Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Super convenient spot, right within the walls of old Chiang Mai. Zack was quick with his responses. Clean, spacious villa. Highly recommend!

我覺得這間可以當作最後一晚入住的地方，因為住宿附近比較沒有什麼店家，要走到馬路的7-11需要大約8-10分鐘，路上比較偏暗覺得相對不安全一些些，但離機場只要10分鐘的車程非常方便！！！地板有些許灰塵我覺得還可以打掃的更好，然後床太軟了，只要枕邊人翻個身很像地震一樣會晃😅，但我覺得老闆娘的服務很好，有問必答，回覆速度蠻快的，民宿內每間房間都有空氣清淨機，客廳還有一台大電視聲音很好畫質也很好，冰箱有免費的水與飲料，但酒類要錢！最後這裡有一個大泳池可以讓朋友家人一同玩樂吃東西聊天，我覺得整體來說還是蠻推薦的！

This is a hidden gem. We extended 10 days because of this resort and the staff. We have been traveling the globe for 18 months nonstop. This is absolutely our favorite resort so far. I absolutely recommend this resort for long and short stays.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary and Jona’s Villa! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful area. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend staying with them if you’re visiting Chiang Mai. Thanks again for everything I’d definitely love to come back someday!

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

The most lovely hosts and place Ive ever been to. Silence all around, birds singing, squirrels on the trees. The terrace is the best spot. if you are a digital nomad seeking for a spot far from the city noise and rush, do not hesitate, just come here and you wont regret. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and they really do care about guest's comfort. Highly recommended !

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for hosting.

这次在清迈的民宿体验真的太棒了！房子装修得非常复古，每一个细节都充满了设计感，仿佛住进了一个充满故事的空间，拍照根本停不下来！房东人超级热情，不仅给了我们很多当地的美食和景点推荐，还帮我们解决了各种小问题，真的像朋友一样贴心。民宿的位置也很方便，出门就有便利店和餐厅，去古城和夜市都很近，交通完全不用愁。总之，这次入住体验满分，强烈推荐给所有来清迈的朋友！希望未来有机会一定再来住！🌟

Very safe and private house. Suitable for 4 people!

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

房源很好，有很多蚊子，但不是老闆的問題，老闆也有誠意解決問題，因為有很多植栽導致蚊子較多 還有地板，因為是木地板，已經有鬆動，導致行走時所發出的木地板共震影響到睡眠，床相當好睡，還是很不錯的選擇 之前有看到其他遊客表示2樓很熱，這次去看到老闆已經新增一台冷氣，相信老闆也是很用心在經營管理

这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

Bardzo przytulny i klimatyczny - podróżujemy często po świecie i z czystym sumieniem możemy powiedzieć, że był to jeden z najpiękniejszych domów, w którym mieliśmy możliwość mieszkać. Prawdziwa perełka! Gospodarz jest super komunikatywny, bardzo miły i pomocny. Jeżeli będziemy kiedykolwiek w pobliżu to na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić - dzięki temu domowi nasz pobyt w Chiang Mai zostanie niezapomniany do końca życia. Polecamy bardzo!

We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place and truly loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax outside. The area has a charming countryside feel, surrounded by lush greenery, banana and coconut trees, and rice fields. The drive to Chiang Mai’s central areas is reasonable, about 25-30 minutes to the more distant parts of the city. Jeffrey is an incredibly kind and helpful host—an outstanding host overall! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

A lovely house in a quiet area of Chiang Mai, with all the shops and restaurants of Nimman within easy walking distance. We needed something last minute after the earthquake affected our travel plans and Ton and Narisara were the perfect hosts; quick to respond, super helpful and kind by checking in to see if we needed anything. The house itself is large, comfortable and very clean. Someone even came around one day to water the lush plants in the garden. We loved the renovated bathrooms and thoughtful living areas. Thank you!

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.
