He responds in time and is major helpful in his responses. The place is a true depiction of what's on the listing. Very clean house, peaceful neighborhood with good security. Babra was friendly, flexible with check in and check out time, and responded to messages within very short time. I Was there for very short time but enjoyed the stay. Will recommend 💯.

Alice is an amazing and caring host. She guided us on amenities to visit and even gave us a free ride to the Serena public beach, which was great, and even recommended other places of interest. Please book your stay with her when you visit Mombasa. I also loved the fact there were functional and reliable air conditioners in both bedrooms.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mutindi house. It was clean, the staff was great and Sandra did a great job communicating throughout our stay. Would definitely go back again!

Serene place. Jayson was a great guy, easy check in, a call away with the right answers. Clean and tidy home, Rehema did marvelous. Security guaranteed with electric fence and security officer always on time. Room C may need AC. Will surely recommend.

I appreciated Alex's swift response. His place is a hidden gem for anyone who values peace an quiet. I am also grateful for his Caretaker J who was always prompt whenever I needed his support in terms of moving around and he went above and beyond to recommend very nice restaurants which were within proximity. We were there with 5 kids from Nairobi who have never been outside the city. The house was absolutely perfect for this occasion, the staff was more like family, the house, garden and pool are beautiful and right on the ocean. I will this house again!

We had a lovely stay at Kivulini house! It is very spacious house with bright airy feel and we were all very comfortable. The swimming pool was very clean and looked after daily. It overlooks the beach with awesome views. Access to the beach is a 2 min walk. The beach is really nice for the kids to play in low tide and we all also enjoyed riding the waves in the high tide! John and the staff are very friendly and looked after us very well throughout our stay! All the rooms have air conditioning. All in all, I would recommend Kivulini house to families looking to spend quality time together and make memorable memories! Thank you to Jasmine, John and team and we hope to return soon!

I had a great stay. The apartment was clean and quiet, pool was cleaned every day, wifi was strong (it was a working trip). Florah provided needed information, checked in and was responsive to questions. Location is great, close enough to shops and beach. I would definitely stay again when I am through Mombasa! Very nice location, near the beach and lots of places to eat, with a suppermarket 5 min away as well. Great host, very understanding and helpful when needed. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a homely place and relaxed. The view of the ocean from the house is everything. Well cleaned and maintained all through. The kids had an awesome time and very secure. we only noted that the pool wasn't as regularly cleaned which is of concern especially when you have young kids.

Carole's place is cost and she is a wonderful host. It's good value for money. All ammenities are in working order and there's plenty of utensils. Tuk tuks are also available close by and it seems to be a fairly safe neighbourhood. I only stayed for 1 night but I'd recommend it for solo travellers or a small family.

Gorgeous Place, Beautiful view of the Creek, Fort Jesus, and Old Town. The place was clean, checkin was smooth, And a lot of small touches that tell you Aly is an experienced host. Can't recommend high enough.

Extremely good value for the price! Two bedrooms + two bathrooms, huge living room, two balconies, each with a great view. My only (minor) complaints are: 1) There is only AC in the bedrooms and it is not particularly strong. The living room & kitchen come with ceiling fans. 2) It wasn't entirely clear to me how exactly the check-in would work & at what time I should come by. (Would Tom be waiting for me?) I sent a message and didn't receive any answer, so at some point I just went to the apartment complex, asked the security guard for the Odwa apartment, and it turned out that the housekeeper was already waiting for me in the apartment. 3) During my stay the tap & shower water was quite salty. According to the housekeeper this has been going on for about a month but they are working on fixing it.

Everything was epic! The stay was enjoyable and the customer service was a solid 10/10. Great job Iain, asante sana.

Marries place is as it is in the photos! Very clean house, she's always responsive and also calls in to check on you out of the blue despite her busy schedule, she makes you feel at home and like a friend you have known for years despite having never met her in person! I would 1000% recommend her place, it's worth every penny for sure! Shanzu/serena beach is just a stone throw away and also you can go for spa and padel and volleyball at Serena beach hotel or Pride Inn hotel which are next door to Marries place. Had an overall great experience, looking to come back again for the breathtaking view of the ocean from her balcony!

Exceptional host, location, and property. Highly recommended. Additionally, the high-speed fiber WiFi is ideal for online work. A backup generator is also provided in the event of any (unlikely) power outages. Thank you, Wayne.
