Again, I had a great time at Kristian's place. Kristian's place is in a beautifully restored historical building in the old city. The front door opens to a busy small pedestrianized street with cafes, restaurants and small shops. The appartment faces a small private patio with fruit trees and sun beds, sheltered from the buzz of the street. The appartment is nicely furnished, considering local materials and colours. All appliances are of most recent make, including two indepedent WLAN lines for seamless working from home. Everything from small beaches to restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance, including the tramlines to Konyalti beach and airport. For me Kristian's place remains the perfect place for a truly local experience, whether you come for work (as I am) or as a tourist. Again, many thanks to Kristian and Mehmet for hosting me.

Ruhiger, gemütlicher Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto und alles war gut erreichbar. Ich bin oft vor Sonnenaufgang zum Strand gelaufen, um ihn am Meer zu treffen, maximal 25 Minuten durch wunderschöne Umgebung. Convenience-Stores und einige Restaurants sind in maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Excellent location and property can’t complain one bit it’s really good and the host is lovely all the staff were great, only thing I would ask for next time is a brush and mop so we can clean the apartment while we are staying, I will surely be back again

Ben alt katı tercih ettim bahçeden dolayı, inanılmaz keyif aldım çocuklarımla. Yazabileceğim çok artılar var, içiniz rahat olsun. Burası anlatılmaz, yaşanır!

Great host and amazing cozy place to stay

Konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konumu da güzel merkeze yürüyüş mesafesindeydi.

As described a nice place! The apartment is nice and spacious and a good layout, bed also comfy. I would give this place an 8/10. A few silly faults - I found the apartment to be dark as it’s on ground level, the privacy wasn’t a problem as you couldn’t see in from outside but if you are spending a lot of time inside during the day it is very dark. The clothes dryer was also a problem, we did a lot of washing but the clothes dryer was broken and we weren’t able to hang on this, for a small amount a new one could be found from Migros and this problem would be solved quickly. The parking was a problem, the building has an underground parking lot but this was not accessible during our stay as they had no remote to open the door. The street parking was always full meaning we were parking 5 or 10 minute walk away, not great in the rain:( Last, the cleaning fee, on arrival found cigarettes crushed in the crack of the sofa, with lighters and crumbs. Not ideal when paying a cleaning fee

Evin konumu, içi ve genel olarak tüm şartları güzel bir tatil yapmak için mükemmel. Ayrıca Pınar Hanım da çok ilgiliydi. Antalya'da tatil yapmak için harika bir adres.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

Arrived late hours host was at hand to give directions . The apartment was great value in comparison to surrounding accommodation . We had the pool all to our selves even though we had concerns there was a flat above us . The rooms were clean and security good … privacy with family felt safe too . If you are an average family and want to feel special for good value . Look no further I will definitely be back at this accommodation .The pool was clean and my daughter absolutely loved it !!! Within the old town not far from good places to eat … our last night we stayed at a more expensive hotel at his accommodation was fully booked and it was not half as good!! There was a lady who came to empty bins and had a lovely gesture with some sweeties … Only been back few days and we miss it already !!! I definetly recommend this accommodation for value / cleanliness

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

It‘s a great apartment and a great host! The view was amazing, especially for sunrise. It’s perfect to have walks by the beach and to relax. I felt like at home and would definitely stay here again when I visit Antalya. Thank you!

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser
