Super skøn lejlighed ☀️ Den har alt hvad vi skal bruge og lidt til endda. Foruden shampoo, showergel, toiletpapir, opvaskesæbe, karklude, opvasketabs, håndklæder til bad, ugentlig rengøring og skift af sengetøj var der også håndklæder til stranden og skift af disse jævnligt. Lars er virkelig en rar person og let at komme i kontakt med. Tak for denne gang, vi vil helt sikkert bruge en af dine lejligheder igen.👌

Wir haben einen Monat in der tollen Unterkunft von Mai und Kurt verbracht. Die ganze Wohnung ist einfach nur traumhaft: Paradies auf Erden, schöner geht nicht. Das offene Konzept und die fantastische Aussicht sind einmalig. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Kurt war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns schon zur Begrüssung mit feinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Er ist rundum ein toller Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Quiet, beautiful condominiums close to Patong Beach but far enough away to experience peace and serenity after a long day/night. Spacious condo, nice pool and lounge chairs. Restaurants, massage parlors, 7/11 all within a short walk. We were very happy with the experience

Appartamento da paura ( in senso positivo ) , molto pulito e aver l’accesso in più piscine e qualcosa di spettacolare! Yulia è sempre disponibile in qualunque ora e in qualunque momento, peccato che non ci siamo visti, ma per tutte le volte che abbiamo domandato qualcosa ci è sempre stata d’aiuto! Une semaine de rêve dans ce logement grand luxe piscine plage à deux pas , merci à Etienne pour sa sympathie sa disponibilité bref je donne 6 étoiles à bientôt c’est certain. Allez y les yeux fermés meilleurs rapports qualité prix aucune remarque a faire de négatif tellement tout était parfait merci 🙏

This is a great apartment- it looks exactly like the photos, beautifully decorated, modern and spotlessly clean. The block is well maintained with a lovely pool and easy walking distance to restaurants and food shops. Jet communicated really well, he provided detailed instructions and lots of local recommendations. We loved our stay and would recommend to others.

It's my 4th time in Phuket , I thought the tower some old building, but I was surprise with Elena's apt , it's so beautiful feels like home in 9th floor , everything was there in the apt , If u wanna cook , living room was hug + balcony access from the bedroom and living room , the bed was so comfortable. Elena was so cool young beautiful girl , clear in explaining , helpful if you wanna ask anything , easy to reach fast response. Thank you Elena I would do it again

Vlad et sa compagne sont des hôtes très sympa et attentionnés . Le seul bémol , il faut aimer dormir sur un matelas ferme. L’appartement s’était conforme et le pdj sur la terrasse très agréable. Le lieu est calme et paisible . La piscine est propre . Je recommande sans aucune autre réserve .

Die unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen gegend, es gibt aber genügend restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Toll war unser eigener strandzugang, mit liegen, surfbrettern und kajaks, soager ein tischtennistisch. Perfekte unterkunft für einen strandurlaub.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

I would like with big Thank you to IKE for making sure to provide with everything thats needed for a good stay. I stayed on the property for a month and was working remotely at nite and slept during day time. 1. Estate feels SAFE and MAINTAINED 2. Free filter Water service 3. Host responsive and polite 4. Beach is clean and view from the property is beautiful. 5. Stable internet connection, electricity and Water 6. Good Quality Pot/ Pans / Plates / Cups /Glasses Overall, I have no complaints. Ike has done wonderful job of paying attention to detail. Definitely would recommend anyone to book this property without any hesitation.

La maison est très bien équipée et est très bien située au milieu de l’île, surtout si vous cherchez la proximité des écoles internationales. La maison est globalement très propre même si quelques rénovations sont encore nécessaires. La cuisine est correcte mais mériterait également quelques petits travaux pour être parfaite. L’hôte est tres réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

Gorgeous views and a private, secluded location. The home was very clean and unique, it’s living room is open to the outdoors with no air conditioning, while the kitchen and bedroom are enclosed and air-conditioned. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

We had a lovely week staying at Ivan's place in Cape Panwa! Whilst the area itself is a bit quieter than other parts of Phuket, it was very easy to get a cab into town - and we actually liked the quietness! There is also a lovely beach within about a 25 minute walk from the flat. Ivan was very responsive to my questions and the place was spotless on arrival. We loved the daily night market right outside the complex!

Great apartment, it’s overlooking quiet side of the street, we had a peaceful stay. There are a few really nice restaurants just outside of the building. It takes around 7-10 minutes to reach Rawai high street and Rawai beach. Super convenient location. The Host Olga is prompt to respond to any requests. The apartment was spotless clean when we arrived, and it looks exactly like on the pictures. The apartment has everything one may need. We spent a month staying there and didn’t have any problems. We are happy with our stay, highly recommend this place!

This place has the ultimate view in all of Patong Beach. It was spacious and very clean. Ladies came every day to clean and stock waters which was very much appreciated. Our host was amazing and always very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful apartment away from hustle and bustle of kata beach but still close to everything. If you are planning on walking be warned the place is at the top of a steep hill. The pool is a perfect size to cool down the house is very clean and has everything you need. Selly is one of the most thoughtful and kind hosts I have ever had. I forgot something at the house and she even arranged to send it to me. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay just off the main road at Rawai Beach. The apartment was just as described. It was small but had everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed (which is so rare), fast internet, functional kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch, smart TV, lots of towels. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very responsive so thank you.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)
