The apartment was clean and nice. All facilities are in condo + huge mall in walking distance. You can find almost everything, what you need. The only minus is location. Far from the city center, and a bit far from closest BTS station, which can bring you to city center. So you need to take bus/taxi bike for get to metro. Or if you use to just use a taxi, this is also can be solution for you. But the rest was really good.

The room is big and clean, the owner and her assistant Ms.Pale are Helpful .I have a Nice stay during the Thailand Songklan water festival, all the people around that area are so much kind and friendly, i could recommend for it.

Looks exactly like the photos, close to the airport but not much else around. Train station is close. Absolutely loved it, would definitely stay again.

Chaichan and his wife were great hosts. Comfortable room, delicious food(arroy mak!) at nearby markets and offer motorbike rental. I stayed for almost two months. Would stay here again. Thanks again for the great stay.

I had a great stay at Gus’s place. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. Gus frequently checked if I needed cleaning services, which was very thoughtful. The condo complex was very safe, with friendly security, and having a 7-Eleven on-site made it easy to grab essentials. There were plenty of food stands along the main road, and I especially appreciated the kind lady who sold me fresh vegetables every few days. The location is outside the city center in a Thai neighborhood, which I enjoyed since it was quieter and less crowded. It was a short walk to the MRT station, making it easy to get around Bangkok, and Lotus was a quick Grab ride away for groceries, shopping, and other essentials. Gus was also very helpful in providing recommendations for attractions and shopping in the area. Overall, I had a really good stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok!

Nakorn was an amazing host! Very attentive and met all needs and more. The apartment itself has everything needed for a week stay away from the major busy areas of Bangkok.

The place is situated in a residential district making it a quiet and peaceful sanctuary for those wanting to avoid the city buzz. That said it's walking distance from Bearing Station making transport to the city very easy. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Kita and Aek were kind and responsive hosts even offering to share some of their dinner with me. I highly recommend you stay here. There is also a great local market nearby which is an absolute must for any foodie.

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.

Patty’s place was perfect for our family. Great location as easy to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at her place.

To top it all off, she greeted us with the juiciest, most refreshing watermelons—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Her local recommendations were spot-on and helped us discover some hidden gems nearby that we would’ve totally missed otherwise. Every interaction with her was smooth, warm, and helpful—she gave super clear instructions and was always just a message away if we needed anything. But more than anything, Jenny is just a gem of a person. Genuine, kind-hearted, and full of positive energy. If you’re lucky enough to stay at her place, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. We stayed for 1 night at Tar's place and we had pleasant time here. The location is near MRT, walkable distance.0 House is clean and we could sleep very well. Room 1 is at level 3 and room 2 is at level 4. Tar is a great host, she is very responsive and always answers every questions we had. She also gave us many good recommendations near the house. Overall I am satisfied and recommend anyone to book the unit. Thanks Tar, I hope your house is always fully booked.

Good Place , but the smart lock have a bit difficult to lock

Pal’s place was quiet, clean, and comfortable perfect for a short stay. Everything was well prepared, and the check-in process was smooth. Great communication too. I’d recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

It's very comfortable here, just like home, the room is large and spacious, the equipment is complete, the bed is too soft, and the balcony window cannot be accessed.

It has a really good workplace with big monitor, table and chair. And a lot of kitchen staff, and things like washing liquids, shampoo, napkins and lot more. Really good if you are concentrated on work, and do not have time to explore. Quite far from center, about ~40-45 minutes on BTS

Wasinee was great. the location was great, right next to a small night market, 711, and a barbershop! this place was amazing, loved every second. will be returning in the near future if time permits.

The place is clean and tidy as advertised. However and because it is advertised not using real pictures the arrival is a bit underwhelming. The location was good for us since we were doing as sports competition nearby but if you are on holidays the area doesn’t have much to offer. Our stay was very comfortable and overall a great experience, sadly during our stay the rooftop swimming was out of service but the gym it’s great.

I stayed in this apartment in Bkk for 1.5 months and I loved it. I had everything I needed, comfortable room, working station, plus the condo has very good amenities. Great infinity pool on floor 8, gym, and sauna which I used daily, and an amazing coworking space at the rooftop for productive remote work. Host was always very responsive and helpful. Only downside is the location, there is not much to do in around despite the Tonsai street food market. But at least it is 5 mins walk to the BTS, so you can easily reah other places. Will come again for sure

The host was very helpful and responsive, and the place was comfortable, including the bed. There is no internet, so if you have internet on your phone, you're ok. 7-11 right around the corner, and taxi motorcycles are waiting right outside for trips to the BTS or markets.
