We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. The host is extremely helpful and informative from the moment I booked the villa a month prior to my visit. We had a great experience at this villa. Highly recommend!

Great host! Very responsive and helpful! has problem with the TV as it was all in Chinese but sent someone to fix it right away. Thanks for everything! Highly recommended for a big group!

the location is right in the central pattaya with many restaurants and bars. only a few minutes walk to beach and central pattaya mall. apartment looks exactly like the photos, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. bed is very comfortable and great rain showers. thanawan is an excellent host, friendly, quick respond and gave good recommendations for local eats. highly recommended! the only negative is the elevators are very small, always packed and slow. the lobby and common area always full of people with luggages, waiting to check and out… like a busy hotel lobby.

Fei was very responsive and kind. After discovering that the kettle wasn’t working, she had a new replacement the next day. Checking in was a breeze and convenient. The apartment had all basic amenities one could require for an enjoyable stay. The complex has great facilities offering great overall comfort and enjoyment. Location is excellent with options to take public transport to Jomtien beach or Pattaya’s main tourist area. Overall a pleasant stay with a host who closely follows to ensure a comfortable holiday. Great place went regret

Our vacations was a memorable one, thanks to this location and the room was very beautiful and cozy and ckean, everything was perfect, definitely worth it, must come back again!

I am writing this review in fear that I will not be able to book this place again in the future as everyone will want to stay here. The room matched the photos exactly and more. The parking was easy and everything in the compound was great. Will be back again for sure.

Lenas place is wonderfull, This community is very well looked after , Clean , lots of green space for walking around , also very family friendly . I would highly recommend this place . What was so awsome the swimming pool was right outside our door. Lena has equipped her resident for long term stay as we were there for 3 months. When we had any querstion for info Lena looked after any problem immediately . The only downside would be that you are a little far away from Lena should be on the list as a supper hosts Thanks again When we come back this way we will definitely still here again.
