Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

Amazing condo very clean and looked like the photo. Host was very helpful and very responsive before and during my stay. I highly recommend if you are in BGC uptown. My family and I really enjoy ourself when we wanted to relax. So comfortable and spacious. Very clean as well.

We stayed for one night in Makati and it was the perfect place as a home base. The condo was spotless, felt secure and it had everything we needed including a washing machine. The location was so walkable and there were plenty of options for trendy cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend ITO for cocktail tasting, Yardstick for coffee and Wildflour for brunch (or any meal).

Great place for a family of five. We loved how each room had air conditioning, and the place had two clean bathrooms. The kitchen had all the basic appliances. TV had a Netflix account. Dave responded quickly to all inquiries and was accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay here.

My family and I were really impressed! As the trip planner, I appreciate that Veronica thought of every little detail to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially liked that it was fully airconditioned, had strong wifi, there was a washer/dryer, toiletries were provided, and the kids loved the bunkbeds. I highly recommend staying here, it will be well worth your money. We couldn’t have asked for a better host 💕

our stay here was really comfortable and sulit! the house is very clean and everything was almost like new. the owner and ate nads were really accommodating and responsive even at nighy, they're always ready to help us whenever we had questions about the place. there's also a mini store beside them, which is really convenient for us. they reallt made sure we had a lovely stay. my friends and i would give this 10 stars if possible haha! thank you so much, and i really recommend this bnb. we will definitely come back soon!☺️❤️

Sulit na sulit! This Airbnb is worth every peso. Super linis, maaliwalas, at may welcoming vibe. Kompleto sa amenities, kaya parang nasa bahay lang ako. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making sure na comfortable ako throughout my stay. Sobrang dali nilang kausap, at talagang inalagaan nila ang guests. Ang location ay super convenient, malapit sa lahat ng kailangan ko. For the price, I got more than what I expected. Hindi lang ito basta accommodation—it’s an experience na babalik-balikan ko. Highly recommended!

Rupert is very responsive and friendly, regardless of the time. The house is very clean and has complete toiletries (just bring own tissue/paper towel). Location is easy to find for us and for deliveries. Just few mosquitoes here and there, otherwise, a great place for a short stay.

La Prima has always been our go to place when we needed a place to stay every vacation to Philippines. It's near attractions, walkable to mall, place is very peaceful and secure. The house is always clean and feels like home everytime we arrive. The hosts are always easy to talk to, friendly, accomodating and kind ❤️ They even gave us discount as returning guests 🥰 Overall it's always a 5⭐️ stay with La Prima. ❤️

The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals. We appreciated how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Communication with hosts was smooth, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

The location of this place is great. The individual Condo is great for two person 1. Rooms are spacious 2. Rates are very reasonable - The Host Yhamessa was kind and attentive-she did as well as she could to help us Improvement areas 1. Maintenance is Good. Rooms and furniture was well maintained , Overall it was a pleasant Stay, it felt like home away from home. Will again Book the same. Thanks Yhamessa for all the support

Great location with many eateries, 24hr convenience stores and access to taxis, etc. Situated in a more quiet part of Makati. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, simple but very effective.

Place was as described. Comfortable bed. Nimpha was very friendly and helpful. Lots to do around the area. Would definitely recommend. Looking to stay here again in the future!

booked a few hours before our check-in but never had a problem. all inquiries were answered and we were assisted right away. pool vouchers were also readily available upon our check-in.
