Perfect stay in the wonderful city of Kalkan! The view of the villa is way better and bigger than the pictures and sunset views from the infinity pool are priceless. It’s one of the most beautiful villa in the region of Antalya! City centre is 3 mins drive from the villa. Location is ideal offering tranquility and peacefulness for a perfect gateway. Özgür was friendly helpful and flexible with our requests. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the villa at Kritinia. Such a stunning setting. Claudia, Roxanne and Ana made us feel completely at home and were helpful at all times. We were a party of 11 with 6 children and they lived in the pool and on the basket ball court. We still had a room spare. Plenty of space for all. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rhodes. Weather glorious at end of May. Close to a heavenly crystal clear cove (by car 10 mins) and walking distance from the romantic Kritinia castle.

Very nice villa , the best place , so comfortable, big and clean rooms , so beautiful sweeping pol , I will back soon for sure , very nice and kind hosts, they helped with everything and solved our requests within five minutes, recommendations and help were at the highest level, I highly recommend this place to you, you will not regret it. Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

Kostas and Diana are the best hosts !!! They welcome us with big smile and gave us many local tips which was very helpful 😊 Everyday they checked if we need something and they were super nice . The villa was big , the kitchen was well equipment and very clean . Outside there is pool and great sitting area. The location of the villa is good , very close to the sea and a few min drive from Lindos. There are many nearby supermarkets. Thank you for a wonderful time 👌🏻

Raina's place was exactly as described - a really lovely villa fully equipped with everything that you need. We were a family of 4, and it was perfect. The view from the terrace was great with a view of the sea. The house is well-placed to visit Yalikavak and Bodrum. It's worth driving just 7 minutes to the local little port where there are many little restaurants and bars to eat or drink. Raina was the perfect host and could. ot have been more helpful. Definitly worth booking !

Beautiful villa with wonderful view of the Aegean Sea. Meals outside were a delight. We had a Turkish Breakfast prepared by the staff on sight and could not have been more impressed. We looked forward to the evening sunsets and made it a point to be at the villa each evening for that reason. The host has provided many activities and amenities that we were still discovering on our last day at the property. The property was fun for the entire family, ages ranging from 10 to 60. This property did not disappoint. If you plan on venturing offsite other than the short walk to the beach, transportation is a must at this location. A big thank you to our host and the caretakers.

Suzanne’s place was a wonderful vacation house for family reunion. We had wide age group from 5 to 82 years old and few teenagers, everyone enjoyed the stay. Suzanne’s place was fully loaded for cooking a big sıze family we mostly cooked at the house, house is also 5min walking distance to the sea, we had morning walk to Kulube beach club and swim in the crystal clear Kalkan water. The place has so many private spots in the house , so everyone also enjoyed their quite serene times either on their private balcony or terrace. Suzannes place was decorated very tasteful, we enjoyed every spot, it had also so many books and board games for every age group. Our younger kids enjoyed the infinity pool did not even want to leave the the house. There was no dull moment, day trip to patara, kaş , kaputaş and kalkan cıty centers were also highlights of our trip. We certainly think Suzannes place for next year family vacation. Our stay at Ali and Seko’s beautiful villa was one of the best weeks of our lives! It was even more spacious than the pictures depict, and the patio (view included!) was unmatched. More importantly, Seko and his team took care of all of our requests without issue. From airport transfers to breakfasts to late night food, Seko ensured we were always taken care of. And, the house dog, Bimi, is as sweet as could be. Seko and everyone, thank you for making us feel at home and giving us the most beautiful home base to relax and explore Bodrum!

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids who felt right at home! It was a perfect get away place peaceful and relaxing. Esra's communication and responsiveness was second to none. It made the stay so much better for us. She was always trying to support and help with all of the group's requirements. The property itself was tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. The whole group had private space and when we wanted to get together the communal space was equally good. Would highly recommend this place!

Mines villa Bella mare is truly stunning. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos. Mine was so helpful and went the extra mile in every way, she was a truly incredible and sweet host. I spent my wedding week here with a group of friends and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The infinity pool and top floor hot tub are an added bonus. The villa is perfectly located, super clean, beautifully decorated and arguably has the best view in Kalkan. So close to the town and local supermarkets. It was the best week for us all. I highly recommend staying at this villa you will have the best time.

We stayed her for a week and the host couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Always ready to help. We were a party of 8 with a baby and we had everything we needed for the baby . Also I only had to message and they arranged taxis for us, making going out totally stress free. The villa was gorgeous with all the amenities we needed. Would totally recommend this villa .

היה לנו ארוח מושלם. הבית מתאים למשפחות, הילדים רבצו כל הזמן בבריכה גם בבוקר וגם בלילה. מחוץ לוילה שרותי יוניות, סופרמרקטים, מאפיה ואפילו תחנת אוטובוס קרובה ממש. בקיצור מושלם. גורגיה הייתה מהממת, ענתה לכל שאלה באדיבות וקיבחנו יחס כאילו אנחנו היחידים במתחם. תודה על הכל היה לנו מושלם.

Can was extremely approachable before our trip and whilst we were in Dalyan . His mother Arife was equally as approachable considering her limited English . She was a kind lady always willing to help ! On our final day she came to say goodbye and offered us water melon . The pool is well maintained , the maintenance guy comes every second day . The neighbourhood is peaceful but within easy walking distance to the town and supermarkets. The weekly Saturday market is 300 metres away so very close to get all your fruit and vegetables. I highly recommend Can’s property and we will return to this oasis in Dalyan.

Wir waren 6 Tage in der Villa Pastida. Alles war sehr sauber und genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir waren in ständigen Kontakt mit Felicia und konnten alle aufkommenden Fragen sofort klären. Felicia war eine der nettesten Gastgeberinnen die wir jemals hatten. Absolute Empfehlung !! 😌

We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an amazing 11 nights we spent at Villa Narnia. The pictures don’t do it justice. There are 3 large double bedrooms, all with en-suites and fabulous terraces with spectacular views over Kalkan. The pool area is great and although there are villas around, it’s a really private and a lovely peaceful space. Great location with a short walk downhill into town which we managed fairly easily with a pushchair. If you considering villa narnia just book it! We had the most wonderful time. The villa has everything we needed and more. Thank you Selma! Thank you also to Nadat who was there to meet us on arrival and help us with our bags.

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.
