Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

The house was amazing, it has the most scenic view. Christofer thought everything for us, it was very comfortable, very peaceful. Sladana was also very helpful and friendly. Every corner, every piece of this stone house is done with great care. Clear sea, mountain that surround us and the house in Orejavac we simply fell in love….

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Sveti Stefan bei Dragan. Die Aussicht und der Balkon waren einmalig und wir konnten die vielen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Schlafzimmer und die Küche hat Alles was man benötigt. Es sollte beachtet werden, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt und man sich im Hochsommer an die Wärme nachts gewöhnen muss. Jedoch hat sich Dragan und seine Familie sehr gut um uns gekümmert und direkt einen Ventilator gegeben. Damit war es wesentlich angenehmer! Ansonsten ist der schöne Strand nur einige Minuten entfernt und es gibt in Sveti Stefan Alles was man benötigt (Restaurants, Supermarkt). Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji. Ima izlaz na terasu sa prelijepim pogledom. Iako čistoća može biti malo bolja, vlasnica je bila jako ljubazna i pristupačna na sve upite. Uživali smo u boravku!

Virkeligt et dejligt hus, med den smukkeste udsigt. Virkeligheden var næsten bedre end billederne. Djuro og Nicola var meget hurtige til at svare og de havde lavet nogle gode anbefalinger til hvad man kunne se.

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement. Une super vue sur la mer. Son emplacement était parfait, à 10min à pied de l’aéroport, 5min de la gare de bus (pour aller à Dubrovnik par exemple). L’hôte était très accueillante et gentille. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement !

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Great location—right on the water with a private pier and amazing views. The house is renovated, with AC/heating, a proper kitchen, and bathrooms. No moisture issues, which is rare for a waterside home. However, some furniture feels mismatched, like it was brought in from elsewhere, and there are strange design choices—why six TVs? The place lacks some upkeep: the couch and outdoor cushions are worn out, and the umbrella needs replacing. Might be due to off peak season as we stayed early-Apr. The house is built from slate stone, which crumbles on its own. This leaves small stone flakes all over the floors (yes, even in beds). You can hear them hit the wooden floor at night—some pieces are nearly an inch big. Also, the house is a bit dark due to small windows—not a flaw, just something to know if you love natural light. Despite everything, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6—it’s still much better than most of the places in the area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

The house was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, and the host was very friendly and helpful – highly recommended!

Tolle Villa, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, toller Pool und Außenbereich. Alles auf hohem Niveau, makellose Bäder, es gibt Bademäntel, Schlappen, Duschbad, Shampoo und Bodylotion. Velibor ist ein immer erreichbarer und reaktionsschneller Gastgeber. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckerein, Supermärkte und Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

Wonderful place. Never felt so much privacy. The view is stunning. If you are coming in the direction from Zagreb, don’t listen to Google maps on the shortest route. Go all the way down to the roundabout, take the third exit and go up the hill. Mario is super responsive and will always guide you via WA text or even call if you get lost - especially about the light switches. 😁

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

A gorgeous property with stunning views. Inside and outside was well set up and had EVERYTHING you needed, I stay in air bnbs frequently, the kitchen was very well set up and there was nothing I needed and couldn't find. All rooms had an ensuite and were large. Garden and outside kitchen was also very comfortable. Pool a good size and it was very peaceful. We were a very short walk into town with some restaurants and also walking distance to either bay. Taxis were easy to get & there were some bus routes at the bottom of the road; we went to Kotor, Tivat and Budva all from this base and had lots to access / explore on foot. The loft bedroom was gorgeous, but not shutters on the velux windows, personally I loved waking up to the views and the sun coming up behind the mountains, it was truly magical, but if you are a light sleeper take an eye mask. All other rooms had shutters. Host was always super responsive when we needed her. (thanks). x

Ana was a perfect hostess. We were supposed to be there 6 people, but only 2 of us made it, because our flights were cancelled. She offered us to reschedule our stay without us asking. Sadly we couldn’t do that.. She has waited until very late for our friends check in no questions asked. At least two of our friends had a chance to enjoy their stay and they loved it. Thank you Ana!

We had a delightful week-long stay at Ratko's in mid-June. Ratko is an exceptional host, treating us to local wine, ham, and breakfast. He gave us a quick tour of Cetinje, a charming former royal capital with cozy local restaurants offering a taste of Montenegrin cuisine. The house, exactly as pictured, is spacious, stylish, and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is superb, and there's even an infrared sauna, adding to the luxury. Our dog loved the lush garden. Despite mixed weather, we found joy in every moment here. Thank you, Ratko, for making our stay unforgettable!
