Great location in Sellwood. Walk over to A Cena for amazing food. Bottle Shop was excellent. Bible Club is down the street for excellent cocktails. Beautiful trails and spring flowers all around. House was comfy and and clean. Host was excellent.

We did our weekend getaway here and it was the best choice we could've made!!! Firstly the hosts are SO sweet and kind. The place was SO cozy and so homey. Fully equipped with all you need to cook and some extra little goodies. Huge tub!!! The bed and pillows was super comfy (this can cause you to sleep in). - the views are BEAUTIFUL!!! We will definitely try to come back one day!! Loved this place!!!

Really enjoyed staying here. It felt spacious and warming with some really nice amenities (washer + dryer!) Susie & Jason were really enjoyable to meet and speak to as well. Genuinely lovely people. The space was easy to navigate and everything was organized incredibly well too! We're already talking about coming back - highly recommend. You can drive into the city proper without much hassle and explore a lot going any cardinal direction. If you get the chance - I'd really say check out this location :). Can't emphasize enough how nice and relaxing and experience this was.

Wonderful second stay at Yurtlandia. My wife and daughter love it. Now our first choice for Portland area visits. Bigger and nicer than we remembered, especially the kitchen area. So many nice little touches - practical ones, like a privacy screen. Everything tasteful and beautiful. The robins and other birds singing at dusk are the icing on the cake.

I really loved the place. It was very comfy and peaceful and great for my friends to come over so we could have lunch and play games. Loads of space and nice furnishings .I love the yard, water garden, and being able to walk to the beach. Birdwatching was amazing.

This home was clean and cozy. Great location with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. (We recommend Sweet Coco G only a few blocks away.) Also it’s an easy walk to the Willamette River and trail that leads to S Waterfront. Street parking was available every day. There is noise from upstairs during the day but it’s very quiet at night. Our host was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

This little condo was perfect for my holiday visit to see my family. The location is great: very close to freeways (but not too close to hear), easy to get to Downtown Vancouver or Portland. There are stores (Fred Meyers has anything you could want) and restaurants nearby, especially McMenamins, which I always hit anyway when I'm in town . I love the waterfront walk which is only a few steps away. The condo had all the amenities I needed in the kitchen. There were a few things that I didn't like, 1. The air traffic to PDX was directly over the condo. This could be very loud at times but from what I understand depends on the weather pattern (I was there in winter). 2. I didn't like the rain, which has nothing to do with the property but kept me from enjoying morning coffee on the lovely patio (though I still got a couple of mornings in when it wasn't raining so hard). 3. I mention this for the elderly or those with bad knees, there's steep steps, 19 of 'em, to get in/out of the condo.

I mean, WOW. You will not be able to find anything like this place. The cabin itself is rustic (but beautifully built!), and the interior upgrades are modern, fresh, and inviting! And.... waterfalls! You hear waterfalls as you wake up and the views are unreal. This is such a unique place with such a unique history, that I feel honored that Foster would be willing to share it with the public as a rental. The cabin is so well-modernized with the kitchen and appliances and supplies (even a spice rack of well-stocked spices), and having two bathrooms was awesome. There is a VHS player TV, games, and record-player in the main area, and I am proud to say it fell fun to use the record player and VHS player. There is a modern TV in the main bedroom, but it was barely used. There's a separate little house that is gorgeous and provides more space for guests. I will say that having the wonderfalls and view was wonderful, but you will have to pay more attention with little kids. Thank you, Foster!
