Отличное расположение — я люблю гулять, можно пешком дойти до пляжа, до старого города и даже дальше я ходила, а рядом с жильем есть много магазинов. Квартира уютная, с минималистичным и современным интерьером, который создаёт спокойную атмосферу. Здесь удобно работать, есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды, удобная ванная комната со стиральной машинкой, есть место, где сушить вещи, фен Иногда мне было немного прохладно, но этот вопрос быстро решался — в квартире есть нагреватель. Заселение прошло легко, Kadir ответил на все мои вопросы и даже удалось заселиться раньше. Спасибо за эту неделю! Я отлично провела время и обязательно вернусь!

Very clean and cozy house. Most of the equipment is new. We enjoyed staying here a lot. Only negative aspect is the noise from the bars in the street but after 1am they stopped the music too. Would definitely stay again.

Je recommande fortement cette appartement Le bâtiment est propre et calme l’hôte est à l’écoute réactif et est disponible pour chaque problématique, l’appartement est propre spacieux chaleureux et très confortable Il y a des climatiseur dans chaque pièce, ce qui est très Agréable avec les fortes chaleurs . Malgré qu’il soit situé dans une rue à forte affluence, il est très bien insonorisée Ce qui ne dérange en rien la tranquillité . mes amis et moi avons passé un très bon séjour . Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix Nous sommes très satisfait de l’ensemble des services. Tout était à la hauteur de nos espérances.

I really liked location of apartment , all grocery is 200 m ., a lot of beautiful restaurants and coffee shops (400 m) . Easy to access public transportation and taxi. Walking distance to old town , even with child . And parks to play. Apartment is big and full of light . I feel there safe . Host is always in touch and reply in minutes! I’ll definitely stop here in my next trip .

Awesome Appartment and Pool. Some ants in the room, but facility management helped us fast. There could be more dishes and flatware. It's better to have a car in this area, but beach is also reachable by Taxi for about 3 €. Markets and supermarkets are reachable by foot in about 3 to 10 minutes. There are many wild dogs and cats around, so you should be animal loving. It was an incredible stay in total.

We had a fabulous stay here. Thee best location for exploring the old towns many bars and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the busy main road for all the shopping you could want. A little street noise but no more than you would expect in a busy area. It certainly didn't bother us. The terrace was a wonderful space for morning coffee and evening chill. Very comfortable and clean bed. The mattress looked as new with an added protector. The basic cooking space had everything we needed for snacking through the day before heading out for evening meals. Lovely clean hot showers and no nasty smells. Delightful host Yaren was so helpful with local information. We can't recommend this place enough. Its fabulous and we can't wait to return. A+++++++

This apartment was the perfect find for our family vacation! Nestled in a quiet area yet just a short walk from the old city and a lovely park, the location couldn't be better. We loved being within walking distance to numerous restaurants and public transport options, making exploration easy. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations - spotlessly clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for our family of four. All kitchen appliances worked flawlessly, and the smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services was a lifesaver for our child after long days of sightseeing. I'd highly recommend this place for families with kids - it has everything you need for a comfortable stay while being perfectly positioned for exploring the city. Berat was exceptionally proactive and responsive, making our stay completely stress-free :-)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très bien agencé, propre et agréable. Evren est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Il nous a aidé et répondu à toutes les questions que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour. Je recommande à 100% !

Maurat is a great and hospitable host. The apartment is excellent, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is indispensable! Good location, 8 minutes from tram and bus stops, many grocery stores nearby. Murat even treated us to fried fish in the evening. Overall, a great apartment.

Hülya ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. sie hat uns bei allen unseren Fragen geholfen und gut erklärt. Die Kommunikation lief mit Google translate einwandfrei. Wir könnten alles in der Wohnung benutzen und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. ich empfehle Hülya mit 6 Sternen weiter.
