Our stay at Erhans apartments was amazing, the location is right in the centre of gumbet, opposite a taxi station so it was easy to get to/ from bodrum town. The restaurants were less than 2 minutes away yet it wasn’t at all loud. Around a 5 minute stroll to the beach, right at the end of the road. The pool and facilities at the apartment were stunning. The staff were amazing and so so helpful and friendly, cannot thank them enough for everything! We would 100% recommend this air b&b, we had an amazing time in bodrum and the location and flexibility of these apartments definitely played their part in this experience!! Manzara harika. Bütün deniz önünüzde. Evden çıkmak istemeyebilirsiniz. Evde herşey var. Çarşıya, denize yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz yakın ama ev yüksekte olduğu için kısa mesafe de olsa çok dik bir rampa çıkıyorsunuz. Havuz aktif değildi biz gittiğimizde. Bu belirtilse daha iyi olurdu. Ev sahipleri iyi insanlar kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

The apartment is very nice! Clean light and cosy. Perfect for 4 people. Inside everything u may ever need. The house also have a wonderful location and great view! Thanks a lot for staying!!

Appartamento in un'ottima posizione con affaccio sulla marina di Bodrum. in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia organizzata di Gumbet, in altri 15 minuti si arriva alla bella marina di Bodrum. 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare al primo supermercato. Buona la pulizia dell'appartamento che è anche meglio delle foto!!!

My husband and I stayed at Defne Residence for 3 nights and wished we stayed for longer. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Defne . Defne is a charming host and provided recommendations for dinner and beaches in Selimiyede where we could swim . She was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to queries . The apartment is bright and airy and offers a spectacular view of the Aegean water from the balcony. It is located in a quiet complex of 4 appartments which have access to a beautiful infinity pool on the grounds. Parking and manoeuvring can be a bit tight if there are more than 3 cars in the car park area. The town of Selimiyede with its many cafes and restaurants and convenience stores is easily walkable in about 10 minutes. It’s a downhill walk and a walk back up. We loved the small town of Selimiyede and really enjoyed staying at Defne Residences. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay, and right on a little beautiful piece of the Mediterranean 🤩 The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was great, with many great local spots as well. The room was cleaned each day, and the room’s felt safe and secure. 👍 Teşekkür Ederiz!!

Ören'de daha önce de tatil yapmıştık.Ali Bey diğer işletme sahiplerine göre çok daha ilgili ve dost canlısıydı.Konum olarak çoğu markete yakın olması ve sahile yürüme mesafesinde olması bizim için artı bir durumdu.Odalar temiz,konforlu,mutfak malzemeleri yeterli ve çamaşır makinesi mevcuttu.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Herr Murat hat uns sehr gut betreut und war sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank und bis nächstes Jahr!

Preis-Leistung super! Sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich, vor allem das Bett. Zum erholen sehr geeignet. Es hat alles was n für einen kurzen ind langen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr gute Aussicht aus der Veranda und dem Frühstücksbereich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und es jedem empfehlen.

Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüzün eksiği yok. Manzara harika, evin içi çok iyi, ulaşımı çok kolay, yaz sezonu dışında haftalarca kalınabilir : ) Mart ayında konakladığım için mekanlardan gelen ses ile ilgili sorun yaşamadım. Bir tek sıcak suyun tazyiki düşüktü. Tek kusuru da bu olsun diyelim.

Emplacement très centrale et bel appartement.

Mehmet's apartments are in a great location in the heart of Fethiye. It's great to see how the local population lives, with cafes and restaurants all around. The apartment has everything you need and more for a really comfortable stay.

Location for amenities such as supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and local convenience store was good. Ideally situated for walking to a couple of different beaches and the town centre. The apartment was comfortable and enjoyed sitting on the large balcony in the mornings and evenings. We had a very enjoyable fortnight stay here.
