30/night. This best modern apartment you can get nearby. Apartment is very safe, with parking, and great interiors. Absolutely loved it

Расположение супер , в центре города. У квартиры закрытая территория. На первом этаже семья хозяина , второй этаж с отдельным входом весь для путешественников ) В квартире есть все необходимое и много спальных мест . Хорошая грузинская квартира Хозяин помогал во всех вопросах , которые у нас появлялись )

Amazing and very beautiful villa with heated indoor pool and Penthouse with great view. Tengiz is a wonderful host and very helpful. never failed to reply to our queries on time. thanks to Tengiz we had a very pleasant stay.

We loved staying at Badri’s cottage, which is even better than the photos. Badri and his family are super hosts — very responsive, kind and welcoming. The cottage had everything we needed for a lovely overnight stay. Badri treated us to homemade dumplings! He helped us plan our further travels, going above and beyond even the best hosts. The cottage and charming compound are easy to find and were the perfect, tranquil oasis we were looking for on our route across Georgia. We would love to come back.

A good place for a family. The location is perfect for driving to the airport. We left 04:00 AM and it took 15 minutes to the airport. The host gave information about where to go for shoping. Thanks!

Отличный вариант размещения в Тбилиси, очень классная терраса, Ираклий и его Супруга очень гостеприимная пара, с удовольствием остановлюсь у них еще.

Замечательно отдохнули. Жильё совсем рядом с метро. Магазин буквально за углом, до туристичского центра города можно дойти пешком, а до фактического две остановки на метро. Всё крайне уютно, хоть и не самая плохая слышимость между комнатами, и иногда полаивает очень дружелюбная, надо сказать, собачка под окном. Дом старый, но это компенсируется основательной обставленностью, и удобствами. Очень приятно (и полезно) было общаться с Кетеван!

Прекрасная квартира и отличное расположение. Аутентичное внутреннее оформление. Хозяйка милая и вежливая. На вопросы отвечала быстро и решила небольшую проблему буквально за несколько минут. Мы очень довольны! Советуем всем и сами обязательно вернемся.
