Amazing place, great location in peaceful area, but close to all the things!

Loved Danny’s place- felt right at home. A great space for folks with kids. He was super kind and flexible and I would recommend to anyone- but note lots of stairs to front door.

Mary's place worked out perfectly for us, she was very welcoming, friendly, and gave us great suggestions for things to do. She was very accommodating with our check in time as it was a bit later in the evening. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Would stay here again if needed!

Heidi & Maggie were out of town when we arrived, but had sent clear instructions for entry. Also, their house sitter was friendly, along with their beautiful cat! We never a problem finding nearby parking on the street. Location was conveniently close to our son’s place.

We loved Matt & Kerry’s place. The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. The area is great and everything is walkable (coffee, restaurants and groceries). We stayed as a family of three and it was spacious enough. It felt bigger than it looked in the pictures.

This was a great stay. Very cool and comfortable space. Walk to tons of stuff, but a quiet street. Would definitely stay again!

My stay at minhs place was nice , easy access they where quick to respond to any questions. The beds were comfortable and cleaned.

Laura's place is spacious and modern with an amazing view of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was decently stocked and the appliances were modern and great. I loved the open concept kitchen, dining area, living room. The bedrooms are downstairs on the basement level and right next to each other, sharing a bathroom. The second bedroom is more like a "nook" with a curtain, so it's not quite a full bedroom. We booked last minute and even ended up shortening our reservation due to it not being the right fit, but Laura was incredibly understanding and flexible with our situation.

The house was great for our needs. It was clean and had a fenced yard. The host was super quick to respond to our questions.

We enjoyed our 3 nights for a spring break vacation in Portland… had an amazing nights sleep. The mattress was comfy… enough room for the 7 of us. We will come and stay @Steven’s again in the future!

My stay here was nothing short of amazing! Great clean space! Has everything you need. Right on Mississippi Ave which is walkable to great local restaurants and bars. Definitely don’t need a rental if you plan to just stay in the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Felt like home!

By far one of the best places I’ve and felt right at home. The place was amazing and well put together. The set up is better than most places and hotels I’ve stayed at. I’ll fully recommend this place to anyone.

This little condo was perfect for my holiday visit to see my family. The location is great: very close to freeways (but not too close to hear), easy to get to Downtown Vancouver or Portland. There are stores (Fred Meyers has anything you could want) and restaurants nearby, especially McMenamins, which I always hit anyway when I'm in town . I love the waterfront walk which is only a few steps away. The condo had all the amenities I needed in the kitchen. There were a few things that I didn't like, 1. The air traffic to PDX was directly over the condo. This could be very loud at times but from what I understand depends on the weather pattern (I was there in winter). 2. I didn't like the rain, which has nothing to do with the property but kept me from enjoying morning coffee on the lovely patio (though I still got a couple of mornings in when it wasn't raining so hard). 3. I mention this for the elderly or those with bad knees, there's steep steps, 19 of 'em, to get in/out of the condo.

Staying at the Manor was a gem of an experience. This cute place was the front-side of a duplex but I never heard the other tenants except when they used their washing machine which connects the kitchen to the backside unit. This was not a disturbance at all. Gabe has created a bright, clean and comfortable home away from home and I was thrilled. I felt immediately relaxed here and he provided many nice amenities I don't always see at other rentals. Having a new kitchen sponge; crisp, white linens and variety of pillows; new & fluffy towels, even a make-up washcloth; there were plenty of hangers and enough dishes, cookware and toiletries to feel right at home. Nest heating/cooling system was simple to use, clean & cozy throw blankets for curling up on couch to watch nice TV with plenty of options. Two luggage racks, lamps with easy access to on/off switches, assorted board games (I didn't use), and GREAT water pressure in the clean shower with quality soaps. A True Gem!

Exceptional place to stay! Super clean, very comfortable, beautiful views, close to restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities: hiking & sightseeing! Al was very easy to communicate with. Provided clear directions & check in was easy! Super sweet touches, snacks & chocolates with all the conveniences of being at home. Would highly recommend this place to friends & families. Love the large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. Mahalo Nui🌻

Love the organization of the house. It was easy to find items and didn’t feel like I was digging through cabinets and closets to find the basics. Thanks for making your home feel like a home away from home.

The location was just what I was looking for. It was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Great for relaxing and entertaining. I would definitely stay when I visit my family again.

My two teenagers and I spent three nights in this well-appointed home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a well-lit, plant-filled oasis. The aesthetic reminded us of my beautiful wife, who didn't make the trip with us. We immediately felt right at home. We happily explored a neighborhood with outstanding restaurants, coffee shops, and vintage stores. Each day brought a new level of excitement as we explored our surroundings. The home itself is as advertised. The beds are dreamy, and the living spaces, bathrooms, and kitchen are adorned with all the creature comforts one could want. Stephanie maintained communication with us from booking through our stay. She acted as our virtual tour guide with suggestions for meals and activities. We could not have been happier with our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Portland. The Kearns neighborhood and this Condo are must-visit. The Turners

We had a great 4-day stay at Nicki's Tree house. The rooms are just as photographed, parking was easy, safe and plentiful and the hosts responded to every question and request in 20 mins or less--usually less. For our group of 2 couples and one teenager, the room setup was just perfect.
