The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

Nice and clean apartment in the center of Patong. Close to night life and in a walking distance to the beach. Good wi-fi. Changing towels and cleaning every two days

Jeremy's place is very big and beautiful with a long and large balcony overlooking Kata beach with gorgeous views. Despite being right around the corner from everything (restaurants, massage, bars, stores, laundry, etc) it still fills very private sitting on top of the hill. There is a great place to the left out of Aspasia that serves drinks and is on the cliff with awesome views as well. Lots of tours are readily available and easy schedule even the day before. Highly recommend the island tours. Also, it's a perfect place to just spend time chilling and enjoying the amazing airbnb and Kata beach. Jeremy was always very responsive, highly recommended.

As others have commented, Zen is a terrific host providing great local tips and the place is even better than the pictures. Use the Grab app is perfect for all your grocery and meal deliveries. Melanie kept our place clean throughout the week. Loved the gym. Could not think of any reason why you would pay more for a hotel when this place has it all. Certainly one of our best places we have stayed.

We are very thankful for the nice apartment and helpful host! Derek is a wonderful host. The accommodation is so comfortable, clean, big rooms, the kitchen is very good. Everything that you need for a short or long vacation! Neighborhood is great and quiet.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place makes you feel like you are at your own place, it is in a great location, surrounded by all simple amenities, restaurants, and massage places. Access to the sea is so easy. We wish we come back soon.

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Villa. Die ruhige Hanglage mit Blick auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch – ein Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Das absolute Highlight war, abends vom Balkon aus Elefanten beobachten zu können, die sich am Ende des Gartens niederlassen. Ein wirklich einmaliges Erlebnis! Die Villa ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten bieten viel Komfort, die beiden Badezimmer – eines davon ensuite – sind sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das WLAN stabil und der Wohnbereich gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der private Pool mit Meerblick sowie der schöne Garten und Balkon. Patong ist nur etwa 4 km entfernt, Kamala noch näher – ideal für Ausflüge, ohne auf Ruhe verzichten zu müssen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Viele Dank Rattiya 🫶

Mike, Eddie and Penny made our dreams come true. The lovely stairs gave us a very authentic feeling, something that will be lost forever after the deconstruction. The spacious kitchen-terrace with the immaculate view 24/7 gives you a place to wind down, or wind up; when the sun rises.) To reach the soft and tranquil beach of Ao Yon, you had to walk down another set of stairs—truly a stairway to heaven, so to speak. An enjoyable walking distance away is the UNG Pearl Farm. I can't spoil anything anymore, it’s an experience I simply can’t recommend enough! We are happy to have been able to experience this, it is truly one of our top 3 stays in our Thailand journey.

My husband, our two children and I were staying at Maggie’s place for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - on the beach with a restaurant right next to the appartment. There were also many toys for children that they could use while playing and swimming at the beach. One thing to note is that there are some small ants in the kitchen and on the floors inside the appartment. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. We recommend this place for families and others that wants to live in a quiet area!

What a beautiful place, the home has the most fantastic position with a lookout seating area over the scenic seascape. We had a quiet bbq celebration for my boyfriend’s birthday with close family members and Alice and the team went above and beyond for our stay. The house is very comfortable and private, perfect for swimming on the beach, in the pool and then chilling out and relaxing. Alice and the team were responsive and communicated well and on the last day I had forgotten my iPad which they had kindly organise to send to my next location. Thank you so very much, the place is stunning and the team hosting is utmost professional. We would recommend this place highly and would come back again in a heartbeat!

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Эта вилла оказалась даже лучше, чем на фото! В гостиной новый диван, в спальне появились тумбочки. Сама вилла отличная, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания: кухня, кондиционеры в гостиной и в спальне, мощные вентиляторы, горячая вода, фильтр для воды, чтобы была питьевая. На кухне вся утварь для готовки: холодильник, электроплита, тостер, чайник, посуда. В спальне рабочий стол. Wifi отличный, есть огромный телевизор с ютуб и нетфликс. На террасе качели и столик, просто шикарно по утрам завтракать под пение птиц. Сама вилла находится в тихом месте, но до основной дороги - 3 минуты. До моря 10 минут неспешным шагом. Рядом остановка, рынок на территории храма. Хозяин виллы разрешил раннее заселение, скинул все инструкции, попали в дом без проблем. Всегда интересовался, как у нас дела и все ли хорошо! Когда вернемся на Пхукет, с удовольствием заново забронируем данный дом!

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

The location was quiet and private, which was great. It's away from the loud crowds. The view from the place was beautiful, too. Additionally, it felt safe with security posted at the front, giving peace of mind during the stay. However, it is on a steep hill next to a busy road, so getting to and from the main area was a bit tricky. If you don’t mind that, it’s a fantastic spot to relax!

Beautiful apartment away from hustle and bustle of kata beach but still close to everything. If you are planning on walking be warned the place is at the top of a steep hill. The pool is a perfect size to cool down the house is very clean and has everything you need. Selly is one of the most thoughtful and kind hosts I have ever had. I forgot something at the house and she even arranged to send it to me. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Great stay at a Thai-style deco loft. Restaurants and laundry place on the ground floor for 50 baht/kg. Nice base for heading right into the middle road of Patong. Maybe 10 minute walk to the party street but you can just as easily take a 50 baht motorbike. Dushyant is also great, fast responses, friendly and sent very clear instructions. Wouldn’t mind staying longer next time.

Second time at this amazing apartment, really comfort, clean in the middle of Patong beach, providing at the same time serenity and privacy. Andy & Nikki always so kind and friendly, to help or answer at any questions. Missing already this place, will visit for sure soon :)

Perfect location just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby with amazing food. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
