I can't say enough about this place. Nick and his staff was extremely friendly, yet professional from beginning to end. This place is squeaky clean. It has everything you need, and it's in the best location in Pattaya. It's right by the beach , the minute you walk out, you're right there and it has a huge Olympic pool. The apartment is beautifully decorated. It's in walking distance of everything you need. The area is extremely safe, quiet enough, but also lively enough a few streets away by the night market. I absolutely love this place. It was one of the best I've had on airbnb. Will definitely be back and we definitely book this place.

Great place went regret

Bua was the best host I’ve ever had! She was so responsive prior to my trip answering any questions I had and extremely proactive with anything that arose. I had a small concern when I first arrived and Bua had it resolved in less than 30 minutes, nowhere else have I seen that kind of response time. She was very friendly and the accommodations was absolutely perfect. Her description and photos are all accurate and I’d even say don’t do it justice. I was in the perfect location to experience all of Pattaya and get anywhere in the city very easily. I almost don’t want to leave this review so I can keep this spot a secret for myself lol. 10/10 would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Pattaya for the 1st or 20th time. I will be back! What a fantastic apartment! Very clean and comfortable with the most amazing view from the balcony/terrace of the sunset over the marina and beach. Incredible! Excellent and very friendly communication from Bm throughout our stay. Couldn’t have been better. Will 100% get in touch with Bm next time we take a drive down to Pattaya for a few days. Jättefint boende med alla bekvämligheter man behöver. Toppen med pool access. Värden fixade taxi och moped åt oss så allt fanns på plats när vi anlände. Trevlig incheckning. Hög kvalité på lägenheten och bra wifi. Det som skiljer sig från annonsen är läget. Området Mantra där lägenheten finns ligger 1 km ovanför adressen, som är till stället man checkar in på. Du behöver en moped för att ta sig runt i Laem mae Phim så för vår del spelade det inget roll att det inte låg vid stranden. Kan verkligen rekommendera boendet!!

The very Best experience we've ever had in Pattaya. Perfect location. Luxury house with beautiful Jomtien Beach right in front for swim. It is in a luxury private Village, close to famous restaurants, cafes, shops, malls& attractions. House is privately gated+peaceful; &Village has 24hr security guards; we have small kids& felt safe, relaxed. Bedrooms & bathrooms so large & clean. Huge living rooms & communal areas for big group activities. With all amenities we need:washer, big fridges, TVs, fast Wifi, safe, cooking tools, water heater, bikes, etc. Pool is right in front of house& very nice +large, for small kids &adults. Host is friendly & honest. Available 24/7. Flexible check-in/out. We even forgot USD4,000 in the house: they immediately informed and drove 2 hrs to return to us! We've been to Pattaya many times, stayed in many places & can say that this house is by far the best value. With cheap price, we got a 5 star villa. Truly the best house in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

I stayed 2 nights, the location was perfect as it is close to the beach, but it is also conveniently located near restaurant district and also close to the market. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall all facilities it's good.

Beautiful house. it is in the secured campus and there is a security at the main gate of the society. House had all the utilities and was clean. there was a problem with main door lock and the host resolved it in reasonable time. 7eleven is 400 meters and small market place is around 1 kms. you will have to take taxi for going anywhere. although there is reasonable level of privacy but the pool area is visible from adjacent and nearby buildings. Overall a good value for money

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

파타야 첫 여행지로 선택한 숙소인데 뷰나,바다 인접성도 좋았습니다. 넓은 공간이라 4인가족이 머물기에 편안한 숙소였습니다. 발코니에서 바라보는 해질녘 노을은 멋진 풍경 이었고, 멀리 보이는 야경 또한 좋은기억으로 남았습니다. 조용하면서도 주위에 관광지 도 많아서 바쁘게 돌아 다니느라 3박4일이 훌쩍 지나 버렸습니다 . 좀더 머물고 싶었지만 아쉬운 마음 뒤로하고 두번째 여행지 방콕으로 떠남니다. 친구들과 다시한번 방문 하고픈 숙소 입니다

Totally value for money! I absolutely recommend. Was travelling with my siblings and needed something in a quiet neighborhood, Roya’s accommodation matched our needs. The resort is gated and easy to access, however you need a taxi to go back and forth to the centre as it is not a walkable distance but it’s not much of an issue as it is not a long distance by car and doesn’t cost much. The resort also has a private supermarket, gym, nail bar. Will totally book again. Roya is responsive, kind and very helpful. The apartment was clean and it is perfect for 2 persons although we were 3.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
