Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

We had a great stay. The hosts were extremely responsive, helped with anything needed, provided clear instructions and information about amenities. Bedrooms, Bathrooms and common spaces were all very well designed for guests; comfortable, complete and clutter-free. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit! You won't be disappointed for 3-bed 2-bath!

Super logement ! Très propre, design et dans un endroit très calme. Possible de se rendre à Chiang Mai city à pied en 15minutes. Hôte disponible et à l’écoute de nos besoins. En revanche, il n’y avait pas de rangement dans les chambres.

Great experience here. We enjoyed the fantastic garden,pool, hosts, people around us. Sandra is a co-host, we were moved by her quality service. We will come back in the future. Thank you all.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est incroyable avec la piscine ! Juste petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est un peu cher mais sinon tout était parfait ! Merci beaucoup !

住宿环境超级好，还有个很棒的房东！周围超市便利店 都很方便。另外去各个游玩的地方路程都不远。下次还会回顾！

사진에서 보는그대로 입니다. 4가족이 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다 모든게 깨끗한편이였고 센트럴페스티벌까지 매우 가까웠습니다. 조용하게 가족끼리 지낼수 있는 공간입니다. 룸 위치도 너무 좋았고 베란다에서 수영장뷰가 잘 보였습니다. 요즘 공사소음때문에 궁금해 하실텐데 이방에서는 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다 호스트도 적극적으로 편안하게 지낼수있도록 도와주십니다. 다만, 신발장이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 수영장이 온수가 아닌 관계로 가장 더운시간에 수영을 하길 추천드립니다!

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

Loved this place! The host was awesome! Definitely a beautiful and spacious place. Was a little loud with music playing outside on Friday / Saturday nights but otherwise peaceful. It’s by the airport and not Much to do in that area but if you have a bike to get around you are fine. I struggled for two Days to get gym access which was extremely unfortunate but the over did eventually get me a gym key which was nice. The owners worked hard to make my stay great! Would highly reccomend!

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

Excellent location near Maja Shopping Mall, the apartment was exactly as described at AirBnB, very clean.

태국에서 처음으로 2개월 살기를 했습니다. 출발하기 전에는 여러가지 걱정이 많았지만 막상 숙소에 입주한 이후로 내 집처럼 편안했습니다. 불편한 것을 얘기하면 peecha는 빠른 시간내에 해결해 주었습니다. 다음에 이곳에 오면 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Such a lovely stay w/ high quality sheets and a comfortable bed. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ more appliances than most airbnbs. The location. was walkable to the Night Market, Big C, massages and great local restaurants. The gym is clean, well kept and has beautiful views on the 16th floor. I didn’t use the pool but it overlooks the city. Easy to also receive Grab deliveries and overall a really pleasant stay. Felt very safe w/ multiple security persons and a lobby w/ a coffee shop, nail salon and tour office.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Geweldig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een super attente host Anny schoonmaakster Lookmee. Fijne plek om meerdere nachten te verblijven. Een auto is wel een must voor deze lokatie. Wij hebben genoten van het zwembad, de ruimte in het huis, de lekkere bedden.

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Chandra Residence. Shanee and Uli were the most wonderful hosts, always available to help and assist with everything. Location is just outside of Chiang Mai, in a very peaceful setting. Home itself is very large and has all needed amenities. Getting food delivered, transportation, massages in the property or a private chef experience was as simple as asking for it. Shanee and Uli truly have something very special in there. I don't think I will be staying anywhere else if back to Chiang Mai.

We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique maison authentique de tradition thaïlandaise pendant 2 jours. À moins de 15 minutes de la vieille ville de Chiang Maï, son emplacement bien qu’un peu excentré est idéal pour avoir accès à beaucoup de calme et de repos. Le salon ouvert sur l’extérieur est très spacieux et correspond parfaitement aux photos présentes sur AirBnB. On y trouve une cuisine très bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour préparer un bon repas. De même pour les couchages qui sont parfaitement conformes aux photos présentes sur le site. Les chambres sont grandes, correctement climatisées (et non bruyantes) et les salles de bain au top. Bref, si vous voulez profiter d’une parenthèse enchantée, à quelques minutes de la vieille ville en taxi dans un lieu authentique et chargé d’histoire, n’hésitez pas. Vous trouverez tout le charme et la tradition dont vous avez besoin.
