The flat was in a cool area of Mumbai with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The view of the beach was great and early morning walks on the beach were nice before the busy city came to life.

Amazing stay! Very friendly and responsive hosts, very pinteresty an apartment, very nice balcony view, very airy and bright. A perfect stay :)

Our stay was an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their in house caretaker is an excellent cook and very attentive. Plus Satish was very responsive and an accommodating host.

Great host awesome place.

We were a family of 6 staying 2 nights at The Villa by the Sea to attend a wedding in Madh Island. This place suited our needs. There was plenty of space to sleep and keep our belongings. They also made arrangements for our driver to have access to a bathroom to freshen up during the two days he was with us. Shagun and Ronald were both very responsive to my inquiries and the staff at the place we're friendly and accomodating. The place is clean, breakfast of anda pav, aloo bhajji and poha was delicious and the lawn and pool were great ambience to relax in. The beach is also literally right across the road if you choose to take a walk during low tide.

We loved our stay at Henrietta's place. The apartment is right off Carter road with wonderful eateries and a beautiful view. The place is well-furnished with all the necessities one might require during the stay. Henrietta and Captain Vaz were gracious host and were very responsive with all our needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bombay.

Sunaina is a very welcoming and pro active host. She has curated & maintained probably the best apartment in Mumbai. It is so picturesque & serene. It is actually like a little Goa in heart of Mumbai itself. When we reached we realised that the building has not elevator & it is on top (4th) floor which was a letdown as we had a lot of luggage. But once you reach the apartment.. It is a such a relief & you feel at home instantly. All the appliances were working perfectly. Sunaina has trained her staff well. I would definitely come back to this place for peace which really helps with the creative process in my line of work. My wife & I loved the property so much that we decided to order in on a saturday night & chill rather than getting ready & stepping out. Decision was completely worth it because of a character the whole place carries. All thanks to Sunaina!
