The apartment was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Steve and his wife were amazing hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. They were incredibly friendly and I felt went out of their way to help us settle in. The location was ideal as there was a supermarket a few meters from us. It was around a 15 min walk to the centre of Faliraki (all flat). We’re going to miss the lovely pool area and having a morning dip! Would highly recommend!!

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

De locatie klopt niet helemaal met de beschrijving, maar is toch, door het duidelijke nummer 18, goed te vinden. De locatie heeft zicht op de zee. Wij hadden storm en dat was prachtig uitzicht over de zee. De accommodatie is erg schoon en de host Ermioni is vriendelijk en mee denkend. Wij hadden een probleem met de ferry, storm, en konden met gemak later uitchecken zonder extra kosten. Het is echt een prettig verblijf.

Uns haben die 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir haben immer beim Rathaus geparkt und konnten die Wohnung von dort aus schnell erreichen. Die Lage des Ortes ist generell sehr gut, da man die Insel von hieraus super bereisen kann. Für den Preis wirklich top!!

the apartment was just perfect, just at described and seen on the photos, very clean, the host was very responsive, quick to answer, always kind - we talked to her even before our arrival because there were some fires on the island, and we got daily updates all the time. it was a perfect experience and we really hipe we could come back one day. we absolutely recommend it!

Elias is a most helpful and responsive host. The appartment has a lovely view of the sea and it is great to be able to walk under ten minutes to the beach in beach attire. The only downside is that even though the appartment is very spacious, there are only two bedrooms and the third sleeping area is in the sitting room right next to the bathroom so one of our sons was disturbed by nightime visits to the toilet. But overall this is a delightful place to stay.

We had a fabulous time at Uno Apartment on the beach in Tilos. Right on the beach. Just a few steps from our patio to our very own beach loungers. It was perfect. Beautiful bay for swimming and a choice of restaurants literally next door. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggested. Ample room for the two of us to spread out and with the patio table and chairs for eating along with loungers and easy chairs outside we were spoilt for choice. Angelos father Pantilos was in hand to greet us and service the apartment during our stay and generally chat! Washing machine facilities too which was really useful as we are in a 3 week trip. Kitchen was simple but adequate for breakfast prep and light meals. Will definitely be booking again! Thank you x

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la sœur de l'hôte. L'appartement est très propre, de même que le linge (draps / serviettes de toilette), changé tous les 3 jours. La vue est incroyable sur l'ensemble du port et les environs. Idéalement situé car au calme et proche du port à pied (accessible par des escaliers). La sœur de l'hôte est aux petits soins et bienveillante. Disponible, elle nous a donné de nombreux conseils et adresses (restaurants / plages...). Elle a su s'adapter à notre notre niveau en anglais et faciliter notre séjour. Deux couchages : soit un lit double ou des lits jumeaux. Nous avons opté pour les lits jumeaux qui sont très confortables. Nous recommandons vivement.

The place was absolutely lovely, self check-in went super easy, and our host was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is at a great location, the neighborhood wasn’t busy at all, it was well suitable for a good night’s sleep despite being 2 minutes of walking away from the bar street. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat if we were to travel to Rhodes again.

Просторная, светлая и уютная квартира. Недалеко от Старого города, мы прогуливались пешком. Рядом минимаркет со всем необходимым. Большая спальня с удобной широкой кроватью, много мест для хранения вещей: вместительный шкаф и комод. Огромная терраса с садовой мебелью. На кухне есть вся необходимая техника. Небольшая душевая кабина с открытой конструкцией, людям крупного телосложения может быть неудобно, но нам было комфортно. Отзывчивый хозяин, оперативно решал возникающие вопросы.

Margarita's apartments are located in a peaceful part of Kolympia. They are private and have everything you need for your stay. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had air-con in both the bedrooms. The kitchen has a fridge, mini oven, kettle and coffee maker. You are within walking distance of the centre of Kolympia and it's beaches (45mins walk), a supermarket, bus stop and family restaurants 5 mins walk away. We loved our week here and would not hesitate to return. Thank you to Margarita for being an excellent host, providing recommendations and always responding to messages.

Where do I start?! We never wanted to leave; that’s how at home we felt during our stay. We had a late check in due to our flight which was absolutely no issue at all, Marios was so understanding of this and had his wonderful father greet us. I have never experienced such a lovely, well informed and kind host! He walked us through the entire apartment and gave us all the information we needed, anything else that we might need we could just message Marios and he would reply almost immediately every single time, the communication was next to none. The house is stunning, just like the photos and feels secure and safe. It’s quite well connected for supermarkets and restaurants and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself. The only feedback is that we had a few issues with the hot water, it wasn’t always hot and we had to take quite a few cold baths. That being said we had reported this issues to Marios and he was very helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

Nice place to stay in the center of Old Town Rhodes. Walkable to everything and very comfortable bed.

Es war eine traumhafte Unterkunft für unseren ersten Türkeiurlaub. Der Blick aus den Fenstern und der Terrasse aufs Meer ist einfach grandios. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und minimalistisch designed, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank!

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a lovely jacuzzi upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned, which adds to the comfort. The location is excellent: just a 6-7 minute walk to the big park and about 15 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing we missed was a microwave, as we’re used to having one. However, Furkan was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

3 yetişkin, 2 çocuk olarak 1 hafta zaman geçirdik. Ev gercekten temizdi, içinde gerekli her şey vardı. havuz kalan misafir sayısına göre gayet yeterliydi. kalkan merkez e yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. çok memnun kaldık, özellikle temizlik ve düzen konusunda çok iyiydi. işletme sahipleri yan tarafta oturduğu için ihtiyacınız olan konularda direkt yardımcı oluyorlar ve ilgililer. tekrar gitmek istiyoruz.

The accommodation was spacious, and the night view was amazing. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. However, the place was not well-maintained, and there was a lot of dust. Also, after the first day, I had to shower with cold water, which was quite inconvenient. Other than that, I had a great time staying here. If the cleanliness and hot water issue are improved, it would be a perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay, the appartment is spacious and well equipped. it doesn't have blackout blinds, but we had our own so no issue. Also the internet was sometimes a bit slow, but we had our own so no issues for us. We loved the outdoor bath. The street is nice with many great eateries and a Sunday Market. With our bikes we could reach the beach and old town easily.
