Wir waren rundum glücklich mir der Unterkunft. Lidija (die Schwiegermutter) hat uns super freundlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und sogar Leckereien für uns gebacken. Auch einen selbstgemachten Wein gab es. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat alles (und noch mehr), was man braucht und auch die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

Wir sind im Herbst 8 Tage in der „La Finca“ untergekommen. Das Haus ist durchweg extrem sauber und gepflegt (ein großes Kompliment an die Haushälterin!). Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sind die Möbelstücke und die allgemeine Einrichtung rustikal und etwas älter, die Sauberkeit hat uns aber sehr überzeugt. Der Pool draußen war auf 28 Grad beheizt, sodass wir trotz geringer Außentemperatur jeden Tag und auch abends schwimmen gehen konnten. Die Sauna ist top. Der Whirlpool ist ebenfalls ein nice to have, für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Leider haben wir schnell gemerkt, dass er sehr empfindlich ist. Obwohl wir uns gründlich vor Benutzung geduscht haben ist der Filter immer wieder verstopft, sodass die Haushälterin kommen musste um alles zu reinigen und neu zu befüllen. Hier würde es sicherlich Sinn machen in einen hochwertigeren Whirlpool zu investieren. Trotz allem hat Ivan bei jeder Frage oder Unklarheit sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren in sehr gutem und gepflegten Zustand. Einziger Minuspunkt, das Haus hat (noch) keine Heizung und der Pool ist ebenfalls nicht beheizt. Sobald die Temperaturen sinken, war es auch im Haus sehr kühl. Überzeugt hat uns die herrliche private Lage und es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Istrien zu erkunden. Im kleinen Supermarkt im Ort gibt es alle Basics zu bekommen. Der Kontakt zu Karmen war sehr angenehm.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was also ideal, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. We can’t wait to return!

Huset og uteområdene er enda bedre enn på bildet. Alle rommene og badene er romslige, og pent innredet. Vi reiste med to barn, og huset og kjøkkenet hadde alt utstyr vi trengte. Det var også en kullgrill i vår hage som vi kunne bruke. Bassenget er flott, og hagen er veldig pen og ryddig. Hagen er også veldig privat, uten innsyn fra andre naboer. Ilona var en perfekt vert - veldig hyggelig, og hun besvarte alle våre henvendelser umiddelbart. Vi anbefaler huset på det varmeste, og vil absolutt forsøke å booke dette igjen hvis vi kommer tilbake til Porec.

Beautiful place exactly as described. we had a lovley holiday here and would definitely come back. Anything we needed was provided including toys and anything else that we needed for our 1 year old baby. Everything was clean, tidy and the outdoor space is amazing with the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor cooking area. The inside was spotless and had everything we needed. Really kind and helpful host - even brought us over some homemade apple cake one day - which was delicious 😋 Good location easy walk into the town and beaches and also had use of electric bikes which we used on a couple of days.

We stayed in about five places in Croatia during our vacation. This was our favorite place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was pristine clean. And much bigger than I expected. It was easy to do laps in the pool. It was so so refreshing! I watched the beautiful sunset from edge of the pool looking out at hills of trees and vineyards. I highly recommend this place for someone who wants a peaceful place but still be a short distance from “tourist” destinations like Motovun. You can actually see Motovun from the back patio as you watch the sunset. If you want to cook for yourself, they have everything you need. However, do your grocery shopping way before you get to this little town.

Brane was a very nice host. The apartment itself is nice and clean. Would book again.

Wir konnten Gott sei Dank schon vor der offiziellen Zeit anreisen, bzw unser Kühlgut vorab im Kühlschrank unterbringen. Die Putzfrau hatte den Kühlschrank zu allererst gereinigt, danach sind wir nochmals gefahren. Als wir zurück kamen, war sie bereits gegangen und hatte das Haus blitzsauber für uns hergerichtet. Wir hatten mit dem Toröffner so unsere Schwierigkeiten, die durch ein kurzes, sehr nettes Telefonat schnell behoben werden konnten. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, allerdings mit neuer Küche, die perfekt ausgestattet ist, inkl. einer tollen Espressomaschine. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Garten war perfekt für die zwei Kinder sowie für unsere Hunde.

Beautiful house. Very high quality furnishing. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had an enjoyable stay.

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym domu. Piękne miejsce, stary odnowiony dom, bardzo wygodny dla czterech osób. Bardzo podobały nam się oba tarasy, zadaszone miejsce do grillowania, a także basen. Można się było zrelaksować i odpocząć. Okolica jest piękna: winnice, gaje oliwne, zachęca do wycieczek rowerowych i spacerów. Miejscowość: Fiorini ma bardzo miły klimat, jest cicho i spokojnie. Gospodyni Catarina jest bardzo przyjazna i pomocna. Na pewno wrócimy!.

Très belle maison, très bien équipée et confortable, à partir de laquelle nous avons pu visiter plein de jolis villages ! Arrivée très facile et flexible ! Je recommande à 100%

We had a wonderful time at Goran’s place. The apartment was beautiful and it was easy to feel at home there. Wish we stayed longer!

Wir waren als Hobby-Fußballteam dort. René hat uns nett empfangen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön, die Lage ruhig und die Ausstattung top. Der Kunstrasenplatz war perfekt zum Kicken, im Pool und Jacuzzi haben wir gut regeneriert. Der Essbereich mit Küche draußen war ideal für uns zum Grillen, Chillen und Tratschen. René war cool und unkompliziert - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans la belle maison d’Ivan. Le cadre est exceptionnel, isolé mais tellement agréable. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. L’accueil a été sympathique et Ivan toujours disponible par message. Le petit plus pour les enfants : jeux, fléchettes, filet badminton… Un très bon restaurant à Roc pour déguster la spécialité locale : la truffe. Bref un très bel endroit où vous aurez peut être la chance de croiser quelques biches ! Ps: prévoir une voiture pour y accéder Merci Ivan :-)

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

Aufenthalt war klasse. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung, wer nach einem ruhigen Platz zum entspannen sucht.

Deze plek is magisch mooi! Je loopt zo uit de tuin het strand op. De beide tuinen zijn heerlijk om lekker in te luieren en het huis is heel fijn om in te zijn. Je voelt je gelijk thuis. De host is heel aardig en makkelijk te bereiken en heel behulpzaam. Dit is echt een topplek!

ab der ersten Sekunde haben wir uns gefühlt wie Zuhause. es war so perfekt sauber, dass man nicht gemerkt hat, dass vor uns jemand in dem Haus gewohnt hat. die Gastgeberin ist sehr respektvoll und spricht super Englisch. wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5+7) und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im und am Pool mit ihnen. es gab einen Tag mit Regen und die Gastgeberin gab uns super Tipps was wir unternehmen können. das Haus war außerdem vollständig ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Utensilien wie z.B. Gewürze, Öle, Wattestäbchen, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Duschgel, Autan gegen Mücken, etc. wir konnten sogar die Xbox vor Ort nutzen - was uns erstaunlich viel Spaß gemacht hat. die Klimaanlagen waren äußerst effektiv und wohltuend. wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

We had a brilliant time staying at Vesna's house. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and had everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool is lovely and a really good size - our children loved swimming in it every single day. The location of the house is excellent. There are 2 restaurants and a small shop in walking distance with bigger supermarkets and the town of Porec less than 10 minutes drive away. Vesna and her family were excellent hosts and happy to help if we needed anything.

Damir was a fantastic communicative host and his place was very convenient to the Zatkia stadium where we were attending the indoor hockey World Cup. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Porec
