It was not the first time that i was in a room of Kannaphat, see my review from Okt/Nov 2024. Its a nice residence with excellent and kind stuff. In the apartement, i like the comfy mattress because its good for my back. Kannaphat is easy to contact and she is always helpful. It will be good when you have a motorbike or a car, so its a short drive down to the beach. I can recommend this place and will come again soon.

As always it was a wonderful experience staying with Mr Andy. I and my wife are always impressed and enjoy the natural environment and pollution free atmosphere here. In 22 days of stay we didn’t use the living room A/C because of the cool and refreshing breeze whole day along. It was really amazing. We never get tired or bored coming here again and again.

Lovely little place, we were only there for a long weekend. The host helped my wife sort out a laundry service at last minute. All as per the description it suited our needs perfectly.

This is a really nice place in a good apartment building. Its first floor (but basically on the second) There are actually two balconies one of them is big like a terrace and you can see some sea from it and it has table and chairs. The apartment had everything you might need and it is obvious that it is not something people give for rent but also use themselves. It has this “home” feeling to it! We liked it a lot. Balconies on two sides make it breezy inside so we never really used air conditioning only fans. The app needs some minor repairs and the cleaning lady is maybe not top notch, but look at the price it is a great deal and all small things are included in that price I think. Grab it if you can! Annemarie is really nice and always ready to help if needed. Thank you again we had a great time!

Me and my family spent two weeks in Bengs apartment. Beng was a very good host from the start. Even before we arrived we had contact and he arranged for a mini van to pick us up from the airport. It was a very nice driver and cheap also. The apartment filled all our needs as a family of four. It is situated in a beautiful spot right by the beach and surrounded by small restaurants both on the beach and across the road. Through the reception of the apartment building we rented a tricycle, also very cheap only 350 baht a day. With that we went on small trips everyday. The beaches are nice, very clean and there are not any rocks. We had contact with Beng several times during our stay and he always answered within the hour and helped us with whatever we needed. We can really recommend his apartment and hope to be able to come and stay there again.

Жили в квартире семьёй. Идеальное место для отдыха. Очень Большая, просторная квартира. Есть всë для проживания и приготовления пищи. Шикарный вид на море, большой балкон, две ванных комнаты. Практически безлюдный пляж, теплый бассейн, ухоженая территория кондо. Мы обязательно сюда вернемся.

Rayong Ultimate River Beach Wij zijn een maand in appt. 201 geweest. Eigendom van Petchara. Een heerlijk huisje met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijk bed en een bad in de badkamer, Geen inloopdouche, dus je moet in het bad douchen. Er is heel veel verkeer op de weg voor het appt, maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad. Als je een lichte slaper bent is dat het enige minpuntje. Het zwembad oo het dak js fantastisch en er komen bijna geen mensen, dus het voelt als een privé zwembad. Ons appt werd elke week schoongemaakt en ons bed werd verschoond. Ook als er iets was, werd het gelijk opgelost. Hele goede service. Een tip voor de eigenaar is wel om een user quide te maken voor de verschillende items. Hoe moet de deur geopend worden. Dan de wifi, de tv en de kookplaat. Zou dus erg handig zijn. En aankomstcommunicatie moet beter. Dat was even een dingetje, speciaal na zo’n lange reis. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en willen ws terugkomen!!!

Everything is fine. Fast Internet. Quiet and calm. Beautiful sea view. I would like to come back to William's apartment someday if the opportunity arises.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s within walking distance to a small shop, and Jomtien Beach is just a short distance away, making it a convenient location for a beach getaway.

Great host, really helpful when needed. Check in and out was easy. All was as advertised. The only thing i didn’t enjoy about the condo which was not the host’s fault was the lifts but they weren’t too bad. The building security was really good and helpful. For my first experience using Airbnb it has been a great one and i would stay in her place again.

Первый раз останавливались в таком жилье. Место удалено от центра, я знал это когда арендовал, попросил у хозяина в аренду автомобиль, что решило проблему улаленности на 100%. Хозяин отзывчив и честен. Когда заселялись уборка была выполнена на 3/5, но по нашей просьбе хозяин вызвал клининг и все убрали. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант для проживания если вам не нужно жить на берегу и вы решите вопрос с транспортом.

Vi var 2 par som bodde i Philippes hus i 2 veckor och allt var helt perfekt , så fint hus och nära till stranden och den fina poolen . Det var väldigt lugnt och fridfullt där . Nära till bra restauranger , fanns även en del ställen att köpa öl och vatten på i närheten ,livsmedelsaffären låg en bit bort då då rekommenderas mc el bil . Vi kommer gärna tillbaks hit vi har njutit till fullo av vår semester . Philippe är mycket hjälpsam och svarar snabbt .

Отличное жилье за свою цену. Есть все необходимое для спокойного семейного отдыха. Мы прекрасно провели время отпуска. Было комфортно и уютно.

Sehr sehr schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse, nur wenige Schritte zum Gemeindachaftspool, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt! Alles gut organisiert und tolle, ruhige Gegend! Ruhige Strände, tolle Restaurants auch westliches Essen!
