Beautiful location. Amazing house, everything you need and want in an air BnB! So beautiful the house!

It was a very neat unit, the instructions were pretty clear and we had all we needed during the staying, felt like being home indeed, even we could not take our furry kids to travel but deeply touched by the in-house preparation for the guests who travel with their furry babies, hopefully we will come back to visit here again. The beach distance was walkable, we enjoyed the morning walk along the beach, easy to access the town center and many food/beverages choices. All in all, highly recommended Lyn and Peter’s place:-)

This place is a secret paradise. You walk into a beautiful house that everything you need and more. It's comfortable, inviting, clean and tidy and located in the best spot right on the beach. Equipped with things you didn't know you needed like the gas fireplace, handy outdoor shower, and loads of equipment, you can be anything but relaxed and comfortable. Gorgeously presented home in a sweet little town.

Great stay with clean spacious rooms, top-notch amenities and peaceful area. Thank you so much for our host Finbarr to provide us with lots of ingredients in the kitchen including in the pantry rice and pasta, frozen fruits in the freezer for smoothies, coffee machine just to name a few. Very helpful ingredients especially during wet and raining during our short stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, stones throw from the beach and calm inlet for kids to swim. We will be back. Cant recommened the location, house and host enough.

We had a fantastic stay at Olivia’s place. Great spot just a few mins walk to the beach. The kitchen was super well decked out which was awesome. Would say it’s a much bigger house than the photo show! Plenty of room for everyone

The house was exactly as described. If the simple things are what you value, and you don't need a TV that takes up a whole wall, then this is the place. Marianne is a clear and helpful communicator, and clearly does not have a soft spot for Ikea.

Lovely villa in beautiful, tropical and quiet surrounds. Close to the pool and beach access. Villa was equiped with everything I needed and more. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

This was a great find! Lovely location and the bure was really well appointed (way beyond my expectations). Nice little touches throughout - books to read, games, toiletries, kitchen pantry items and a welcome hamper. Kitchen had pretty much everything you would need including a coffee machine and airfryer. Lots of good quality plates, glass wear etc. Comfortable bed, good quality towels, large bathroom. The resort itself has a nice pool, great restaurant and location on the beach. Lovely tropical surroundings. Would definitely stay here again.

The villa was exactly what we needed for a peaceful and quiet weekend away. It was spacious, modern and clean. Brett & Jess were very helpful and even offered us a late checkout which was really appreciated. Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lachlan’s. The place was spacious and clean. All the shops and cafes/restaurants are a short walk. We were able to check in early which was very appreciated after a 6 hour drive. Would stay here again when visiting Sawtell.

Loved our stay! We needed last minute accommodation with the Cyclone and Diane’s place was even better than expected. Diane was very responsive and kind. The master bedroom bed was very comfy. It had everything we needed!
