Great place to stay, for the price.

The apartment was spotless, host was very welcoming and ensured we all were looked after well.

Absolutely recommend staying here. The apartment was clean and the host made sure to try their best to accommodate a few requirements I had beforehand. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the best part for me was that there was no UPS sound. Our contact person was extremely kind and always at service if needed. The fact that they have a 24h concierge service, even though we didn’t use it or need it, it was nice to know that should we need anything at any point during the day (grocery, food, anything), they were available. We had a tiny issue with a leaking tap from the muslim shower and they tried to fix it, however the problem persisted. And I’m sure had we let them know they would have fixed it, but we kept forgetting so clearly it was not a big issue for us. The place is about 5 minutes walk from a mall and dozens of cafes and restaurants. It’s really a vibrant area and we loved spending our evenings at the cafes there. Abdullah's apartment was not like other Airbnb apartments I've stayed at in Pakistan. This is a quality apartment. No cheap furniture or finishing. The bed was very wide and soo comfortable. Very neatly maintained place and exectly as described. The property is in a residential calm and quiet area so it has a homely feeling, which gave me a chance to relax after a tiring work day. The property is on 3 minutes walking distance from one of Islamabad's oldest and best Super Market/F6 Markaz for all sort of shopping and nice cafes and restaurants. The host is helpful, responsive and flexible with check-in timings and made my self check in very easy by giving clear instructions. I will definetly recommend the place for anyone looking for a stay in this area at very reasonable price.

Great Experience

What an amazing location. The property is right opposite f11 markaz and in a very secure and safe location. Very easily located and accessible. You can literally find everything near it. May it be food, groceries or fine dining. The house in itself was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped. Bathrooms were clean and provided with all amenities. The house is very well decorated and also has netflix which is amazing. Overall the house was a 10/10 value for money. Abdullah was an amazing host from the minute we booked the apartment till the last day. He assisted us with all our inquiries and requests. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back to the same property on our next trip back.

Comfy place to stay in. Stayed for a week with toddlers. No issues with cleanliness. The sheets and comforters were clean and comfortable to use. Loved the decor! Wasif was collaborative and went out of way to support whenever needed. For a first timer on Air BnB, it was a great experience.

Mr Hasnain was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, location and city view is astonishing - love to stay there again. highly recommend.

L’appartement est vraiment superbe et est extrêmement bien placé. La place de parking au sous sol est un top que beaucoup d’autres ne proposent pas. Secure & Comfortable I was a guest of Zafar sb for two months in this place & have to admit he is one of the most caring, kind & professional hosts I have ever met. There are a few things that I want to highlight here. 1. This place is located in the “Diplomatic enclave”. Well… you might have an idea but I just want you to fully grasp the potential limitations that comes with this place since this is the most secure area of Pakistan, you will definitely need to have a vehicle/ rent a car for transportation. To avoid any hassle make sure to send your driver+vehicle’s details to Zafar sb, he will get you an entry permit for the whole period of your stay. (It’s an easy process, he does this all the time.) Hence, if security is your utmost priority go for this place & trust me you won’t regret it. 2. If you don’t have a driver or own a car, don’t worry you can always rent Moeen’s car (Zafar sb’s driver) or you can pay him per trip. Moeen is a super friendly guy & always has a valid entry permit with him. 3. Zafar sb is an experienced host; he has been a host for many years & he is direct & thorough & expects his guests to be the same. If you want anything? Just ask for it. And he will go above & beyond to help you feel comfortable during your stay. 4. Zafar sb owns several more apartments so he knows the right people to take care of any maintenance issue if & when one arises. 5. Items sold in stores i.e GreenValley in the enclave are a bit more expensive than the supermarkets outside the enclave. 6. If you are planning to live off food delivery apps like Foodpanda or Careem, please understand that the delivery person or Careem drivers aren’t allowed inside & can’t bring your food inside the enclave. So having a driver is a must. Inside the enclave, Street1 Cafe has some nice burgers & pizza & Ivy Courtyard’s English breakfast is also not bad.
