We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Perfect accommodation for the Family. Busy but not rushed. Swimming pool a fantastic bonus. Grandchildren and myself swam every day. Other adults enjoyed the sauna as well. Didn't travel far from our home to get there but had such a brilliant time it could have been anywhere. Dogs loved the garden and beach. Thank you Clair for my perfect weekend away to celebrate an early birthday with my family x

Number 14 was lovely to stay in, our first holiday with our toddler so we called it the little house. We had everything we needed and it was so easy to find nice walks for our dog. The walk to the park along the broads was nice. We recommend the chalet and the cafe in the park. It was cosy. clean, with lots of room and a nice open plan layout we would really like to come again soon.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

This place has everything you would want and need for your stay, even provided phone chargers. Spotlessly clean, beautiful towels and bedding, communication was on point. Very helpful and accommodating. The welcome “goodies” were a lovely gesture. Fully stocked with Tea & coffee even provided milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival after a long drive. Recommend 5 stars ✨ ✨✨✨✨

We loved our stay at Kristel’s place. It’s all tastefully decorated, everything looked brand new. The house is very comfortable and felt very homely. We loved being close to everything in Wells but at the same time tucked away a little making the surroundings very peaceful. Welcome pack and toiletries are a very nice touch. Very convenient to have private parking space as well. Kristel was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we’ve had.

We had a fantastic four night stay. The property is very easy to find and the check in instructions very clear and easy. There was a beautiful lemon drizzle cake and some lovely apple juice waiting for us on arrival which was much appreciated and enjoyed by everyone. There were 7 of us but the property is very spacious and laid out in such a way that we never felt on top of each other. It is also extremely cosy and welcoming. When we ate in we could all fit round the table comfortably and when we sat down in the evening to relax there was ample room for everyone to be comfortable. This is probably the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The range of crockery, glasses, pots and pans etc is enormous and there was nothing we needed that we didn’t find. Frances is a very responsive, friendly and efficient host and we would love to return in the future.

We had a wonderful family get together for Christmas ages 4 -75 years old and everyone was catered for ,wonderful accommodation was a home from home, warm, cozy and well equipped Shona has thought of everything. We enjoyed a visit to Cromer and Sherringham, the property is ideally placed but also lovely and peaceful which we enjoyed whilst using the hot tub which was a lovely bonus

Sinead is so helpful and friendly from first contact. Absolute pleasure dealing with her. This was the perfect location for a group of friends originally from South Africa to meet up. As this was our first visit to Norwich Sinead kindly recommended options for sightseeing. We had time to see the cathedral, lunch at Adam and Eve pub and looking around the central shopping area which were all within walking distance of the property. On day two we drove out to Cromer for a seaside walk. Even the weather was kind to us! The house has a lovely living, kitchen and dining area with very comfortable bedrooms. As we had 3 vehicles in our party, with some suggestions from Sinead, we found parking for them all within walking distance of the house.

had a very comfortable stay with friends for the weekend. having multiple rooms with single beds was really appreciated and the living room was a lovely space to play games and catch up in the evening. beds were super comfy :)

Well placed , 3 double rooms, each with an en suite, a fully equipped kitchen and off road parking. Great value, a great find.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and family. The house was perfect for the weekend. It’s spacious and in a great location for access to Southwold, which has entertainment for kids and adults alike (beach for kids, brewery for adults!). The kitchen area was great for hosting such a large group (there were 10 of us inc kids). The living room was relaxing with nice large sofas. The host was very helpful and responsive from start to finish, and I would recommend this place if you want to visit Southwold or have somewhere to relax.

We recently stayed here and it was a great spot for a peaceful getaway with friends. The house was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The outdoor space has potential if you are lucky to have good weather as you can spend evenings chatting or just lounging around on Jacuzzi and BBQ.

we had a beautiful stay at the Capanna. The location was very peaceful and the beach was really close by. it suited our family of 4 to the ground. The hosts were on hand if needed and everything you could think of has been covered in the property. Great value for money.

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.
