Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Das absolute Highlight war der Pool im Haus – sauber, angenehm temperiert und ideal für eine kleine Auszeit nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, und wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine moderne saubere Wohnung im neuen Stadteil. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Ein Parkplatz ist ein paar Meter von der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit Kenan war einfach so wie auch das Check-in. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen, vor Allem, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Gerne kommen wir wieder. Der Check-in war unkompliziert via Türcode. Die Wohnung ist groß und funktional eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Internet funktioniert super und man hat sogar Zugang zu Netflix. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

The apartment is in a nice area only 10 minutes walk to the Town. It is extremely quiet and was very clean and comfortable. Pavel was very pleasant and helpful (he organised our taxi to get back to Baden Baden station which was so kind and much appreciated.) Pavel had left a bottle of local wine for us which was a very nice welcoming surprise. Pavel kindly and patiently came to the apartment to let us in when we struggled with the smart phone entry technology. There is no washing machine in the apartment and we didn’t see one in the building. We didn’t get around to asking Pavel where it is so if this is important it might be good to ask beforehand. We would stay in this apartment again without hesitation.

The rental was perfect for our adult family of five, but can absolutely accommodate little ones too. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with our host, Ingrid, was excellent. The view from the front of the house was spectacular. If we travel back together, we will absolutely stay here again!

One of the best housings we stayed. Sandra is so responsive and everything made our stay so beautiful. It was warm and cozy. I recommend anyone who sees this review to select Avahome to stay.

Alloggio molto spazioso e ben curato anche se non moderno. Abbiamo passato confortevoli momenti.

Superbe logement, avec vue imprenable, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Logement très propre, avec lingerie et draps en suffisance et tous types d’accessoires à notre disposition (jeux etc). Hôte présent à notre arrivée, accueil chaleureux avec explications et conseils. Disponible et réactif. Bref nous reviendrons et recommandons cet endroit à 100 pour-cent !

8-tägiger Aufenthalt. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, Thomas war ein sehr offener und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Auf Anfrage wurde mir ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt, was mir viel erleichtert hat. Alle Angaben waren akkurat. Kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit wieder!

Wat een fijn huis om met familie te verblijven. Wij waren met 3 stellen en 1 kind. Perfecte hoeveelheid bedden, leuk met de tuin, twee badkamers en een gezellig huis met spelletjes en een televisie waar wij de Olympische spelen op hebben gekeken.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Helga. Dit was onze eerste vakantie met onze dochter (7 maanden) en we wilden vooral bijtanken: de tuin, de mooie ruimtes, de ligging en de omgeving spraken ons dan ook aan. Het was een ontzettend fijn verblijf: er waren overal gezellige zitjes, zowel binnen als buiten, in de keuken was allemaal kookgerei zodat we uitgebreid konden kokkerellen, Helga was ontzettend gastvrij en bracht ons met regelmaat verse eitjes en dacht mee met uitjes en als we wat nodig hadden. Bovendien hadden we alle privacy en had niemand last van (nachtelijk) gehuil - dus dat we voor ons ook heel prettig. Kortom: alle ingrediënten voor een geweldig verblijf!

Stayed here for one night with our two kids on our trip to Austria. Spotless place close to the highway with very friendly and communicative host. Perfect!

Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Alles war großartig. Von Anfang bis Ende. :) Unsere Mitarbeiter, die hier übernachtet haben, waren wirklich glücklich und haben ihren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das Apartment war sauber, die Kommunikation immer schnell sowie unkompliziert und vom Wohnzimmer aus konnte man den Sonnenaufgang richtig schön beobachten. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, um ein paar Tage dort zu Verbringen.

Wie immer ist Ayse sehr aufmerksam und einfach Super 🤩🤩 Ich kann dir garnicht genug danken, dafür das ich die Unterkunft benutzen kann ☺️☺️

I highly recommend Rosi’s place. It is very close to a train station, city center, supermarkets, and the neighborhood is safe. Rosi is supportive and friendly.
