Nads Apartment is a comfortable spot in a quiet area of Bangkok. It’s conveniently close to local cafes and restaurants, and communication with the host was straightforward and reliable.

Very nice appartment, clean, nice view, very good location- just cross the street and you are at Asiatique with plenty of restaurants. It is basically a hotel, so you have a reception, someone to help you with the luggage and laundry service. It can be a bit noisy during the night due to the proximity to the street.

I enjoyed my stay so much that i prolonged my booking for 2 times in a row 😃

Perfect stay. Property is in a residential/hotel combination property. Apartment was spotless, well maintained, spacious, and had all the amenities of a hotel. 10th floor views over the surrounding embassy grounds and nearby high rises were excellent. Swimming pool and workout room for the property were awesome. Location was easily walkable to Lumpini park. I'd happily stay here again!

Très beau logement situé dans une rue calme et silencieuse, à proximité de la vie nocturne de Sukhumvit. Très belle décoration, simple mais suffisante pour se sentir comme chez soi. Logement très propre avec possibilité de faire son linge soi-même. Le lit est un peu dûr, dommage. J'ai adoré séjourner dans ce logement. Je recommande fortement cet hôte et son logement. La piscine sur le toit est petite mais suffisante pour nager et se rafraîchir avec la chaleur de Bangkok. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois.

Tor was a very good host, reactive and provided a lot of advices. The apartment is well located, 2 minutes from the BTS station and convenience stores. A food court is also accessible by foot near the shopping center Central Bang Rak.

I was traveling with my family that included kids, and this was the perfect place to stay. The place was kids friendly and Fai was really responsive to our needs. Thank you🫶

Host was flexible with check-in timing & was able to arrange something for us. She was friendly and gave lear instructions to get to her place. Her place is in one of the alleys of the busy pratunam area. It was lively, bustling, reflecting the busy lives of the Thai who stayed in the busy streets of Bangkok. Great place to stay for foodies and shoppers! The unit was spacious and clean. We loved the sweet scent of the room, bed sheets/blanket and the towels! The extension cord was especially useful for us overseas travellers. Would come back in the future! Thank you so much for everything

The host was extremely friendly, welcoming me like a regular visitor. The apartment was just as described, and even gave me an extra day for a very minor issue. I would highly recommend this carefully curated and artistic apartment, located in a luxury building.

The place is nice, it was clean with all the necessities provided and included. The apartment itself is quite spacious with complete separate rooms. The WiFi was fast, everything worked great. The common zones like sauna, cowork, gym is nice and useful The location is okay since it’s easy and fast to get to MRT or even the city centre (around 10 minutes on bike to get to Thong Lor)

Kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, nicht weit von der nächsten BTS Station, großer Mall, Markt und zweit 7-11. Alles fußläufig und leicht zu erreichen. Super für den Preis.

This apartment was our first stop in Bangkok after flying in from Europe. We were quite tired when we arrived and were so happy to arrive in such a friendly neighborhood and that the check in went so smoothly. We did not miss anything in this apartment, it had everything to make you feel at home. Apart from the apartment, the quarter Talat Phlu is a real gem. We loved the food that the street shops and markets offered and felt very safe and comfortable. We can only recommend this place. Thank you for the great service.

I stayed here for 2 months while working remotely, and I had a great experience! The place was very clean and exactly like in the pictures. The host, Johnson, was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, I truly felt cared for. The location is a bit outside of central Bangkok, which makes it a more relaxed and quiet area. Still, it was easy to get into the city with car-hailing apps (usually 30–40 minutes), and there’s a train station just a 6-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The building itself was great too, the pool and fitness room were both very nice and well maintained. I worked remotely during my stay, and while the table space is a bit small for extended laptop work, it worked out just fine for me. One of the highlights of my stay: Johnson even brought me fresh mangos a few times, so thoughtful, and they were absolutely delicious! This is absolutely one of the best stays for me in Bangkok. The room is spotless clean and everything needed is provided fully without any problems. The environment is quite good, there are a local market and Big C mall just about two blocks away, in a walking distance. Lawson is just downstairs and 7-11 store is just across the street. So whatever you wanna buy , like groceries or snacks or anything is just in reach. This place is also very convenient for transportation. The bts sky train station is literally just in front of the building. I also love the security system of this place. Very systematic and efficient. The staffs at the building are all so friendly and welcoming. They helped me with everything I needed. This is also a very well-facilitated place. It has a gym , two swimming pools and even an onsen on the top floor. Finally, the host is a great guy. He is very responsive and friendly. He made everything ready for me to check in. I just have to walk right in. 10/10 很满意。

Modern high rise building with great amenities. Gym/Pool/Library/Lounge area/Rooftop view/Washing machine parlor with front loaders and dryers. 711 downstairs and a night market and food area not far away. BTS only 5 minute walk from building (travel time about 10min to Samrong (with shopping center Imperial World) or 35min to Siam Square). I liked the layout of the room and furniture. It is on the 19th floor with a great view to the east. Bathroom is on the smaller side but has big shower. Although the room has minor wear and tear from other guests it is VERY clean. Condo has a fast and reliable internet connection. Be aware that there is a shooting range nearby which you can clearly hear Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 till 16:00, which wasn't a problem for me as I was mostly out and exploring the city at these times. Apart from the shooting range the condo is very quiet for Bangkok, especially at night. Host is very friendly and helpful. Check in/out fast and convenient. Recommended!
